Penny's career is underrated. She may have only released two solo albums over the years, but she's worked with so many people and sang with a lot of groups such as Klymaxx, SNAP! & Soul ll Soul. I love her interviews, she's fun to listen to. My all time favorite track from her is her 1993 solo single 'I'll Be There'.

Man! I wish Penny would record some new music. Her first album was excellent. The second one had some great ballads. Some of the uptempo stuff was too new jack-swingish for me. But i loved her version of "daydream".

I agree, but it's hard to get a recording contract and some singers don't want all the bullshit that comes with that. They just want to sing and keep it simple
