Some of you are unclear on how I got these results. I got a breast reduction surgery. I documented the process on my channel and the full video is linked in the description of this video and here: ruclips.net/video/naPNaUUsD7c/видео.htmlsi=Vgj0Yzn5BrzPWMik
I’ve never met anyone who regretted getting a breast reduction. This was was certainly one of the best decisions I ever made. So glad to see how happy you are 😊.
I have. It gave her a complex and she subtly lashed out about women who had their 🍒's semi exposed. I think she was glad she got it but also kinda bitter certain moments. But you're right, it's very rare! I want to get a reduction n I'm not even that large.
I think sometimes women are sad they get a breast reduction in retrospect because a little later when they have a baby, they may not be able to produce enough breastmilk for their baby. So you have to decide if it’s worth it to do a breast reduction before having children. I’d imagine it’s still worth it for many women to not wait to get a breast reduction. I was able to exclusively breastfeed my daughter (though I didn’t get a breast reduction/am already somewhat small chested for my frame, breasts also are getting smaller as I’m losing weight), and it was so special.
I'm 36 and have had large breasts since I was a teen. I have 3 ruptured disks in my lumbar and constant shoulder pain. I nursed all three of my babies and my size made it so much harder when they were tiny newborns and also just nursing them when we were out and about was difficult. Before 15 years old I had a small C and I could easily play sports with my 6 brothers and fit into anything. Trust me, small breasts are way better. They look more attractive and they are way more functional. I DREAM of a breast reduction.
I also have tiny breast, like 11 year olds halve more. Always have been insecure about it. When I am done having kids, i dream of having a beautiful B cup. Maybe I will do the surgery. Maybe I never will. But i never will go big.
@@Mascha_Eleonora Girl ballet uniforms look PHENOMENAL on you and you can run without extra THICC padded sports bras! Omg and you can sleep comfortably in ANY position! God I wish I had small boobs you have no idea 😩🙏
I hate having big boobs. They make clothes look worse on you. Makes you look fatter. People are judgmental, and constantly comment on them. People are constantly making you uncomfortable… I’m not talking about men… other women!!! Other women constantly look and comment and are rude. I hate my breasts. I’d love to have smaller boobs
I actually underwent breast reduction surgery like my mom and lots of women from my family, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. It relieved me from back pain, and I used to be insecure about having one breast significantly bigger than the other. People who condemn who does this kind of surgery are so ignorant to me.
@@cryptochrome3090Tbh not really, I’ve seen women shame other women for it. I understand most of it is just men who don’t like the idea of a woman reducing her breast size, but there are women in the same boat somehow. Probably due to personal ignorance
I want this surgery so bad😩 I'm tired of looking disproportionate, the under boob sweat, chafing, back pain, shoulder pain, bra expenses, difficulty exercising, difficulty getting up from laying down, indention marks, suffocation, heaviness, sagging, bumping into everything, instense soreness while on my period, being over sexualized, inappropriate and unwarranted comments, unhelpful advice, and clothes never fitting me properly. No matter what ways you find to manage having them, they're still an inconvenience to your life.
Oh my God!! This is exactly me!! 😭 Every day I feel super aware and uncomfortable. I live in a humid area, so I sweat a lot. I have been feeling so insecure. Finally there is someone out there who can understand. 😭
I was 128lbs and a size 34E when I got my reduction. Before my reduction, anything I wore drew attention to my chest. I also limited myself to loosely fitted clothes to not draw too much attention (esp at work). There were a lot of pros to getting a reduction but a relevant one is that I feel so much more confident in clothes. I’m about 4 years post op. The pros outweigh the cons. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made!
