Competition is a good sign! It means demand. And it really isn't hard to get ahead of 99% of that competition by doing some VERY simple things. Listen to your customers. Deliver on your promises. Be professional. And search for value driven repeat customers, not price driven one time customers. You got this!
I just started my cleaning business a few weeks ago. I definitely will take your cleaning business course online and do a one on one call with you in a few months. I would love to use you as my mentor
What is the best way to get new clients for a new Business. I have a full-time job, and my time is limited until I can get clients. Any tips would be grateful
What are the pros and cons of having a business partner for a cleaning business im actually the sole owner but my business partner is the head management we put in the equal amount work so thats the pros and cons of having a business partner please tell me respectfully yourd
My husband and I are partners in our 3 businesses, and the biggest pro is double the production. BUT... I can't think of many (or any) others I would partner with besides him. So you just need to be 100% you are on the same page, want the same things, etc. But if you can accomplish the same production without them technically being a partner, but rather in some management role, then why not stick with that?
Does anybody have an idea about how to access the needs of a market, without field research? Only based on information available through digital, or mouth to mouth resources?
Hey there! That depends on what niche you are thinking of... but say you wanted to specialize in move in/move outs. I'd call a bunch of realtors and ask... Do you feel there is a shortage of qualified cleaning vendors in this area? Or with vacation rentals call property managers and ask the same. In general tho, in larger markets you'll have no trouble finding clients in all niches, provided you do you part. ;-)
Awesome you got this! Just depends on how dedicated you are to networking and getting in front of people. It's reasonable to get there VERY quickly if you network with property managers. And a little longer if you go direct to homeowners. :-)
@@boasurpresa Yep that works for many... or network with realtors. The key is... talk to as many people as possible. Be confident and just put yourself out there!
I don't clean anymore if thats what you mean, but I do not teach what many other coaches teach. I'm all about quality over quantity, in all aspects of my business. Clients, staff, etc. And I do believe in operating your business in the place you spend most of your time. So fully remote, no. But the way I teach it is the key to long term success, and happiness as a biz owner. :-)

The best way? Network, network, network. That will obviously be harder working FT, but it is hands down the best and fastest way to grow.

Hi! Great content😊
What is the average time to get one house per day? Like a full week. This is my goal, clean 1 house a day! Wish me luck! 🍀🤞

@@TheProfessionalCleaner thank you for replay! So you don't think I can go directly to the house owner through letters?
