This was a massive help! I watched other videos but found it confusing. Then I came across your video, your explanation and presentation seems to connect with my mind somehow. So thank you sir! :) subscribing to your future videos.
Thank you for this video. I have a molecular bio final next week and I finally understand this concept after struggling. I wish I found it 2 months ago!
Hi there, I am having problem with double digestion construct because in Question/sample no 3 which is double digestion the sum of both enzymes(BamH1 and Hind3) doesnt make 52 bp.May u help me with this one?.
4:31 If there is only one 50bp fragment with HindIII, doesn't that mean the restriction enzymes doesn't cut it all (there are no recognition sites)? If that's so, then using both restriction enzymes should produce the same result as EcoRI by itself, right?
Absolutely loved your video, tired of these indian guys, and you give simple multiple examples and give us the opportunity to practice, thats very rare!!!!
wah.. same question like carolina paper. i really hope sir make tutorials on exercise 10, 13-B ,13-C. it is really tiresome questions huhuhu thanks in advancd
Finally! Something that makes sense! Thank you!!!!