@@yikes9944 The biggest con is I lost about 70% sensation in my chest. It used to be completely numb so it did improve some but it’s been 4 years so I don’t think it’ll get any better. Also sometimes, I’ll also get a deep itching sensation that’s hard to alleviate. It’s like a really bad itch that you can’t scratch because it’s deep within your muscle tissue. I was told this was a result of the nervous tissue healing but it can be extremely annoying and uncomfortable. Another con is that I have pretty obvious scarring. My original chest was causing a lot of health issues and I was very insecure about it so I’ll deal with the cons but I always tell others to only get them reduced if it’s genuinely bothering you. BIG EDIT HERE: A huge con for a lot of women is that you may not be able to breastfeed when you have kids. I plan to be childfree so it wasn’t an issue for me but definitely want to mention it for others.
i am not judging you at all by any means, you deserve to be happy and confident in your own body no matter what that means for you, but its so sad to me you and others feel the need to change or cover up extra because of your natural body you were born with :(( its so frustrating watching women be treated this way and made to be ashamed of their bodies to the point they change it so they can just live a normal life without being judged. im so happy that you made a decision in your life that will bring a better quality of life anyways, i hope you continue to love yourself and feel confident no matter what you wear ❤
@@yourgirlfae I ultimately got my reduction because one of the vertebrae in my neck dislocated due to strain from my chest. I did NOT get this surgery done for aesthetics (especially since I have a good deal of scarring as a result of the surgery). MOST women get this surgery for health reasons and it’s covered by health insurance. My natural chest was causing physical strain on my small frame. When I mention being comfortable now, I’m not just talking mentally. I literally mean physically more comfortable.
@@amateurastronomer9752 yeah i understand that, you led with the insecurities though, thats why it was a point to me. most women who get breast reduction say the same thing too. im not trying to say that its the main reason 😐
this comment section is way less toxic than i thought it was gonna be. shoutout to you guys for being so nice and supportive this was such a pleasant surprise, and good luck to everyone in the process of getting a breast reduction ❤
@@Katrn30It does work when you exercise and no need to diet, i used to be a D size and i got to a b cup although i’m kinda sad i got really small but it was for the better
@@poutine.princess the only reason your breasts got smaller due to exercising is they were mostly fat. Some of us have breasts that are mostly breast tissue. If I lost or gained weight my breasts barely changed. My surgeon told me mine were very dense and high in breast tissue. So mine were actually breasts and yours were fat, that is why you could diet them away. I could not. Your problem was self control and overeating, my problem was biology.
@@notyourtypicalcomment2399 a lot of people get them because of pain or discomfort that large chests bring. Bras and supportive garments, along with shirts are hard to find or are expensive when they actually work for big chests. Also it's not fun being sexualised from the age of 12 from having a big chest.
I am insecure about my small boobs but seeing all the comments is helping realise that its also a blessing ❤ thank you community. Hope so everyone will accept themselves and love themselves ❤
Yes, at the end it's much better having a small chest regarding health, which is the only thing that matters. Plus small chests are beautiful and you can wear everything with it! You also feel more comfortable doing sports, sleeping, etc. it's all benefits and that's the key!😊
I was considered "grossly disproportionate" and my breasts were 80% tissue when breasts are normally 40% tissue so they were heavy AF. Each one was the size of my head. When I got my breast reduction, I went from a 34DDDD (Euro G cup) to 34C. When I was able to get up and walk around, I saw my own reflection in the freezer section at the store and broke down in tears because I finally looked 'normal'. I feel your joy, girl!
@@liyenong2017 I don't miss it at all. All I remember is my shoulders and back always achy, having huge ruts in my shoulders from the straps, sweat, bras being expensive as hell, and bras are not cute at the size I used to be. Just beige, black and white. And all the disgusting comments from men. Cleavage isn't worth all that.
I'm 34 DD and I've always struggled with dresses/button-up shirts fitting right but I recently heard about minimizer bras and they have been a life saver!! They make me like a B or C and I can wear so many shirts I never could! If you can't afford a breast reduction I definitely recommend one of these bras
@@Animallovercomedianin my experience, minimizer bras squish without giving you the uni-boob that sports bras often do. The cups are separated and there’s usually underwire (at least in mine) so it squishes each boob individually, keeping more of a round, perky shape, rather than just flattening your chest in general. Each are good for different people/outfits.
I am for sure going to look into them! I hope someday I can get mine reduced. I'm small but always been bigger than other girls ever since like 8th grade
DD isn't a real size. Go to a good bra shop and get fitted. DD is just the default size recommended to anyone who doesn't fit into the usual department store sizes.
