    can you please explain the wiring of the encoder

      @@samirzeghloul9737 Mach3 doesn't support multi signal encoder per revolution. It only supports index signal which is 1 pulse per revolution. I switched to LinuxCNC which allows me to use 400 pulses per revolution encoder

      Here is how I connected the index signal (wiring for linuxCNC but for mach3 it was the same connection). But as I say - mach3 doesn't support more than 1 pulse per second which is really bad for threading. But if you want just RPM read-out on your machine then you will be fine.

    If you would only configure the endstop for X- and not for X+, would it then be able to move in the opposite direction it was running from without override?
