    There are so many youtubers sponsored by better help but I can’t tell if they have used it themselves, so I’m glad you made a video about your experience. I have done both in person and online therapy and was wondering what better help is like. I did some online therapy last year, but I’m looking for an in person therapist again. From me, online therapy is better when I’m going through a crisis or working on anything short term and in person therapy is better for working through past trauma and long term situations. I wonder if anyone else feels the same way.

      I totally feel you! After the first few times of doing therapy through my insurance I tried to do in person but so many in my network didn’t accept in person so I was kind of trapped in a corner. I agree, online is great for crisis. I can definitely see in person sessions good for psychotherapy and trauma. I use CBT and other forms at the moment so BetterHelp has met my needs there. I really struggled with Insurance Therapy and my network, so I’m glad there’s potential alternatives available. I say potential bc it’s so expensive! Wishing you all the best friend 🙏
