  • How to use my vintage Langley Fifth Hand Brake Tools to retension “dead” springs in old-school sidepull caliper brakes and make them snap open again and feel like new. I invented, made and sold these tools in the early 1980’s and then gave the rights to The Third Hand tool company who sold them after that. #JimLangley #BicycleAficionado #FixYourBike
