Terms is such a great song. I recall that Books About UFOs surprised me when New Day Rising came out since I didn't expect them to do a really good pop song.
The only straight member of this band, had the most killer key west mustache. that being said, this band is easily in the top 5. This bass lick is crushed by Greg Norton. This is nirvana a decade earlier. LOVE HUSKER DU!!
BURY THE HATCHET. stranger things have happened. at the very least take care of the legacy of the band and reissue their back-catalogue. maybe they do hate each other but even so, if they had to jam again with greg they'd still have it. im certain of this. and if their troubles came from substance abuse, well they've both been clean since the late eighties. IMO the acrimony is overblown. they were good friends once and should be again for the sake of their truly remarkable band.
he gave me a t-shirt at Newport TJ's coz i was doing anti-nazi work. he seemed like a nice guy. didn't really have a clue who he was at the time. yeah ok he was in husker do and all but so what. my mate almost fainted when i told him about this recently.
Terms of psychic warfare is one of my all time favourite songs.
No joke, watching him play and sing Terms of Psychic Warfare at the same time is amazing.
Husker Du changed my life.
