    📈How do i train ?
    I have divided my leg routine in push pull day!!
    PUSH :-
    - incline chest press with cable crossover
    - machine shoulder press with lateral raises
    - rope pushdown
    - smith squat with leg extension
    PULL :-
    - vertical
    - horizontal
    - hyper extension
    - 1 hamstring curl
    - shrugs
    - biceps
    - calf
    ✅I repeat it thrice a week to increase frequency !!
    ✅You can have machine crunches anytime 2-3 times a week !!
    ✅I try to train better 3(10-15) reps with 60 sec gap between sets !!

    my workout split is hybrid push pull legs ,i train chest shoulder ,back biceps with 4-4 exercises each, and legs and triceps 5 exercises of legs and 2-3 triceps to finish off the workout

    Monday: Chest, Tri
    Tuesday: Back, Bi
    Wednesday: Legs
    Thursday: Shoulder
    Friday: Chest, Tri
    Saturday: Back, Bi
    Sunday: Rest
    Monday: Legs
    And so on.
    Basically, I workout according to the series, and don't train as per day.
    By this way, In one week, I Train, Chest, Tri, Back, Bi twice, and other week, Legs and shoulders are trained twice.

    Hello bhai i am a big fan of yours i am going gym for 3 months with ppl in which i do only 1 leg day a week and i think my legs improved a bit compared to my other body parts which have no improveness so now i am thinking to change my split so can you suggest me to do bro split in which i will do 1 muscle a day in which i got an improvement in my legs or full body? ( I dont have any issue with going 6 days a gym ) ( Please ignore my english😅)
