Swindon Town fan here, there's been a lot of venom from STFC fans towards Port Vale fans for the attacks on our players, fact is, the vast majority of Vale fans were brilliant. There will always be a few nutters who will get aggressive in that situation..every club has them. I hope Port Vale get promotion..they deserve it.
Good of you to say. I don't think your manager and players helped with their comments. We all have a minority of troublemakers who attach themselves to the club. However,Everton have a huge huge problem...much worse than your club or mine
Verbals are one thing, physical attacks are totally unacceptable and I hope anyone found guilty is banned for a very long time. We really don’t need those people at our club. On the night Vale deserved it as limiting a decent Swindon side to just one shot on target in 120 minutes is some achievement. Good luck to Swindon next season. 👍
Well played mate. I'm not excusing any of the behavior, but Mcturdy was the catalyst for a lot of the hatred towards Swindon. But giving people grief from the paddock is very different to physical attacks and I was disappointed with some of my fellow Valiants.
@StitchsTails think Mansfield will be harder. Swindon bottled it. They won't. That said I do agree and we are overdue blowing someone away by 3 or more. Fast start again is a must.
Iam not a Vale fan but I was glued to radio stoke last night, what a performance from a never say die attitude from that Vale side, absoloutley fantastic desire and strong character to keep going from the 1st minute through to sudden death 👏🏻 👏🏻
Absolutely brilliant Vale from start to finish you gave your all absolutely proud of everyone of you now let's take that attitude to Wembley wishing you all the best for Saturday
Rewatching some classic moments after the Morecombe game being called off and I need a fix of the Valiants! Basically having to spend a few nights in an air BnB with F-all to do lol. Think I'll watch some of the many times we beat Stoke, or even the autoglass & LDV wins! UTV ⚫⚪

Not a vale fan, but was there in a home end and it was a huge rollercoaster of emotions in the shoot out. I couldn't help but feel like I was a fan of the team. Hope vale come up to us at Wembley today, would be great to have an away game closer to home, and to see a team that deserves to be in league one come up.

Back when we were the number 1 team in Stoke!
