I'm in love with Mark's awsome Guitar play! Both Scott and Mark have special voices. Can't wait for their new album. They started recording new tunes in june. Looking forward for it.
This song is freakin amazing. God works in mysterious ways, who would have thought a few years later Creed would be back together making such beautiful songs. THIS SONG IS TRULY TRULY AMAZING. I love Creed. CREED FOREVER!!!!
It's an amazing song. The basslines are great, Scott sounds great, Mark's backing vocals are powerful, brutal guitar solo, Flip's drumming is tight... One of their best songs.
When he sings those backing vocals...it doesn't matter what the words are and I wouldn't even know what they if not for the lyrics/comments here, but I sing along even though I have no chance of hitting them and its like a vortex is opened up into my soul and all the pain and truth of my soul is injected straight into the cosmos and its like the purest communication and release and I feel the link. Its genuinely a spine tingling spiritual experience every time. Don't know how else to describe it. Totally pure. Resonates my molecules like some kind of tuning fork.
Simply artfully executed.......this song may be one of my favs.....backing vocals kick ass and the face melting guitar solo rips thanks again fellows from creed.....one more album please
Dutch van der Linde Scott’s vocal performance was only good on “My Own Prison”. Myles is far more consistent (and he doesn’t sound like the vocalist of a Pearl Jam cover band).
Dutch van der Linde Sorry that I speak the truth. He was alright on “Human Clay”. He was straight up garbage on “Weathered” (not surprising that this is their worst album). Alter Bridge and Tremonti are objectively better. It’s a fucking fact.

@@Lurch685 lol I hear ya I’m 36 started playing when I was about ten and still think I’m crap I mean I know I like what I hear but true guitarist always want to improve even if they can play mark tremonti is proof of that mindset I always come back to this track and right in two by tool
@@Lurch685 it’s easier than people believe I was self taught just used tabs never got into music theory or even know a c chord to a g but I know how things sound ,,,,high functioning autism helps but I’ve always been a metal head and picked up a guitar and I was shit but everyone is when they start I always made the mistake of trying to learn complex riffs before I was able and ironically that actually helped but will say I you want to learn don’t give up it’s an amazing feeling when you finally get that first riff and powerchords are your friend also don’t use standard turning won’t help at the start if you have a tuner tune your top string to d so you can flatten your finger across a fret and get easy powerchords it’s simplistic and helps get into the groove it worth it plus mark also used this tuning for this riff stupid easy to learn man hope ya don’t give up on it but get it if ya do brother the strings from thickest to thinnest is DADGBE

This song is outstanding idk why people dislike and i think mabey they dont have there head on right that mabey if they heard more of creed's songs that they will fix there problem idk i think it should be required to listen to creed but thats just my opinion.
