Also it sounds like they even have automatic curtains! Also the appliances are amazing. But the price, so amazingly low by western standards. It also sounds like there is a high level of service which is important when you are renting.

      That is becausej no real enforced minimum wage. Labor is dirt cheap in China. There is HUGE disparity in pay in China that wouldn't b allowed in Western countries. The average farctory worker building Apple iPhones is only paid $289.98 United States Dollar per month. A minimum wage McDonald's worker in California is paid $20/hour or can make half the salary of a Chinese work in just one day whereas a Chinese worker works a month. So, yo see the disparty and while you can eat so cheap and have delivery so cheap in China.

      Here’s How to Survive Winter Pollution in Chengdu
      • Chengdu generally experiences quite high levels of pollution in winter: a mix of increased power usage, motor pollution, close proximity to industry, and unlucky topography are just a few reasons why. The winter tends to bring the highest AQI (Air Quality Index) readings, causing hard-to-ignore damage to both our health and our moods.
      • But it must be said that because of government efforts to move factories out of residential areas, amongst other things, it has, on average, gotten better over the years. Unlike some regions in China’s Northeast, which experience huge peaks and troughs, Chengdu generally has a continuous moderate-to-high pollution level throughout the season.
      • Whilst we don’t all have the luxury of escaping the city when it gets bad, we are luckily more equipped than ever to monitor and protect ourselves from pollutants. As awareness increases of the dangers of PM2.5s (small particles believed to be the most damaging to our health), so does the range of products and services that can help - and some are more affordable than you’d think.
      • The pollution can be especially dangerous for sensitive groups: children, the elderly and pregnant women. Here are some tip how to keep safe this winter:

    We hear about the glut of housing units in China due to massive over building the past few years. This may be why rents for new units are so cheap, and why the nearby buildings are still vacant. Could also explain the additional perks landlords are willing to provide to renters. Thanks for the video... very interesting.

    • @tonysofla
      @tonysofla 2 месяца назад +3

      Rent is cheap as no property taxes that needs to be added to the rent.
      They don't have a $460 monthly condo association fee that needs to be added to the rent (theirs is $60)
      They don't have $2500/annual insurance bill, but just $120, which needs to be added to the rent.

Oh I know, because the BS propaganda is only anti Ch!na! ... Dude the surveillance cameras are there for people's safety, if something bad ever happens (which usually never does in Ch!na) then you'll be able to have justice because it will be recorded on camera. Do you actually believe than the government has nothing better to do than spy 1.4 billion people daily movements? C'mon! Western media lies so much to make Ch!na look bad and they would say anything, even if it doesn't make sense, but the fact that people blindly believe it without even questioning is shocking! I live in China and everybody here is happy, safe and free. Also the credit score thing is also lies, 99% of everything you hear about Ch!na is lies. I recommend you turn off your TV and start questioning the lies you are being fed.

      Seriously? Do people actually believe that? Did you know that London UK has way more surveillance cams than ch!na? Noone says anything about it, right? Surv cams are there for people's safety, if something bad happens you'll get justice because everything will be recorded, that's the purpose of it. You really think that the government has nothing better to do than following 1.4 billion people's daily every step? C'mon, I know western MSM make up a lot of lies to make this country look bad, but make it make sense. The credit score thingy is a also a lie. I suggest you turn off your TV and start questioning things.
