RE Heart of Fear I began doing this by accident after watching you're original Heart of Fear video. I didn't know you had the instance on 10-man in that original vid. I always had it set to 25man whenever I ran it, not realizing, and I was wondering for the longest time why the Hell these mobs had so much health and took so much effort to take down, and why I would die so easily if I tried it as Arms (I think I started when I was below 700 ilvl) So I switched to prot, use Anger Management and just spam revenge, shockwave, thunder clap. I'm only ilvl 710 but have no problem doing that instance in two large pulls (again w/shield and one-hander). It WILL take longer this way. I believe I could just squeak in 3 full runs during the 20 min potion duration. Glad stance might quicken the pace but it's really no big deal to me. I'll have to try this now with the LFR perk you showed here. For me the Motes of Harmony, or whatever 10 of them turn into, sell for 60 gold each. I've sold the patterns in the past but I typically jsut vendor them now. All of the greens you get will net a hefty amount of gold (I think between 9 and 38 g each, from bracers to staves). Otherwise I make gold with garrison quests, Savage Satchels from tanking, and the Enchanting profession. Draenic Dust has spiked for some reason, so I disenchant all the bluess I get from dungeons, Honor Point gear, gear from Iron Horde Scraps, etc. Savage Satchels are no joke; if you hit the queue right as it pops, do a FAST run and exit, you will likely find the satchel stil being offered. Requeue - the wait will be much longer - and do another run. That's a 1000g in under 20 minutes, or just 500 if you're first run is slow.
FYI its not neccesary to make macros for the plundered treasures or any other openable stuff like salvage crates etc, just drag them to your bars and click away.
Sup +Asmongold, hope you read this. One thing you could do instead of listing gold per hour is to list the actual items you got per hour, kind of like what Oldbess does, so people can check how much those items would sell for on their own server, and thus how much gold THEY would be making per hour. For example, if you made 2160 Windwool cloth in an hour, I could see that they're going for 0.72g each on my server, and the US mean price is 1.03g at the time of making this comment, so I'd make roughly 1555.2g per hour off the windwool. There's obviously going to be some variation in drop rates, and it might seem a bit misleading with something like vendor trash, but as long as you're not farming something really rare like certain pets or something, you can just add a "Your millage may vary" disclaimer.

Hatred There's always going to be some amount of variation due to different inconsistencies or just RNG, but I know I would do that if I was considering a farming spot. It'd be a lot quicker than actually testing a spot for a few hours myself instead of using a spot I already use.

I am looking forward to seeing which classes become the best for soloing old content in Legion. Normally I have stuck with my DK and Monk, but Demon Hunters self healing is through the roof and their movement to boot. If/when you are in alpha can you weigh in on which classes you think have the most farming potential with this current version?
+Raim Surion what ones are you farming currently? i'm after pets (the two in dread wastes) and I also do the weekly world bosses. I don't know too much more about MoP and I'm tired of killing the same ones :)
Also farming ToT (not LFR ofc) for Haunting Spirit is nice. On my server I was selling them for 200-400g each and they have 100% drop chance from every epic ToT item disenchanted.
correct me if i am wrong but would this be more persistent comprehended to the cata25hc farming cause its most likely going to be nerfed that you get 125g per boss and you have to go on to panda25hc? i mean this way you most likely make the gold through selling items and opening treasure boxes. oh and do you think they will nerf the gold that cata25hc bosses drop?

I suggest not using Ravager. Because for some stupid reason it acts like class pets, if a mob gets killed by the ravager, you are denied to loot it. I tried this in Firelands and testet it out. Whenever I killed the mobs with Ravager I couldn't loot them, but killing them with my other abilities like, with my swords, then I could loot them no problem. The exact same thing happened when I was clearing raids with my shaman, in particular the magma totem, whenever I killed mobs with the totem, I was denied to loot them... It's so irritating after collecting them all over the place ...
+Milo Would definitely be a problem in cata cause of scaling, but I don't think ravager will kill mobs before he can tag them with bladestorm in the 25 man version of pandaland raids as they have too much health.
Oh thanks for the info, well I pretty much couldn't deal damage to Cata mobs as they died quickly from Ravager and the Magma Totem. Thanks again appreciate it.
Hey Asmongold I have a question for you. I saw you parse 200k on mythic tyrant. You have a razer deathadder with two buttons. What are your keybinds for MS/CS as well as rend and sweeping strikes? I'm getting a new mouse and want to change my setup as I progress through M HFC.
Maybe for farming like this you could give an idea on how much gold per run from raw gold and vended items and then say you get these items to sell on the AH. Although that could still cause problems with people taking different times to farm so maybe per run for places like in this video. Then again showing people these places and leaving them up to work how much it makes per hour for them is a good idea and everyone will differ depending on skill/gear/class/sever econ etc.

Asmon try it as prot like your original video. I found shield barrier along with the aoe of prot to be real easy to pull this on 25 man normal and heroic.
Which are the best dungeons for farming tabard reps (specifically main cities - for Argent Tourney)? I've tried normal Mana Tombs, Stonecore, Shadow Lab, Pit of Saron and Halls of Lightning. HoL, PoS and Shadow Lab all gave 15 rep per mob, 300 per boss, while mana tombs and stonecore gave less (even on heroic). Does anyone have more info on this?
+MacTavish First of all, the burning crusade dungeons don't give you any exp for wrath of the lich king reputs, u can only get Argent reput doing the quests.
Asmongold Yeah, PoS has the downside of having to run off and collect as much trash mobs as possible. I farmed the reps using normal HoF, around 2.6-2.8k rep per run. Hit 10 instance per hour limit pretty quickly tho.
Rare to see someone legitimately explaining something in this game when it comes to farming gold. Thanks for the guide, I'd use it if I had an active subscription heh...

