Some fighting games keep their guests weirder and playing like no one else in the cast.
Like how Akuma could fireball and had his own EX bar in tekken and stuff.
Surprising to see that the lane switch move is not being used as often. I thought that would catch people off guard, especially this early in the release
It really feels too slow and niche imo. But there will be people getting knowledge checked
You need to hit them with the tc to do the lane switch in the first place
It's more for side switch combos
It’s not a standalone move. It’s apart of a string
the fact it's not on block kinda makes it not something people will use often.
thing i see it being more used for is a side switch on crumple DI but i'm sure there's a better way to side switch
I love SF6....but why the heck are characters like Manon and Lily just totally lacking all these fun combo routes while Akuma and Terry just go absolutely wild?

Bad comparison there bud Akums sole purpose is to oppress people. Terry is a main character with mad moves to the point certain games don't have all his moves.
@@neohadou3046 what's the bad comparison? I'm just saying some characters get to go wild with combo routes and some are very, VERY limited. I'm not saying either Lily or Manon should be combo monsters, I'm just saying they lack a lot of expressive and fun ways to build combos.
@@justingoersit’s because Akuma and Terry are combo monsters that they’re able to be so expressive though lol.
@justingoers again bad comparison the combo routes are kind of the way they are because of the Canon for two of those characters. Terry was literally the main character in fatal fury. If you count the ova's he is ken with ryu techniques. Akuma is literally almost equal to Gouken master level. So like I said countless moves between the two. Lilly is a what peusdo grappler so is Manon. Not many people play grapplers in general that is what I mean in bad comparison.

The problem I find when Terry is that he's got combo routes but most of them do very litte damage (scaling) I've seen matches all night and I mostly see the same combo.

Is Terry more like Cammy or more like Ken/Luke in terms of attack speed? I played Cammy when I started (I’m a noob), i prefer faster-paced, agile characters. But it’s been several months since i touched SF6, so i cant tell anymore by watching gameplay.
