Thanks from Japan 有難う💛。 We are moved by this song because we are human beings. I am Japanese but my nationality and literacy do not have distinct advantages to feel the emotion stirred by Su-Metal and Kamis. Su's voice and Kami's guitar sound resonate with the bones in my whole body. I actually saw this performance at the venue on April 14 & 15, 2021. As an eyewitness, I can tell you that it was literally heartbreaking and made me forget to breathe for that 30 second silent break.
Good reaction. This is a very emotional song (I don't think the translation you had was perfect, but it wasn't far off - for example "Why were you laughing?" should have been "why was I smiling?" and there were other lines that weren't quite right - but you got the main idea and feeling anyway, so maybe it doesn't matter so much). This song pays homage to the classic song by X Japan called 'Endless Rain'. This was the first time Su stopped and they had that silence and darkness when she performed this song ... I think there must have been some significance (they had a short introductory video at this show which would have given a sort of explanation or made sense of it). It is a shame your previous reactions were all blocked. Did you do them all in one video? That could explain it - if so perhaps if you separate them and maybe put a watermark over the videos you will be able to post them. 'Akatsuki' is another of Su-metal's solo songs and also pays tribute to an X Japan song called 'Kurenai'. 'Megitsune' is a big fan favourite and possibly shows off what BABYMETAL are all about better than any other single song. 'Gimme Chocolate' is one of their fun songs, it does not have a deep message, they just want some chocolate - but it was the video that went viral and got them noticed internationally to start with, mainly because of the shock value.
Nice song.. Ill add this as Metal Ballads genre. Honestly I never heard of this song before, but sure its good, reminds me of XJapan - Endless Rain Here some more BabyMetal song by genre I recommend to you Speed Metal: - Akatsuki - Headbanger - Ijime Dame Zettai - Road Of Resistance Metal Ballads - No Rain No Rainbow Progressive Metal - Tales Of The Destinies - Rondo Of Nightmare - Monochrome - Mirror Mirror Hardcore - Catch Me If You Can Trash Metal - Give Me Chocolate Metalcore - Megitsune - Karate Black/Death Metal - Sis Anger Nu Metal - BxMxC Symphonic Metal - Divine Attack - Metal Kingdom Industrial/Electronic Metal - PaPaYa - Metalizm - Headbanger Night Of 15 Mix Waiting for your next choice 😄
Her voice, facial expressions, and every move she makes are on another level of beauty. She is music incarnate.
