He and Veronica never had a love story; she began having feelings for him when he was no longer interested. But I agree that they would have made a better couple.

But their is someone special and we are working together on our relationship. We like each other and most of the time the women I meet online still miss me but I feel like I need to focus more on my special lady because I'd rather have one woman love me than more women in love with me.

Am I the only one who doesn't like Veronica? She clearly has feelings for Georgie (e.g., dream about him, smile when she sees the gift), but she rejects his advances repeatedly. Even though she rejects him, she leads him on at the same time, which will definitely screws up any 16-year-old guy's mind. Later, she gets jealous immediately when Lisa notices Georgie and flirts with him. Then when Georgie decides to ask others out, she's upset and staring at the necklace (Georgie's gift) in her car. Even when Georgie is with Jana, she still seems to lead him on a bit, by saying that she's glad she's talking with him and staring at Georgie when Georgie is hanging out with Jana in the cafeteria. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the whole time Veronica seems to look down upon Georgie and regards him more as a backup and a guy who will always be there for her when she gets dumped or upset. Or she thinks she can do better than Georgie so she's playing hard to get. I've known such girls in real life and they are all a handful.
