I have tried many other diastasis recti workout but yours was just perfectly suited me. @@Carolina_girl86 It's not flat flat, but it fixed the bulge that I had in the middle. I still have some belly fat to shed, and I have now switched to doing regular ab workouts. I also noticed that my belly doesn't cone when I do my ab workouts now.
I had to have 2 c-sections with babies less than a year apart. Needless to say it’s done a NUMBER on my abs. I’m so thankful I’ve stumbled across this workout. And as a POC it’s nice to have something to remind me to put my health first so that I can be strong enough to play with my now toddler boys! Thank you

Just completed this workout. It's crazy how a women's body can endure so much throughout pregnancy, labor and delivery but the aftermath has my body feeling weak. When doing the planks my arms felt like noodles, my pelvic area and lower back was shaking when I had to lift my legs straight... I made it through and will continue until I build up my stamina to advance to your harder workouts.
I hardly ever comment on videos, but this was a very well done video. No unnecessary talking just a really straightforward and practical workout. I do it in the living room with my 10 month old baby playing beside me. It’s really helping me to recover and heal my core post CS. If anything, I would suggest either a short intro or something written on the screen instructing people on the proper way to breathe through the exercises and engage the core because not everyone is aware of the importance of this or how to do it. Thank you and please keep up the great work
I have had DR for 4 years. Since I had abdominal surgery. I have done other exercises with some results. THIS video/ I do maybe 4 times a week - but I usually only do half of the video. My DR which was 3 finger gap. It’s almost closed. I’m in awe. This video is fun . Easy to do. Results are MASSIVE. Thank you so much for this

Great workout! Works if you do it right. Please include written instructions to maintain contact of lower back with mat at all times for lying down exercises, or you risk hurting your back! You'll see the difference!

Since I’m recovering from a meniscus tear surgery I cannot be on my knees yet, I substituted Dead Bug exercise for the Bird Dog exercise. Do you think this is ok?

Hey, thanks for your workout. I am 7months postpartum and wanted to start with that exercise. I still have got a 1 finger diastasis recti. And sometimes when I do things like situps my belly looks like a „triangle“ which shows me that I still have the recti… well my question is. Before pregnancy I didn‘t have this „triangle“ when I did for example situps. Should it be like before pregnancy when I do situps should it look like before pregnancy so I know I don‘t have the gap in between anymore OR isn‘t it possible to be like before pregnancy anymore? I hope you unterstand what I mean 🙈

I did this 2-3 times a week for 2 months and closed up my 2 finger gap. This really works.
