The idea of the lightbulb is actually highly accurate. Due to the human jaw construction the bulb can easily fit but fear and overall width further up on the lightbulb prevent it from being removed.
That’s one of the scariest things I ever did hear.
Doctors remove the lightbulbs with a balloon that they wrap around the lightbulb through the inside of the mouth and you bite down to break the bulb so it doesn't shatter in your mouth

Eltorro's Soldic: a Medic/Soldier Hybrid that chuckles ominously as he moves around while not moving at all(if that makes sense). He only appears whenever the Eltorro's Medic has a problem or needs help "fixing" a patient. It releases an insect or arachnid through his mouth, which will enter any orifice, in this case, the ear, and will give the patient hallucinations and/or frightening nightmares involving Elis, which in turn causes the patient to pass out or enter a comatose state.
The insect can also turn you into stone, as is shown in "Heavy is Bacon". Also he doesn't have much to do with the Medic, he is mostly associated with and gets his orders from the Pirate Engineer who turned him into who he is in "TV".
