Broken Sword 2 is favourite game of mine. If you like old school point and click games and for some reason missed those then this is a must buy. I own it on GOG but will probably buy anyway as I like to replay it once every few years xD.
Nah, fraid not - my PS1 library was only added to on birthdays and Christmas. You play through both? But that's cool - why Evercade is awesome, get the chance to revisit these games I never had the chance to. Like TR 2&3 - just had the demos.
Yeah, played through 1 and 2 a few times. Also played the various remakes and sequels. Love them. Gladly I was already working at this point in the 90s.. so all my money spent on computer games lol.
This is already gonna be bought by me! What a fantastic surprise. But I guess this is expected from Blaze. I’m personally glad that they are giving us more P&C games! Hopefully we can get an actual mix collection of them too?! 🤔. I have played and completed the first of these games, which I remembered fondly. Even though, yes. Some maybe not be into this style of game. I definitely think this cart is going to be a WINNER! So far so good for Blaze. I think they are off to a good start. 🤔👍❤️
Thats a cartridge i didnt expect . Ill be adding this one to the collection .about time we found kut what snk stuff is coming , must be a metal slug cart
I'm glad other people know about Simon the Sorcerer! Back in the 90's, I felt like I was the only person who knew about it. (Of course there was little Internet back then.)
These are the Playstation ports however these games have been remastered in 2010 and the first game got a full remake last year. Right now you can get the two remasters on GOG for $16 CDN for the two. These are good games but they are easily available elsewhere and cheaper compared to getting this cartridge. I'm sure some would have preferred these as part of the blue label line as well rather than the console releases.
Nice release but if you can't wait Broken Sword 2&3 are on sale for 99p on GOG with the OG at the normal price of £5 :-) At least analogue support should help with the Evercade release but mouse support would be most welcome.Keep up the awesome work!
Definitely not expected. How does it play on the PSX without a mouse? Having finished the first C&C game on the PSX, I know that some games can be servicable even without a mouse, but point and click adventure? The last two attempts by Delphine Collection have not sold me to this idea. Also, the PSX versions will be low-resolution, which is really a shame for games that heavily rely on hand-drawn graphics. I personally feel torn about this collection.
@@CZpersi The games don't need a mouse and were designed for a dpad. You definitely don't need a mouse. There was a PS1 mouse that you could use but you didn't need one. The Delphine games however where designed for use with a mouse. Not a dpad. Hence them being a bit tricky.
Meh it’s a good series , but given it’s been available on mobile phones for close to a decade ! I don’t see it making much sense on the Evercade platform. Something more obscure point and click wise would have been more interesting …
@@CrazyBurger Yes, we had a version with dubbing and subtitles in Spanish, Blaze should somehow at least include Spanish subtitles (and if not, also German and French).
Yeah, still no mouse support, still dissapointing. I don't need to play these PS ports on Evercade, to be honest. And 25 or 30 Euros? Nope, I don't see the point. I have them on PC, NDS etc etc.
I honestly wasn't expecting this one, but it's honestly nice to see Broken Sword getting some attention again
Thanks for being extra honest!
@@cyrollan You're welcome XD
Never played these, barely even knew about them. I loved point and click adventure games back in the day, so sign me up!!!

Awesome fast upload mate! First day purchase for me. I only had the demo on Demo 1 and rinsed the crap out of it. Can't wait to play this in full. 😁

I’m sure you called this one correctly on a wish list video a while back. 👍
@@DavidFalconer-np4bo Yeah, back in May. Always seemed like a likely collection, since it's not under a massive unobtainable publisher.
I’ve got to hand it to you, you’re pretty good at guessing.
Lol more thinking stuff that's sensible and possible. Bit of luck.
The alternate music is much better than the official trailer, haha
Lol its brutal. But appropriate. Ish. Can't play the Evercade music as quite often it's copyrighted.
this will be a great diversion and will bring more people on board!
I only finished the first game on GBA, even though I started it on different platforms three or four times over the years.
I've played it too many times on so many platforms. The touch screen version was interesting. I need to play the recent reforged version as well.
Broken sword a couple of good solid games. Not everyone's bag but this cart is a must for me as I remember playing them.

Interesting. Good games, And a mostly untapped niche on Evercade too. This one’s a must buy for me.

I'd love to see Simon the sorcerer on evercade, loved that game.
Think I'll give this a go
It's great to see and was excited... But then realise this will be £25 for two games. A different proposition at this price point
@@njj1 Yes. That isn't the best part. I'll cover that in my next vid.
Love it
Wonder if it will work on the alpha

We eventually nldo need mouse and keyboard support. Or at least analog sticks. Duke Nukem 3D is nigh unplayable with the existing Evercade controller.
