    Really good warm up routine! But as a RG coach let me tell you that if this is intended for actual beginners I would have done another exercise for the toes: that one you do is usually for intermediate/advanced gymnasts, beginners don't have that kind of strength and control. Same thing for the back flexibility, Cobra pose is good but I would have added other exercises to warm up the back.
    Anyway I followed it with no problem, I would like to see more stretching videos from you. ❤️

    Really good stretches. You've used some really good body weight exercises in previous workouts It would be really interesting to see what you will come up with for lower body exercises.

    I like the stretching videos and I may be alone in this but you manage to make everything appear so effortless that I am not completely sure where the stretch is supposed to be felt if that makes sense?

      Yes i completely understand this. That's why I don't like to do stretching videos.. Not sure how to find a way around this. 😅

      @@stefaniemillingerofficial I’m late but you could simply put a split screen with a modification that shows what it might look like a beginner than the bottom the advanced stretch if that makes sense 😅

    Thank you for sharing this, I really like this sequence. I have a technical question: When you are doing your deep backbends, do you release all parts of the glutes completely or do you slightly activate them?

    Du bist so inspirierend. Wahnsinn! Wenn ich nur halb so beweglich werde wie du, bin ich happy 🙂 Was mich interessieren würde: Hier zeigst du ja hauptsächlich passive Stretches, aber du trainierst sicher sehr viel aktiv, oder? Wie ist denn da so dein Verhältnis?

    Ive come to the conclusion that I shouldn’t come to a contortionist for my stretching videos. What you do on the screen and what I’m attempting couldn’t be further apart 😂. Still love what you do though. ✌️

      Everybody has to start somewhere :) I'm just the result of years of stretching and training ✌️ but the exercises work for beginners as well :)

    Machst Du jeden Tag die gleichen Übungen und wirst Du am Tag nach dem Dehnen nicht unbeweglicher? Ich brauch immer 3 Tage Pause für Trainingsfortschritte ^^

    Great I like the variety. I practice yoga, flexibility, exercise routines, Pilates, and contortionism. I also combine flexibility with exercise 👍
