I haven‘t seen a carp film, that was pushed to this cinematic style, where this concept actually felt like it was truely fitting the storytelling and realness of the actual subject of the film, yet. This kind of editing always felt a litte out of the place to me in carpfishing, but this one here nails it perfectly. Probably also due to the urban environment but in combination with Jacob thats probably the best carp film I‘ve ever seen. It feels like everything that was done in the edit fits its purpose and is not just forced to be a certain style. The result truely deserves the 21:9 ratio. Who ever put this together did an outstanding job and captured Mr. Worth’s incredible journey in a worthy way.

Awesome that mate I know the back drops canary wharf I worked on that when they first started building the place never knew them docks where there I used to live in St johnswood nw8 memories of the regents canal the lakes in regent's Park and Hyde Park and never fished either only with a little net when I was young for stickle backs London is truly a fisherman's paradise if you know where to go I would say Kevin nash is a lucky man to have you with nash tackle keep up the good work mate I will always be on the lookout for yr name truly a top top angler mate 🎣👊💯

I love my fishing, and not just fairweather fishing, but this video made me shiver. This guy must be truly dedicated.
The Thames and surrounding docks used to be so toxic, that anyone falling in was unlikely to survive. And the stench across London was terrible, of course this was in the 50s and 60s.
Sometimes congar eels might make it up river to Dartford or Erith, but that was it. So, okay, it's cleaner, much cleaner, but that does not answer the question, where did the carp come from?

Honestly this is one of the best carp films I’ve watched, over the years some films have got abit same same’ this however was completely different the style of videography, something ive never seen in carp fishing before and kinda reminded me of a guy Richie movie 😂 and boy did it work, massive props to jacob and whoever filmed and edited this masterpiece.

Interesting historic back drop on dock....ye carp.. these water elephants... are mysterious the way they come to be about....with those snag diving carp we need to be holding them hard before they get their heads down.... from the very first split second instance...what happens in those first few seconds...will make or probably break... great fishin..scaley and others are beauty fish
