@Shawn Robeck yes but that's just mainly due to the battery being larger and that previous models have also had their battery degraded from being older and worn.. look at the s10+ how well it did with a much smaller battery and being a 4 ye old phone. How is battery life concerning if a phone has 30-40% of battery at 9pm after a heavy day of use? For most people that plug a phone in every night anyhow
I am on budget and the S23 + is amazing. S23 + is 50 MP I prefer that. I like the bigger performance. My S23 + is amazing and just right the size and I appreciate this. Although i loved my s22, the s23 has been even better with efficiency and battery life. The light mode can make it so efficient it's ridiculous. I got 8 hours sot on my last charge using 120 hz n standard mode. When i tried light mode with 60 hz, i got 37 hours on a single charge. 7 hours sot and 30 hours of standby. The battery efficiency alone is worth the upgrade, it's been that good out of the box.
Samsung has been having a MASSIVE sale. Free financing plus slashing prices on all their products - no other brand will do that. If you can't afford $22/mo for a brand new top of the line phone, you can't afford an upgrade and that's your problem... S23 is better than the 21 and 22. So glad I did a trade in.
I'm getting 8 to 9.5 hours of SOT with my base S23 on 5G and 120hz (light performance mode after 50%). My S22 was dead in 3 to 4 hours of SOT, it was total trash. I won't be upgrading for a while.

Galaxy S10 has a higher resolution screen, microsd slot and a headphone jack. It's still hard to convince myself to give up all those for a better camera, couldnt care less for 120Hz screen.
I agree. Why does Samsung have to try to dupe their designs with the iPhone? The camera bump of the S22 just makes me cleaning the lenses much more easier.
Phone companies should stop launching phones every year. Average consumer makes a switch every two or three years, plus there is not much of an innovation left to bring out a phone every year. Better processor and little improvement in camera is not the reason left to switch ur phone every year. Last generation phones gets better with software update.