+Malcolm Bearden but the problem is that is like a fraction of your intake, the first raid, he did a breakdown of the 4k gold an hour, only about 800g was looted..... the rest of the gold made was from harmony, trillium and vendoring shit. so if he did do that his titles or whatever might look insignificant, like "oh who wants to farm 800g an hour thats fucking stupid". ya know? so id just tell him to keep on doing the videos in this format because it attracts the most attention and the numbers he comes up with, he tells you where he got the numbers from, if trillium and harmony are dirt cheap on ur server... then u should'nt farm these.... so imo the way his videos are setup rn are the best format.

Asmongold the breakdown u did in a similar video was enough for me to be able to figure out the rest, thankyou... that breakdown gave me the ability to figure out id make around 3k+ on my server at the pace i go, since it takes me around an hour to do the cata raids and i get around 5k i do that first, kazzak second and this when my toons did those for the week.... in like 3 videos uve optimized my gold farming without creating unreal expectations.... a feat ive yet to see on another channel.

theres a way make 5-15k per day with wod LFR , cause atm theres less ppl playing the game and LFR groups take longer to fill blizzard is giving the bonus bag to dps like crazy most of the time im in q for 4-5 wings that take about 15 mins to complete so its 600 +g per 15-20 mins plus the bag has beleful tokens you can send to your alts , the epic token to turn those baleful into 695 and most important the bag can have medallions of the legion , those are 2500 - 300 on my server . i make 150 k per month like 20 k more for the medallions and other 30 k for garrisons and minor stuff , and you can do this pretty much afk just download 2 addons . first flashbar and second bosskilled , those 2 really help alot . with flashbar you can alt tab and do whatever you want on your pc while wait for the LFR call and with bosskilled you can quickly browse all the LFR wings no more dropdown menu . anyways if you have the time its a good way to make gold i know LFR is not everyones cup of tea but atleast its good to make gold .
+Andrej Cibula If your HS isn't already set to pandaria (it should for more portals) there's a portal to Jade Forest in your faction capital (Org/SW) around where the pandaren quartermaster hangs out.
İ recomend doing capes with windwool cloths so you dont have to use the auction house . just vendor the capes for 15 gold i think- or whatever recipe you have.By this way, your server doesnt matter.
+OZORA INUI Horridon, Council's trash, Ji-kun, Primordius, Dark Animus, Sha of Pride, Blackfuse and Paragons. All have a chance to drop their respective pets. Though you only get one shot per week at their loot, the pets are all coinable and you can use the coin in each kill, regardless of your loot lockout.
I've just finished my 20 minutes long run as 718 ilvl warrior. Sold everything, gain 1200 gold + I'll try to sell some ore. I think I cleared Heart of Fear 6 or 7 times.
So i tried it and i got about 2k gold an hour :( If i would sell the mats in the ah i could push it 3 k but thats all i could muster i could get like 4-5 runs for every luck potion
+jvjd Seeing how hc 25 man firelands and DS gave about 2k, I'd say that's pretty good. Especially since those can only be done once a week. You fully geared in pve?

LFR doesn't have the "nerf debuff" applied ... as far as I know. I recall having to burn through more HP on some LFR modes then 25 heroic.

Kazzak Trinket for Leech Healing is really good for any harder raid solo farm.

My favorite method is logging in to wod for 15 mins and doing the garrison and the shityard.
This is also a good method, along with cata 25 heroics

Yeah I'd tell him to tell how much the gold was for vendoring the loot but the loot you get varies so it wouldn't be concrete.

+M SDoc LFR and norm/Hero are on separate lock outs so you can do both just like back in the day. I do it with DS for T-mog every week.

theres a way make 5-15k per day with wod LFR , cause atm theres less ppl playing the game and LFR groups take longer to fill blizzard is giving the bonus bag to dps like crazy most of the time im in q for 4-5 wings that take about 15 mins to complete so its 600 +g per 15-20 mins plus the bag has beleful tokens you can send to your alts , the epic token to turn those baleful into 695 and most important the bag can have medallions of the legion , those are 2500 - 300 on my server . i make 150 k per month like 20 k more for the medallions and other 30 k for garrisons and minor stuff , and you can do this pretty much afk just download 2 addons . first flashbar and second bosskilled , those 2 really help alot . with flashbar you can alt tab and do whatever you want on your pc while wait for the LFR call and with bosskilled you can quickly browse all the LFR wings no more dropdown menu . anyways if you have the time its a good way to make gold i know LFR is not everyones cup of tea but atleast its good to make gold .

+Andrej Cibula If your HS isn't already set to pandaria (it should for more portals) there's a portal to Jade Forest in your faction capital (Org/SW) around where the pandaren quartermaster hangs out.
İ recomend doing capes with windwool cloths so you dont have to use the auction house . just vendor the capes for 15 gold i think- or whatever recipe you have.By this way, your server doesnt matter.

I've just finished my 20 minutes long run as 718 ilvl warrior. Sold everything, gain 1200 gold + I'll try to sell some ore. I think I cleared Heart of Fear 6 or 7 times.
