- This was originally a FB live video we did for our private FB group, The Profitable Cleaner about how to reframe and rethink about your cold calls when it comes to your commercial cleaning and janitorial company.
It's no secret that cold calling can work to help you book more commercial cleaning walk-throughs, but the key is viewing how you conduct your cold calls and understanding you can get value from them even if you don't book a walk-through on every call.

This video is very good, these guys teach the true art of subtlety. But I still think cold calls are a bit intrusive, and I rather find my clients on apps where people are already looking for my services, like Turno, for example!
Thank you Bryan! Cold calls can indeed be perceived as intrusive, and we understand that everyone has their preferred methods. Each approach has its merits, and it's all about finding what works best for you and your business. 💪🏽
@@theprofitablecleaner Yes, I was talking to my friend, who also works with Turno, but also makes cold calls. He's very outgoing, and said that his charisma is one of his strong points, which is why he's never stopped making cold calls, it's an easy way to win new clients for him. I'm a bit more shy 😄

Hey Angel, I really liked some tips you gave about cold calling and making the other person comfortable in your Janitorial Cold Call Masterclass - on 2/8/2022 live session.
However, English is not my first language and it would be greatly helpful if you guys can add those examples as a script so that people like me can practice and feel comfortable before picking up the phone. Thx soo much!!
What's your first language? All our sales reps, English is their second language. We might need to create some content around this.