I would really like to know how your shoulders are. My little sister had breast reduction and she had to basically learn how to stand up properly. She didn't realize that her posture had gotten bad. She said that it felt like her shoulders were light. You look absolutely amazing though. Good on you.
Congatulations to her!! I think it's both about the weight and also the insecurity it gives you when you try to hide them and bring your shoulders forward a bit
You have to reach past your boobs to do anything! My posture was amazing as a kid (ballet) and then I got boobs and between how heavy they are and how much I have to round my shoulders to get more room for my elbows and arms to work, my posture is terrible.
I was 130lbs and 34 DDD. I used to crouch or "scruntch" down in big T shirts to hide my boobs. I was a D by the time i was 10, a DDD by my late teanage years. I also had a breast reduction (at 21), and I love it now. My surgeon told me that most women dont feel the physical effects of heavy weight on the chest (such as back and shoulder pain) until they are later in life, like 30 😅 I had bad posture because i was trying to hide myself, and i also have a lot of back pain to this day. Im still trying to fix my posture, even with my beautiful boobs. Anyway, the pain of insecurity can be physical. I really relate to this comment and i hope your sister is doing well. Best wishes ❤️
some man once commented on another woman's breast reduction video saying that breasts are a woman's beauty and getting a reduction tells people that you are a prude, has to be one of the most ridiculous things i have ever heard, ladies, it's your body, not your moms, dads, siblings, friends, or the internets, do whatever the hell you want with it❤️
Something people seem to forget, is breasts are painful. That’s so much weight! I’m not even that big, but I’ve watched my sister struggle her whole life. Most of the time these surgeries are to help prevent back issues
@@valeriebrousseau1053put a scale on a cabinet or higher surface then put uour boob(s) on it It should give you an answer .... wouldn't be 100% accurate .... would be more like a 70-80% accuracy lol Only works if you have boob that you can pick up If they are perky it won't work
I have big breast and I hate it. - I can’t run without pain even with super tight sports bras. - I absolutely HATE buying bras, either too small cups or too wide under the breast… - Tight clothes make me look inappropriate & wide/oversized clothes make me look like a tent ⛺️ - My back hurts - Saggy & heavy - I can’t wear shirts, they are not making them for people with big breasts so again either too tight in my breast or too wide in my waist. - I would love to walk without bra in summer like many girls do… But it’s too painful and uncomfortable for me. I am really jealous for girls with smaller breasts.
@@SunscreenSmoocheras someone who also struggles with larger breasts, what she means by that is how the tight/loose clothes shapes around her breasts. when we wear tight clothes, it makes our breasts look more pronounced, as if asking for attention because our chest is larger. when we wear loose clothes (which i completely relate to this issue), because our breasts pop out so much, the loose clothes make us look "bigger" than we actually are.
@@SunscreenSmoocher they probably mean that wearing tight clothes makes their boobs look bigger and a lot of people think they’re showing off or being inappropriate. An oversized top probably still clings to the boobs but the rest of it is big, so it looks like a tent
I feel you (same issues here). I got a very tight-fitting top like some transpeople (ftm) wear before surgery...and it finally felt/ looked right! Thanks you transcommunity! (love you guys.) I am not trans but if someone could magically make my extremely cumbersome boobs go away, I would be so grateful! Those few hours a day are bliss!
For nearly a decade we thought my lovely mother was developing osteoporosis, within 6 months of a significant HH to B cup she was standing straight up again. Her words "My body doesn't hurt anymore". She'd lost a combined 28 pounds with her surgery.
It's amazing that she went to a B cup! Do you think it fits the shape of her body? I used to be a G cup and they reduced it to E even though I wanted B or C. They said that the shape of my breasts would look really weird (because mine are rather wide). So I get why they did it, because I still want to look somewhat attractive, but I'm still disappointed I can't go smaller than this.
@@sakurafalls2468 my mother was a very petite woman standing only 5 ft and had a very delicate bone structure with thin shoulders. Her large breasts were something we were used to seeing so it wasn't odd looking to us. After the surgery was when it became apparent she was now pear shaped. We all need to be comfortable in our own skin, whatever that looks like. I wish you well and hope that you find your comfort zone.
