      Not yet since I just launched the channel. The plan is to open our systems via a course and licensing within this year. In the meantime I'll be glad to review any questions you have if you want to email them to me!

    Hi Matt - thank you for sharing the knowledge! Question - do you have or plan to have a video on to hire employees, what to ask, or perhaps you could share a questionnaire on google doc to have the potential employees to fill out? How do you find your employees?

    • @CommercialCleaningCEO
      @CommercialCleaningCEO  2 месяца назад

      I have not posted a video yet on hiring processes for cleaning employees. We find most of ours through Indeed and direct invitation.

    I need help with pricing out a job. 80,000sq ft. 25 washrooms, 11 kitchens, 11 floors. Staircases need to be cleaned also. Cleaning needs to be done daily. It’s an office building. How many employees would I need? Roughly what price would you recommend?

    • @CommercialCleaningCEO
      @CommercialCleaningCEO  4 месяца назад

      @camilosanchez846 congrats on the quote! It's hard to know without seeing a desired scope with which areas need cleaned how often, but off the cuff my thought is you'd be looking at about 20 - 40 labor hours per night. It's easier to translate that into price and employees needed for your specific market. If you want me to narrow it down more, I can do that in our resource community that we just launched today, The Commercial Cleaning ADVANTAGE: getadvantage.commercialcleaningceo.com/join

      I scan them into my computer and keep them in Microsoft Teams. Google Drive and Dropbox are other options. You can keep paper copies in a file box until you need a cabinet.

    What's your recommendation on how many cleaners to place at a school that's 54,000 sq ft? I'm looking at 4 cleaners, but would love your opinion.

    • @CommercialCleaningCEO
      @CommercialCleaningCEO  5 месяцев назад +1

      Great question @adalex08! Help me understand a couple things: 1) how much cleaning do they want while school is in session during the day? 2) is the school wanting the entire space cleaned every day, or do they want a rotation being done e.g. classrooms are swept daily but mopped 3 times per week?

    • @adalex08
      @adalex08 5 месяцев назад +1

      @CommercialCleaningCEO thank you for responding. The school is to be cleaned 6 days per week. Mon-Fri, & to check the gym after events on Sundays. School has 12 Restrooms, clean each class room, lunch room, offices, mopping halls, Vacuuming class rooms, wipe open surfaces in class rooms, and remove all trash. Cleaning to take place after 5pm. Cleaning may be from 5pm-10pm or 5pm-11pm.

      @@CommercialCleaningCEO with this as the scope of work, I was looking at having 4 cleaners there. Would you recommend the same number?

    • @CommercialCleaningCEO
      @CommercialCleaningCEO  5 месяцев назад +2

      My initial gut feeling from the details is that you wouldn't need any more than 4. We have a school that's approximately 80,000sqft (including the gym) and we finish it with 2 cleaners working approximately 30 hours per week each, BUT they don't have us mopping all areas every day. The number of cleaners isn't as important as the total man hours required to complete the cleaning. But if you think it's going to take 24 hours per day to clean, then you would need 4 in order to finish right at 11pm. If you're estimating that the cleaning will take only 16 hours per night (for example) then 4 cleaners would mean they each get 4 hours per night, which can affect the type of employees you hire. Or you can unevenly distribute hours because of the Sunday cleaning. It's difficult to be exact here in the comments, but this sounds like a great opportunity! If you want me to take a personal look, just let me know.
