i love your tutorials so much, you come up with brilliant things to work with, and it's so wonderful to be able to learn this. there is also something i find particularly soothing about your voice, laughter, and manner of speaking that makes your videos especially amazing ✨ huge thanks!
Hey! I just want to say thanks for all your vids! Your art is appreciated and helps a lot of us find our creative outlet! Hope you start feeling better!
Crazy, this morning I was wondering about how to approach applying instancing to type in TD and boom, you upload a tutorial on it! Can't wait to play around with it
Is there anyway to make the base is not square? i mean the typography form rectangle? so the grid X and Y is different? I already try the tutorial its amazingg, I just try to improvise. Thank you!
If you're wondering what this [1:-1] is doing, you've basically inserted a "/" between each each character of your string. This expression removes the first and the last character of it. [a:b] is basically a slice of an array / list and any string can be considered an array of char. You can reference item positively or negatively, -1 being the last one. So [1:-1] means start at index 1 and stop right before the last one.
Hello! Super cool, thank you! Could you please tell, how to make it the way that different text appears? Like we have a pool of letters, and each time different word (text) appear.

Excited to give this a try!
I’ve watched a video about instancing on Mac but still can’t figure out what to do here to make it work. Can someone explain it?

Is there a workaround for the Nvidia Kepler req?
Hey. Blending (Transparency) doesn't work for me in this example. It juat does nothing. First time actually I see it not working. Any ideas why?
Try turning on the "discard pixels based on alpha" option in the "common" page of your phong ?