@@followingthesunrises8616 Thank you for telling me! I agree: the size of your breasts can change your entire appearance. I'm glad your mom is much happier now!
12 kilograms? Daaaamn, that's much! I'll lose about 3 kg, when these disgusting breasts are finally cut off. Yes, i'm getting a breast removal, because i'm a guy.
You look so happy!! I’m glad you made a decision that’s most beneficial to you. You look beautiful in the before and after - but now you’re BEAMING. So happy for you 😭💖
My back hurts so much, the only thing stopping me from getting surgery is the cost, the fear of getting surgery, and the scarring. but dang this is giving me some motivation to consider it again
If you have insurance and complain about the pain I've heard sometimes they'll find a way to cover it for you, that's how the women I've known who had one got theirs.
My surgery was covered 100% by insurance. It took two tries, but I’m glad I decided to try again after the first surgeon denied me (I first went at 17 and was told to lose weight and I’d be fine…lost weight but my breasts got bigger). The scarring is minimal now and that’s after having complications with the wound healing. If it makes you feel better, nowadays it’s a same day surgery (though it depends on the surgeon). I think I was under for two hours at most. But I understand it’s scary, nonetheless. Whatever you decide, I hope you’re able to find some relief from the back pain. ❤️ I still have some lingering pain and need to work on correcting my posture, but it’s not NEARLY as bad as before.
This might sound stupid, but I love seeing someone with a similar sized chest to mine on here. I’ve only ever seen people with absolutely enormous breast get breast reduction and seeing this kind of validates for me that it’s not crazy for me to want one and show that’s it’s even possible
I didn’t realize ppl would think it’s crazy to want to get a reduction if their breasts aren’t cartoonishly massive. I think you can get one at any size. I don’t even have big boobs, but it’s such a pain to not be able to do physical activity without a sports bra (even like shaking milk will make it very sore if I don’t hold it, so they don’t shake with the milk).
Same!! I've thought about it but have never really decided that I want one for sure, being seeing the before and after really helped. Just knowing it's an option makes me feel really good!
Your video inspired me to finally call my doctor to try to get the reduction process started. I’ve been wanting a reduction for years and the way you radiate happiness after your reduction speaks volumes ❤ so wonderful to see!!
I love this comment section, the amount of boys in other comment sections about reductions saying “why would you do that?” “You know men like them big right?” Is insane and gross
Ikr, and it's not even true. Plenty of dudes prefer medium/smaller sizes. And some dudes need to realize that not all things women do to their bodies are to impress them, or even have anything to do with them. We care about ourselves too, believe it or not!
I had my surgery in November, removed 5 pounds of boobs. My wife took 10 pounds off as well. I hated all the sweat and rashes under my boobs. It's not 100% yet, sometimes my nipples hurt but I loved the benefits.
I am quite weak and i find carrying 10lb in my backpack for long time as quite diffucult. I can imagine having to carry that attached to my body. Never getting a feeling of relief from dropping that weight off
8lbs of tissue for me too, 26 years post-op. Was a C cup after (asked them to take it all, but I'm tall and very broad shouldered and they said a C was as low as I should go to stay proportional 😒). Now I'm a 38DD or 40D, depending on the bra maker. It was still the best decision for my physical and mental health, even with the breastfeeding struggle I endured when I had my kids. Was told I would be able to, and first kid, I couldn't really do much at all, despite all the measures I was taking. The second kid, some more milk ducts grew in and was able to partially feed her for 8 months. Still glad I did it.
I have small breast and one time in college I was curious what it’d be like to have a larger chest. So I did an experiment one day. Wore a padded bra, chicken cutlets, socks/whatever I could all stuffed in there. Lol. I wore it around campus all day. The first thing I noticed was different was I had trouble driving to campus 😂 literally, my “boobs” were in the way. The second was that I was getting A LOT more male attention. And before anyone goes off saying “it’s not the boobs, it’s because you were acting more confident” that is the exact opposite of what was happening. I felt sooooo self conscious the entire day. Moral of the story, although I wish my chest was more proportionate with the rest of my body, I prefer too small to too large 😊 Glad you’ve found your happiness. I’m sure my little experiment doesn’t really do justice to the experiences of women on a regular basis with exercise/back pain/shopping/unwanted attention etc.
