  • Fish emulsion fertilizer is a type of organic fertilizer made from fermented fish parts, such as bones, scales, and fins. The fish parts are combined with water and allowed to break down over time, usually several weeks to a few months. The resulting liquid is then filtered to remove any solids and bottled for use as a fertilizer.
Fish emulsion fertilizer is high in nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, which are essential nutrients for plant growth. It is also a good source of micronutrients, such as calcium and magnesium, and contains beneficial bacteria and enzymes that can help improve soil health.
Fish emulsion fertilizer is often used by organic gardeners as a natural alternative to synthetic fertilizers. It is typically applied as a foliar spray or soil drench and can be used on a variety of plants, including vegetables, fruits, flowers, and trees.
    Materials:
    1. 200 litres galon
10 kg (you can use any type of fish scraps)
5 kg cups of brown sugar
    Coconut Water
    Instructions:
First, gather your fish scraps. You can use any type of fish scraps, such as bones, heads, tails, and fins.
Rinse the fish scraps with water to remove any dirt or debris.
Chop the fish scraps into small pieces using a sharp knife or a pair of scissors. This will help them break down faster.
Place the chopped fish scraps into a 5-gallon bucket.
Add 2 cups of brown sugar to the bucket. The sugar will help feed the beneficial bacteria that will break down the fish scraps.
Fill the bucket with water, leaving a few inches of space at the top.
Stir the mixture well to combine the fish scraps, sugar, and water.
Cover the bucket with a lid, but leave it slightly ajar to allow air to circulate.
Place the bucket in a warm, sunny spot, such as near a window or outside in the sun.
Stir the mixture every few days to aerate it and help it break down faster.
After 2-4 weeks, the fish emulsion fertilizer should be ready. It will have a strong, fishy smell.
Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any solids.
Dilute the fish emulsion fertilizer with water before using it. You can use a ratio of 1 part fish emulsion to 4 parts water.
Use the fish emulsion fertilizer as a foliar spray or soil drench on your plants.
