I wonder if your viewers really understand the scope of work that this chassis has!!! It’s crazy that this is done without anything more than regular hand tools. Inspiring sir!!!
Honestly not to be negative but I don’t think so. Tic tok and instagram ruined RUclips content. People lack the patience and focus to sit through something unless you’re funny or doing multi camera angles and such. It’s ok though. I appreciate all the views I can get. Yes it’s extremely difficult for me to use hand tools to build what my imagination wants, but I have no other choice at the moment. Love ya brother!!! 🫶🏻🫡
Brother! More great progress! Definitely deserve a pat on the back for your engineering ideas! This is a build that people will be looking at and talking about for decades. I can feel it. And, the birth of it from pieces of flat metal being formed and crafted will be here for people to enjoy. Keep killing it, sir! 🫶🤙🫡
The imagination going into this frame is inspiring. Making those big bags fit in such narrow track width is looking great and removable bag brackets genius. Another banger of a video great work good sir!
Damn Jay. I love how much detail you put into your work. Don’t worry about apologizing for a delay in uploading your videos life’s too short. Keep up the great work.
SIR! You got a lot going on in that head of yours. I would never had the patience or imagination to come up with that. Your vision is exceptional. I’m proud of you too. SIR!
Inside of my head is a dangerous place. It’s almost like a ticking time bomb. lol. I appreciate those words bud. It motivates me to be more creative. 🫶🏻🫡
You are correct and thank you bud. I should have made it a little more clearer about the title. See this truck has been extremely difficult for me. The customer was extremely specific on a certain type of wheel he wanted to run. It’s a 20x9 with a 4.5 offset up front. In order to get this wheel to work I had to highly modify his geometry for his front suspension. When this truck lays out from edge of tire to edge of tire it measures at 60 inches. When you cycle the suspension that changes to roughly 62 inches. It had to clear the curve in the fenders. That’s what made this extremely difficult. So now when it’s laid out you can put your fist inside of the fender basically allowing it to turn almost lock to lock when it’s aired out. Everything has been extremely narrowed on this chassis that I’m building. Oh I forgot to mention that it has roughly 12 inches of travel up front 😂🤣😂. Hopefully this explains things a bit more clearly. 🫶🏻🫡
Very nice! I'm liking what I see curious about being able to adjust caster and camber? Are you designing it to do that? A friend is interested in using some of your design ideas but not sure how the alignment process is. Could you maybe explain it on one of your videos once you get it all figured out and mocked up?
Yes so castor is built in to the spindle. See previous video on that explanation. The upper control arm calls for an offset ball joint. I believe it was 22 degrees “but don’t quote me on that lol” either way. The ball joint is off set to the lower creating positive castor by 7.5 degrees. Camber can be adjusted easily by shimming the uppers out towards the fender. I designed this to sit with slight negative camber so once he airs up the front suspension it will help clear the inner lip on the fender. It’s extremely intricate how I set it up. A lot of thought went into pulling this off. Also the beauty of it is that skating off the ground he can basically turn lock to lock as well. 🫶🏻🫡

I couldn't agree more ! Been watching while and I have learned a lot here. Hopefully soon I can't build a frame after I acquire more tools.
That's definitely a job to be proud of! Whoever is getting this truck will be blown away!
Thanks brother. I appreciate it. This next video is gonna be a good one. I’m definitely happy already. 🫶🏻🫡

Hi Jason. Miss you love you❤️
Love you too. ❤️🫶🏻🫡
Doing great buddy need to make a visit down that way this fall when it cools down a bit.
Would love to have you. Anytime you’re ready bud. I will definitely put you to work 😂🤣😂. Seriously though you are more than welcome to come over. 🫶🏻🫡
Dude, I was pissing my pants laughing at you talking to yourself and hammering on the crossmember! Best laugh all week! The frame looks great!
Thanks brother. I find myself talking out loud more often. Just don’t catch it on video. 😂🤣
Keep grinding homie !!!
Yes sirrrr. 🫶🏻🫡
I did all the youtubie things !
Fantastico amigo. 🫶🏻🫡 I appreciate it sir

@@magicman_metal_fab Very Good, I understand now and thank you
@@billbaggins9961 any questions brother I’m here to help.
Think it's time for a weld table lol. Something on wheels. Working on the floor sucks 🤣
I agree bud. I really need a larger shop. One of these days hopefully it will happen. I’m extremely grateful for what I have. 🫶🏻🫡
Nice room for days in the back to remove those boats to drop the bracket
It was a ton of work to build by hand but extremely necessary to achieve the end goal. 🫶🏻🫡
Will you be selling that front frame section
So you need a front clip for your build?
@magicman_metal_fab yeah just not at this moment