I've got big boobs and they have never gotten in the way of driving! Nor do I have backaches or shoulder pain, likely due to finding bras that fit me well and having good posture from ballet in my youth. If you got extra attention, it could very well be because you sized up overnight, were oddly lumpy and because your clothes were sized for your normal self, not your new chest measurement. Also, you were looking to see if you got attention, meaning you're more likely to notice it. This was a really weird experiment.
@@vinityrourth4703 lol my roommate at the time and I had a good laugh about it that evening. Despite being awkward as hell, it was kind of fun. It was like playing a character 😂
@Jennifer Pearce Good for you, but there are plenty of women with back pain due to large breasts. just because you don't have any issues with yours doesn't mean other women don't.
I am a guy but I just hope you don't receive stupid comments about this. It is your body your choice and back pain and other problems that come with big breasts are a serious issue. You were beautiful before and you are beautiful now and feel better about yourself. I would call that a win. I know you don't need my validation but you have it.
After I had my reduction at age 59 I realized I was no longer being gawked at by men (I was huge), but it was the hateful stares from women I no longer got, that surprised me. I don’t miss the gawks or the hateful stares…I finally feel pain free, and normal.
No literally I don't know if you know who Mary Magdalene is on Instagram but she's the woman that has the "world's fattest vagina" and recently she went down in size on her breast implants because they popped and they just weren't treating her well health-wise. Insurance should cover things like this, it is interfering with your quality of life and can lead to health issues like back pain etc. insurance covers things like a twisted ankle that would likely heal fine on its own anyways but not things like this?
@@alleycat616 sometimes insurance does cover it actually, but it will only cover it once. that's why a lot of women try to wait until after they've started menopause or at least until after they know for sure they're done having children, because otherwise your breasts can and will grow back.
I am fighting to have a reduction, my back hurts so fucking much and it's hard to stand for too long, so I'm happy you were able to get a reduction, you look beautiful!
Breast tissue is extra weight on front because there are no muscles in the breast.... This can put a load on the backbones and cause pain.... The audacity and stupidity some people have to speak FOR other people when they themselves have never experienced surgery, and say we all regret it. Love this video
I did my breast reduction at the age of 15,last year because my true friends said that some of the people talking about my breast is too big,i really felt insecure about it,this society is too judgemental 😢
I would love to have this done. I'm triple D cup. Even as a teen I was more developed and have always hated them. It sucks having to buy bigger clothes just so your boobs fit but everywhere else it's baggy. The indentation on my shoulders are awful and just the stress on my body ,esp my back is awful. I think if ur over a certain size insurance shoukd pay for this without issues.
It sounds like you need a better bra. I’m an F and after I went to a professional fitter and got some actually supportive bras, with wide shoulder straps, it made an enormous difference.
you can absolutely get a better bra to help- im a G and if you go to a nice, small specialty store (NOT Victoria's secret! a real one made for us who need support in mind!!) they'll help properly fit you in bras that'll help significantly and actually look nice?? I even got a bralet that actually works for me- it has like nine hooks in the back, but it _works!!_ that being said, *insurance will actually cover a breast reduction for people with bigger breasts sometimes,* so when you get an insurance policy make sure you check for that! however, *they usually only pay for it once,* so make sure you consider things like potential pregnancy before scheduling a surgery, because *if you get pregnant your breasts can and will grow back!*
I'm so envious of you! I always feel like my large breasts make me look so top heavy, disproportionate, and frumpy. Shirts and tops look horrible. I'm always uncomfortable. I hope to have a reduction some day.
I got my breast size reduced almost a month ago. Best decision ever. I just wish insurance paid for it. I live in Germany and requested for my insurance to pay for it. They refused citing that its not necessary or an emergency despite my doctor's letter and breast surgeon confirming that i needed to get one done. They adviced me to do physiotherapy which did absolutely nothing for my constant back and neck pain. I saved up and got it done in my home country. I encourage anyone who wants to get it done to go for it but preferably after kids.
this makes me so happy omg, the smile on your face is priceless. there has not been a day that’s passed that i’ve regretted getting my breast reduction. best decision of my life.

