That Vidal beating is still hard to watch to this day. Her screaming is gut wrenching.
The thing that got me was the fact that practically everyone and their mothers were telling Videl "Yo, don't fight him." but she was just like "Oh, hell nah. Run them hands!" and she got brutalized for it. Even the _announcer_ wanted her to quit.
Specifically the Adam Smasher part, the anime is super gruesome in the detail of violence and literally parts of her ribs and brain were exposed 😬
