- Well, winter is here and that means it's time for winter tires. Your tire tread can have a huge impact on the control and versatility of your electric scooter.
Combining the power of the Nami Burn-E with the grip and traction of great winter/off road tires means much more flexibility in how, when, and where you can ride.
Join us as we meet up with our mechanical expert, Ever Solano at Conte's Bike Shop in Washington, D.C. He gives a VERY thorough breakdown of the tire replacement process, the tools you'll need, and even shares his top tips for how to get the process done efficiently and safely.
You don't want to miss out on this one.

Thanks, Elvis. This is mostly the same process as the rear wheel, but we wanted to break up the videos to make sure it wasn't too terribly long as a single piece.
Love these
Thank you for the video! I just got my Nami and both tires were either knocked out of balance during shipping or the tires are deformed, and there's a significant wobble to both tires at speeds around 35-40mph, especially the back tire it actually bounces around and is really unsafe. My question is how do you balance the tires out??... I don't have any experience with tubeless tires and need help. Thank you in advance!!
Hello. Great videos coming out by you in the Nami. May I ask what the tire size is for the new off-road tires?
We’ll have to take another look and get back to you on this.
Did you notice a big difference?
It handles a lot better on off road terrains. For street riding there’s a little more friction, but overall a more robust feeling.
How was it to ride in the winter?
Your rotor looks like it's installed in the wrong direction.
Really? Hmmm. Can you elaborate? Michael Sha would find it hilarious if this were the case.
@@earnestmedicine Starting at 5:45, you can see the directional arrow on the rotor. Then at 17:45, you reinstall the rotor in the same incorrect direction. My Burn E came with the rotors in the correct direction.
Seems like a very tedious strenuous and complicated process