This is very encouraging to see. I have been considering a breast reduction for a while but I go through so many back and forths of why I should and shouldn’t.
Mine was from cancer reconstruction but my back stopped hurting and my twice a week chiropractor appointments stopped. I am so glad you are pleased with the results. Good for you!
@@lostmeow662 Seems like you just got gaslit by jealous women into doing something that would draw less attention from men. I mean it's all said and done but the fact of the matter is men are biologically wired to feel distress by things like this. In nature if a woman's breasts are damaged it means they wouldn't be able to feed their children and thus not a good investment. Girls don't seem to consider that though when they do stuff like this and sometimes it's affected them negatively in the long run.
10 years post reduction and it’s the absolute best thing I ever did for myself. Everything fits so much better and I don’t have to go up 2 sizes just for clothes to fit. Everyone makes eye contact with me now and I feel so much lighter and I can walk and stand for a full day without my back killing me and feeling exhausted. Enjoy your new freedom 🥰
You look AMAZING! 🎉 congratulations! 😊 I’ve been actually thinking about getting a reduction. I usually have constant back pain, regardless of whether I wear a bra or not but especially if I’m wearing one. I’ve tried all kinds of bras, all kinds of sizes, I’ve measured myself till exhaustion thinking I’ve just gotten the wrong size. But I’ve come to the conclusion that they’re just too big. We actually look about the same size before your reduction. So yeah. Currently it’s something I’m thinking about.
so two things: one, if you're having trouble 100% get a reduction, but just in case you're also in America and sadly need to think about this, check your insurance policy first! some will actually pay for your breast reduction, although most of the time they'll only pay for it once, so check that and if that's something you need you might want to consider whether or not you plan to carry children, because getting pregnant can and will cause your breasts to grow back. Two, what quality of bra stores were you shopping at? there are sometimes little bra stores- i mean a brick and mortar one specifically, not online- that specialize in bras specifically, and they will be able to fit you with a bra that is actually built with primarily support in mind. I am a G cup, and the one that I went to still managed to actually find a bralet for me. a bralet!!! and it's still supportive!!! (the store was called "the perky lady" if your near Raleigh NC) If you have tried those, then the next thing I'd suggest is looking into getting a corset- no not one of those shitty fabric compression suits, those aren't fucking corsets- im talking a good old fashioned victorian era type corset that goes all the way from your hips to your bust and is boned with baleen or steel! they take a bit of getting used to, but they release the pressure on both your shoulders and your back. both these options are expensive- even the bras will and should cost over 50$ each, and even that is a lowball as my cheapest was 77$- but it is cheaper than a reduction, and they'll tell you how to take care of them so they last years.
In middle school I had a couple of friends with large breasts and they exclusively had complaints about them, from back pain to clothes not fitting right to the unwanted and inappropriate attention and judgement. Made me realize how many problems I dodged by being basically flat-chested. But I know at least one of them got a breast reduction surgery to alleviate back pain and chest dysphoria! I'm glad breast reduction surgeries exist and help people and I hope they become more accessible to all who need/want them. Everyone deserves to be comfortable in their bodies.
I have a couple friends who have very large breasts and they always said their backs ache and their shoulders hurt from bra straps. They've both talked about getting reductions and I think most people who get them feel so much more comfortable after 😊
As someone who has recently turned a D, I decided to get the surgery, and having the 1st consult in April. I know already I'm not going to regret it by seeing the happiness on your face
I’ve been considering a breast reduction in the future. 32H is not fun and I just really want to just be able to wear a lil button up shirt without any buttons fighting for life or the shirt sitting in an unfaltering way on my body. Seeing people so happy with their results makes me excited for the possibilities in my future
You look so happy 🎉🎉🎉 I can't wait to get a reduction, I'm a petite framed girl with 34F's and it's a nightmare to get things to fit, they dominate my body and I can't wait to feel that freedom of going into a fitting room and getting a zipper all the way to the top- small dreams 😊

Got obviously wanted larger breasts so, that’s how I was created. I’ve known plenty of women who had reduction & they still grew back. So, just be aware , weight changes or menopause can affect you greatly. I’m happy you’re happy but, there’s no guarantee they won’t grow back.

