Hi! I'm learning Python. I stuck at the beginning. I installed Python 3.12 and Python 3.13. And then I installed PyCharm. Both were good until I ran PyCharm. The problem is that when I click on the project folder name, there's nothing pop up. There's no New, file appearing. Nothing. It have been bothering me for days! Anyone knows what's going on, please?
