    It's such a great exercise for those who wanted to do at an easy pace but with efficiency. I had two kids within 3 years and without looking after my body for nearly 10 years. I have tried many other diastasis recti workout but yours was just perfectly suited me. I have been doing it for 3 weeks now and closing from more than 1 finger gap down to less than half a finger gap. Thank you so much to your video.❤

    I did this 2-3 times a week for 2 months and closed up my 2 finger gap. This really works.

      Did it flatten your stomach or was it already flat?

      @@Carolina_girl86 It's not flat flat, but it fixed the bulge that I had in the middle. I still have some belly fat to shed, and I have now switched to doing regular ab workouts. I also noticed that my belly doesn't cone when I do my ab workouts now.

    I had to have 2 c-sections with babies less than a year apart. Needless to say it’s done a NUMBER on my abs.
    I’m so thankful I’ve stumbled across this workout.
    And as a POC it’s nice to have something to remind me to put my health first so that I can be strong enough to play with my now toddler boys!

      Shanique!!! Funny story when I first found out I was pregnant I was watching your diastasis recti video. Something just told me to check and I found out I was expecting! 6 months Postpartum I believe I have DR and I’m trying to heal my abs. I find this video and I see your comment lol!!!     Just completed this workout. It's crazy how a women's body can endure so much throughout pregnancy, labor and delivery but the aftermath has my body feeling weak. When doing the planks my arms felt like noodles, my pelvic area and lower back was shaking when I had to lift my legs straight... I made it through and will continue until I build up my stamina to advance to your harder workouts.

    I hardly ever comment on videos, but this was a very well done video. No unnecessary talking just a really straightforward and practical workout. I do it in the living room with my 10 month old baby playing beside me. It’s really helping me to recover and heal my core post CS. If anything, I would suggest either a short intro or something written on the screen instructing people on the proper way to breathe through the exercises and engage the core because not everyone is aware of the importance of this or how to do it. Thank you and please keep up the great work

    I have had DR for 4 years. Since I had abdominal surgery. I have done other exercises with some results. THIS video/ I do maybe 4 times a week - but I usually only do half of the video. My DR which was 3 finger gap. It’s almost closed. I’m in awe. This video is fun . Easy to do. Results are MASSIVE. Thank you so much for this

    Thank you so much for this!! I recently had umbilical hernia surgery and healing has been tough and longer than expected for me. I was doing your videos all the time before my surgery! It’s been hard to get back into using my core muscles at all but I’m glad you created this. It seems like the perfect pace for me at my stage of healing! Much love! Thank you!

    Thank you so much!! After two pregnancies I developed a severe diastasis of the rectum, currently in physiotherapy, but it is nice that you also think about those who have this pathology that too many times is not taken into consideration !! Please keep making videos of this type for people like us who can only train their abs with specific exercises.

    Great workout! Works if you do it right. Please include written instructions to maintain contact of lower back with mat at all times for lying down exercises, or you risk hurting your back! You'll see the difference!

    Really love this work out. Low impact is very effective and great when you really need to keep your body moving at all cost. Instead of being scared of those deep heavy hits. These give you the opportunity to workout in a effective but manageable way. Thanks ❤️

    Omg! I was needed for this so badly! I give birth to a twin girls and after that I had multiple surgery on my stomach area... and it doesn’t look good 😆

    Since I’m recovering from a meniscus tear surgery I cannot be on my knees yet, I substituted Dead Bug exercise for the Bird Dog exercise. Do you think this is ok?

      Hiya, there is not set amount of times for you to do this workout. It is designed to help rebuild your core and help reduce the abdominal separation. This can take time and everyone’s responses are different ❤️ I hope you find it helpful xx

    Hey, thanks for your workout. I am 7months postpartum and wanted to start with that exercise. I still have got a 1 finger diastasis recti. And sometimes when I do things like situps my belly looks like a „triangle“ which shows me that I still have the recti… well my question is. Before pregnancy I didn‘t have this „triangle“ when I did for example situps.
    Should it be like before pregnancy when I do situps should it look like before pregnancy so I know I don‘t have the gap in between anymore OR isn‘t it possible to be like before pregnancy anymore? I hope you unterstand what I mean 🙈
