Happy Easter everyone!
Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 as of April 2018
Technically its like progress report for the month of March :-)
As of this documentation, everything seems in full throttle mode. All sections are now taking shape, especially the transition to double deck in Section 4. Despite the speedy momentum, ROW is still a major concern in this project. -XA
Also, included in the update is the portion of Sevilla Bridge
and there are movements over the private property of SMC near Beata area unfortunately i dont have any access unless some guys from the contractors will give me access hahahaha!
I am not affiliated with any of the project, i am just a hobbyist interested and will benefit this infrastructure once it is complete and a big fan of this project.

Longer ago, I was puzzling over where they will close the gap between Jacinto Zamora / Pandacan Station and SM Santa Mesa.
Maybe two weeks ago, I saw the planned street being mentioned first time in OpenStreetMap, over the San Juan River, and you confirm it now. Maybe you rent a boat for a video that will show us these parts of the Skyway?
The buildings at Araneta Avenue are partly really close to the Skyway ... will be dark in the shops or lower floor apartments.

Looks like they're going to build on new ROW across from Paco Ste. Mesa Road, that would make a lot of sense. Hopefully they'll get some of these sections open to traffic by fall.

Yes that is San Miguel property. In fact I recall that Ramon Ang proposed that the gov't would use it as a transport terminal

one thing is clear as of now.. magagamit na natin ang unang portion ng skyway so by portion din siya bubuksan like sa stage 2
kelan, parang ang bagal naman.dapat talaga by portion ang bukas ng skyway 3, ang laki ng project na to, kaya dapat unti unti magagamit na yung ipang part ng project. pag nag bukas na ang isang portion makikita na kung ok tong project nato, siguro naman,
The real reason behind the delays is the power lines and the steel poles, they stand in the way of the girders.

Sa ganitong malawakang na project hindi bsta2x ang pag gawa. Of course projected lang ang mga announcement but not conclusive. Maraming factors ang involve at hindi mo ito makkta lahat sa isang setting lang. Kung ikaw kaya ang gumagawa tapos may mag reklamo sayo ano ang maramdaman mo? Again, be patient my friend. Have empathy to the ones who work hard on this.

Tama po ba from the PNR Pandacan station area, Skyway will turn right and the route will be San Juan River to Araneta Ave./SM Sta.Mesa? Hindi na matutuloy yung Padre Jacinto Zamora bridge route? thank you sir.
Chris Yabut i guess that it is since the structure will go over the private property towards the river. The motels and residential areas will be saved. Now the nlex slex connector is something we have to check out as to how many properties will be affected.

easy for all of you to say...because you don't belong to our big community approximately 38 barangays that will totally be eradicated in sampaloc because of this project.....so what happens now to us home owners and land owners, how does this project help us, our children, our families? we have long established our business and home here and in just one blink of an eye our present and future will have come to destruction..i hope you all come to your senses... this is another project that we'll not benefit from since it's a private project.. tolls will certainly be collected and because of that lesser people will be using it.. What kind of people are you who rejoice at the expense of others...we need your prayers now that the proj egnr of this skyway may find an alternative route where no home owners like us will have to suffer.

Looks like it won't happen. If the area in Quirino and Nagtahan are not finish by June 2018, I doubt stage 1 will open by December 2018

if titignan mo yun median (elevated) hawig sa naiax ito para in case of emergency mas mabilis galawin.
