    first time trying your workouts and i love them! super challenging but inspiring because they target the areas i want to work on! I did a total body, core and then this video. dripping sweat!

      Hallo Stefan, das kommt ganz darauf an, wieviel Polsterung du gerne hättest. Ich denke, das ist Geschmackssache. Ich mag lieber die dünneren Matten. Die hier hab ich gerade am meisten im Einsatz: eu.manduka.com/products/pro-travel-yoga-mat?variant=30206905417779
