Reminds me of the twin sisters who got into a fist fight with each other in Leimert Park. They were fighting so hard that they both stepped off the curb into the street, both were struck by a pick up truck, and died on the scene. Their family was trying to break them up but couldn't and the family witnessed the accident. Each twin had small children too. 💔

My 1st little brother hates me, we haven't spoken in years but there is no way he would ever hurt me nor would I harm him. i sincerely doubt they are questioning the way the "raised" them at this time; they are trying to get through the trauma of losing two children. People can be raised "perfectly", and still make bad decisions. There are no perfect people or parents out here.
I get into a really heated argument with my brother about 3 months ago while my Glock 19 9 mm was sitting in a chair next to me. He barged at me and hovered over top of me as I was in a sitting position.. he most definitely had the strategic upper hand and he was so angry that he was spitting through his clenched teeth so out of safety I took my right hand and pushed the gun down between the cushions because in that moment I do not care if that is my mother, father, brother or son if you are that angry, have a strategic upper hand then you are not getting the weapon. I am going to control that weapon. It may not be pointed anywhere, just getting it out of commission is my main goal. If it came down to it I don't care who is trying to take my life I'm going to fight for it if I feel it is absolutely needed.
Wow… this is so sad. It reminds me of when Roger Troutman (ZAPP) was shot and killed by his brother, then his brother killed himself. I had a chance to hang out with them after a concert in Oklahoma back in the day. It was truly sad then, and hearing this story is even sadder. Have mercy on their parent/s.
This is so sad. My 2 sons are 25 and 23 yrs old and they haven’t physically fought or even argued since they were little-little. They are so similar in so many ways but they are also complete opposites so even though they had/have friends and a life separate from each other they have ALSO been best friends their entire lives. I would be heartbroken if they yelled at each other let alone shoot and kill each other.

Same for me. I have two sons 28 and 29. They fought as little kids. Mostly name calling but I think the last physical fight was middle school. They are similar in their attitudes but always had separate friends and interests. To this day I would be shocked if they actually fought or hated each other. People have always been shocked when I say they don't fight because people assume that all brothers fight each other. That is simply not true. I raised them to protect each other, respect each other, and love each other. They are all each other has. Period. I am not saying they don't have disagreements but I never allowed them to get to the point as little children where they couldn't find a solution to their differences and I mediated their arguements so that they had the skills going forward to resolve their issues. To be honest, if I were the mother of theys who killed each other, I would be looking at where I may have failed them. Because I can't see any reason for these boys to even get to the point where tgey actually would pull a gun on their brother. Much less actually pull the trigger. This is so sad.

One would have to do something REALLY wrong for them to argue and those “somethings” won’t ever happen. Any small stuff that happens they just don’t let it bother them or they are upfront with each other and then it’s done. When they were hecka little I made them to start bringing me their issues that they had with the other so I was the buffer between them and sometimes they just wanted to vent and other times I would help them work it out, I would talk to them separately and then talk to them together to work out the issues and over time they slowly stopped coming to me with their issues and they would just figure it out between themselves. All those times I was slowly teaching them on how to solve their problems with each other in an appropriate way. More listening and thinking instead of them reacting from emotions. What could be the reason on why they would argue?

I was raised in a family full of "rough-ians" where they’d almost encourage fighting between one another, especially the boys of the family... but there were always rules of engagement. I was raised in a family full of "rough-ians" where they’d almost encourage fighting between one another, especially the boys of the family... but there were always rules of engagement. No "sucker punching," no kidney shots, no ball shots, and ABSOLUTELY NO GUNS! Don’t make the grownups get involved! Although not a lot shocks me nowadays, there are lots of things that still pull at my heartstrings. This is one of them. The poor mother and father of these boys and the rest of the family must be heartbroken after receiving this news. Nothing is worth this... My sincerest and deepest sympathies and condolences to all their family and friends.

Everybody in here is in shock, and I don't know why. I know families that i grew up around, including my own, that have sibling rivalries and certain individuals have animosity towards each. Whether if it's brothers, or sisters, or cousins, etc, it's alot of this going on today. It's just that people keep a distance from each other because they know what it is with each other.

My take is. A neighborhood just got a bit safer. Although I did take a bat to my brother after he beat me up once. But I was 12 years old and received a beating from my father for it, to teach me that's not the way to handle things.
This is an example of why siblings should never grow up competing with each other.
(Not talking about board games or sports).
Some siblings compete with everything, in a toxic & unhealthy way.
And eventually somewhere down the road, tragic disastrous things happen.
When parents see little siblings fussing & fighting, they both should be punished if they don't stop, when told to stop it.
