A black Kia was stolen in broad daylight. Another driver brought the thief to the scene and pulled off with him after he drove off in the victim's ride.

It was obviously a woman who stole it, you can clearly tell that's a woman getting in the passenger door. I hate this happened, but he left himself wide open. Life is good at those lessons, live and learn!