You look so much happier! My bestfriend is a 34F so she has lots of trouble and I can’t wait for her to be able to do this (she’s been wanting it for a while). I’m so glad you made the right decision and I wish you luck with recovery 😊

I rlly want breast reduction mainly because I’m so insecure about how my chest looks, they make me feel so uncomfortable not only in my appearance but tummy aches and pain ://
I got mine 10 years ago and I have no regrets. I think your proportions fit your former large size but I already know that with big breasts, comes back problems. You look great ❤
You look so happy! I'm glad you were able to do this, and it makes me smile to see have comfortable you look. I'm cheering for anyone struggling right now
I always had smaller boobs growing up and was so insecure about them, wanting them to get bigger. Once I hit like 21 my boobs really started growing and I honestly hated it, I kind of think I might want a reduction some time in my life now honestly
Aw just seeing how happy you’re in the after clips is so cute 🥰🩷 you looked amazing before and after but you look so confident in the 2nd clips so happy for you 🩷

I've always been insecure about being small breasted, and reading these comments are helping me see the positive in what I have. Bless you all
You can always add more temporarily (padding etc) but it’s impossible to take away if they’re so big

Girl...sharing same problems
I was 128lbs and a size 34E when I got my reduction. Before my reduction, anything I wore drew attention to my chest. I also limited myself to loosely fitted clothes to not draw too much attention (esp at work). There were a lot of pros to getting a reduction but a relevant one is that I feel so much more confident in clothes. I’m about 4 years post op. The pros outweigh the cons. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made!
What were some of the cons? 🧐

Yes, at the end it's much better having a small chest regarding health, which is the only thing that matters. Plus small chests are beautiful and you can wear everything with it! You also feel more comfortable doing sports, sleeping, etc. it's all benefits and that's the key!😊
Very trueeeeeeee😢
I was considered "grossly disproportionate" and my breasts were 80% tissue when breasts are normally 40% tissue so they were heavy AF. Each one was the size of my head. When I got my breast reduction, I went from a 34DDDD (Euro G cup) to 34C. When I was able to get up and walk around, I saw my own reflection in the freezer section at the store and broke down in tears because I finally looked 'normal'. I feel your joy, girl!
Mine also were very dense…their size did not change with weight gain or loss.

How would you compare the effect to a sports bra? This is the first time I’ve ever heard of minimizer bras. (I’m the same size as u if that matters)
Do they feel like they’re squeezing your chest?
This is very true, I go to an Osteopath regularly to help with the issues my large (34G) chest creates.

- I can’t wear shirts, they are not making them for people with big breasts so again either too tight in my breast or too wide in my waist.

8 lbs here too!
Wow, 8 lbs in breast tissue only? That’s crazy.
Moral of the story, although I wish my chest was more proportionate with the rest of my body, I prefer too small to too large 😊
Glad you’ve found your happiness.
What an interesting story, and I love this experiment!

@@CourtneySeamanstechnically muslces on chest wall are termed 'muscles of breast' but that doesn't support breast tissue... If there were muscles inside breast, you could move it to your will...😊
@@veena_got7igot7 If you have pectoral muscle it does in fact change the way your breasts sit. I can flex my peck and my breast will move
There’s so much freedom and relief in your face in the after shots, I am so happy for you!
getting my breast reduction was the most WONDERFUL decision that i’ve ever made. definitely go to an academic center, and select a physician who’s performed a lot of these surgeries, because you want to be even. mine didn’t hurt at all, and i’m still thrilled decades later. you go, girl!
I want to do reduction surgery too but I’m afraid ppl say it will be painful when you’re feeding your baby the milk I want to get marry after months but I’m so insecure about my boobs 😭
@@NanaMohamed-hs6mf when i got mine done long ago, i was told that i would not be able to breastfeed. i felt that breastfeeding wasn't that important anyway. my breasts got even larger after i gave birth, which cemented my desire to have the surgery done. they were not painful afterward, but, in fact, they lost a bit of feeling. i would 1 million percent do it again.
