Fabulous! If I was looking for a spacious London home I would definitely consider this. I have shared it to friends who are looking for something similar. Amazing!!
American here, simply love the NEW lease on life this property has been granted. War time essential barracks to multi living quarters with private serene PEACEFUL gardens. You have to pause and appreciate the second could not exist without the sacrifice, courage and tenacity of the first. Well done on that front Brits! Well done.
Very good value, my only reservation is Woolwich Arsenal. Also the fumes from the Ethanol fireplace will kill you. Ethanol creates condensation hence the damp stain above the fireplace and on the ceiling.
Wow well I never knew it was turned into flats I lived a short distance from here in 00' interesting that they did. If I did buy something like that there must be a way to reconfigure it somehow I suppose the grade 2 listing would still apply to buyers as well? Those grounds in the front would residents be allowed to use it? If I had lottery winnings I would consider it for sure :)
Thanks for your comments. Yes, the grade 2* star listing means you have to be very careful before you do anything to the property. Someone would say that’s a good thing as it preserves the historic integrity of these lovely old buildings all around the country.

That's a fair price to live at the Gothic-style RMA, Woolwich. As someone else said, it's special. And that huge custom bookshelf...
Well that’s rather special.
I’m so glad you think so. It really is a beautiful building and a super flat.
Developers do be ruining things so badly 🥲
More like a Mezzanine Studio Apartment really…
So living room and kitchen same room
👌🏻🤩🙌 🏰 📚 🎥
You can buy a 3 bed house same area with 4 times the room
Ghastly!!!
салідная праца , дзякуй 🇬🇧
That’s very kind of you to say, thank you very much
Absolutely stunning building, but the apartment inside is tiny, soulless and mediocre. Sorry.
