For all the people who can't use their eyes, or Google. That's a falconers hawk and his hunting dog! The dog and hawk literally hunt together and the hawk knows the dog brings food, queue bird swooping to see if he's got something. No one was in danger or 'abused' they are just hunting buddies messing around. The poster is LITERALLY a falconer, it's a joke post, the bird is not a pet, or being held captive, not is the dog going to be hurt, chill out people.

I’ve seen some birds that I thought maybe you were Eagles because the feathering underneath was lighter. There are hawks where I live. I was just googling about one that was whistling overhead and making a big circle, but it went. It didn’t come back to me and my dog and I was trying to figure out what it is but how and I wanna remix your video but I can’t because you have that turned off.