I wish I could get this surgery.. all the other girls my age are wearing cute outfits and dresses but I can only wear super loose clothes :( im so sick of having to hide my body but I cant deal with the constant sexualization
It comes at a price. Men don’t even notice women who have small breasts unless they have other attractive physical attributes. Don’t get a reduction if you aren’t more attractive than the average woman or if you don’t have back pain
@@earlem9771 the fuck kind of comment is that

Your Before reduction is the size I had when I was 14. Now It's bigger & way saggy. Still people say It's very normal.
I feel validated cause people tell me I'm overreacting to say I want a reduction. However big they are, they are painful, undersweat & backpain is crazy exhausting.
What the heck dude are you a women or a man!
i’m a 34H and i want a reduction so bad! my options for clothing would be so much better and my back and shoulders would feel so much better 😭
Your proportions now suit you so much! You must be so much more comfortable both mentally and physically now!
Please this made me so happy, these cherries hurts so much while moving, running or anything, those who suffer knows....also it affects the posture which causes backpain, neckpain... happy for you
This is the only elective surgery I would get and it is HIGH on my list of things to do for myself someday. I have so much back pain from having heavy breasts. This looks like such a relief.
Look to see if your insurance will cover it! Make a consultation with a plastic surgeon whose done a lot of breast reductions. They know how to present it to your health insurance and will let you know if you’re a good candidate. My insurance covered most of mine. I paid about $1000 out of pocket ($15000 surgery).
Same here I have to put Ice 🧊 packs inside of my chest, all due from so many meds for my bipolar when my anxiety was horrible.. former doctor refused to help me 😿😿
What does elective mean? /gen
@@SunscreenSmoocher Non emergency, meaning the surgery can be scheduled in advance.
As a 42G, I literally can't imagine the relief lol I'm so happy for you! You look so much more confident 💕

Aku justru jujur adalah laki laki yang menyukai yang besar maaf bukan maksud negatif ini hanya soal selera
The audacity and stupidity some people have to speak FOR other people when they themselves have never experienced surgery, and say we all regret it. Love this video
I did my breast reduction at the age of 15,last year because my true friends said that some of the people talking about my breast is too big,i really felt insecure about it,this society is too judgemental 😢
even though you look just as pretty in the before and after, you look significantly happier in the after, and that's what's really important!
I even got a bralet that actually works for me- it has like nine hooks in the back, but it _works!!_
that being said, *insurance will actually cover a breast reduction for people with bigger breasts sometimes,* so when you get an insurance policy make sure you check for that! however, *they usually only pay for it once,* so make sure you consider things like potential pregnancy before scheduling a surgery, because *if you get pregnant your breasts can and will grow back!*
@@hyperfox0934 many countries cover it with public health care too, so that’s a cheaper option!
My sister had a breast reduction done in the90s and it really helped her. You look absolutely beautiful.
wow this actually has me tearing up. you look so so happy in the after shots that it’s contagious. i’m so happy for you
this makes me so happy omg, the smile on your face is priceless. there has not been a day that’s passed that i’ve regretted getting my breast reduction. best decision of my life.

Not body shaming who have big ones but she is looking so good in that green dress after breast reduction ..❤
i love reading and seeing people so happy after their breast reduction
Have the same problem, overall skinny but boobs make everything tent and hand in the weird way, making me look "fat" 😮💨
Big breast don't make fit people look fat. You have body dysphoria.
me too but i think its not a problem
Exactly!
I don't want to have breat reduction before kids since you usually can't breastfeed afterwards, but aftef kids: totally!!
You look so much more comfortable and genuinely happier and more confident now. So happy for you!
I’ve been considering a breast reduction in the future. 32H is not fun and I just really want to just be able to wear a lil button up shirt without any buttons fighting for life or the shirt sitting in an unfaltering way on my body. Seeing people so happy with their results makes me excited for the possibilities in my future
