CX Racing Chevelle turbo headers . What I got on big block in my S10. Worked great. I run two catch cans one on valve covers and run from intake valley .
Dont you have back pressure in the header from driving the turbos? This might make the evac system not work as planed or put it after the turbos. I remember years ago there was a factory, electric vacuum pump that guys were putting on there race cars. Good to see you tinkering with the car again
The back pressure from the turbos is Minimum. But theres a large amount from the complete exhaust system . (Quiet flows ss) vs the cut outs . But thats really at a idle or passed 10 lbs of boost. Bigger turbos Especially on the hotside helps with backpressure. Along with 3.5 " or larger exhaust pipes. And I was really thinking about the electric vacuum pumps just couldnt find one I liked.
Sorry but thel number one thing you should do it get rid of those horrible ugly wheels and tires. Low profile tires on older cars will absolutely make the ride horrible and traction extremely low. Get some nice wheels and tires with some sidewall. I promise you how amazed you will be.

I know you not getting no traction lol, how often you changing tires?
Can you run a 454 without the headers?
