Really good warm up routine! But as a RG coach let me tell you that if this is intended for actual beginners I would have done another exercise for the toes: that one you do is usually for intermediate/advanced gymnasts, beginners don't have that kind of strength and control. Same thing for the back flexibility, Cobra pose is good but I would have added other exercises to warm up the back. Anyway I followed it with no problem, I would like to see more stretching videos from you. ❤️

Ive come to the conclusion that I shouldn’t come to a contortionist for my stretching videos. What you do on the screen and what I’m attempting couldn’t be further apart 😂. Still love what you do though. ✌️

Everybody has to start somewhere :) I'm just the result of years of stretching and training ✌️ but the exercises work for beginners as well :)

Great I like the variety. I practice yoga, flexibility, exercise routines, Pilates, and contortionism. I also combine flexibility with exercise 👍
