Hi Sir, Im using the same brand and model. My question is, I've been using my printer for almost a year and unfortunately naubos na yung color yellow from the cartridge. I decided to fill the ink tank. So now, Im planning to use the ink from the ink tank. Is there an option po ba to choose it. After ko po kasing irefill, hindi parin nagwork ang yellow. So maybe there's something I need to setup? I really don't. Please help. Thank you!

Wala kang i seset up jan mali lang yung pag refill mo, dapat kasi jan bago pa maubosan ng ink malagyan muna agad wag munang hntayin pa na magng empty dahil magkakaron yan ng hangin sa loob ng hoss na naka konekta sa tanke.
.
Para maubos yung hangin gamitin mo yung kulay orange na nakalagay sa cartridge mo nong bago siya hnd yun tinatapon ginagamit yun pang higop ng ink sa tanke para mawala yung hangin at dumereto sa hoss yung ink.
Kapag empty na yung tank ink wag kang basta nalang refill. Kailangan mo jan gawin alisin yung dalawang cartridge tapos isalpak mo yung orange na kasama sa package natin then iclose mo hihigopin non yung ink then open mo ulit then saka mo ulit isalpak yung cartridge ganon lang.
Basta alway check the tank pag paubos na wag munang hntayin pang mag empty sya dapat malagyan mo agad.

Same unit. Pano po mafix ung ink nagbabackflow. Black and maroon ok. Cyan and yellow nagbabackflow. Sana matulungan nyo po ako.

Hello po, ako po gamit ko now is HP Tank 315. Halos same lang sa unit niyo po.
Bale advisable po na weekly gamitin yung printer para po di mabarahan yung Printhead. Ako po papangalawang palit na po ako ng printhead ngayon kasi di masiado nagamit printer namin, kaya nasira nanaman ata uli yung cartridge.

Sa issue naman sa hazard check hindi porke may maliit na guhit sa isang kulay ay kailangan na agad mag palit ng cartridge, try niyo munang mag hazard check ng 10x then pag tabi tabihin nyo yung checking ng print kung ang mapapansin nyo ay iba ibang kulay ang nagkakaproblema sa bawat hazard check pero yung quality ng print maganda parin at malinaw hindi niyo kailangan mag palit ng cartridge dahil normal lang yan na minsan kahit sa bagong printer at cartridge nangyayari yan dahil hindi naman perfect ang catridge natin basta isa lang na guhit na maliit normal yan.
Pero kung ang quality ng print ay malabo na tapos may guhit guhit pa na more than 4 to 5 mag palit kana ng cartridge dahil hnd na yan normal.
Sa pag papalit ng cartridge ng printer hnd yan basta basta lang na isasalpak meron din yan propeso kailangan mo ult yung kulay orange na pang higop ng ink na i cloclose mo kung paano ang ginawa mo nong bago yung printer sa pag salpak ng cartridge ganong set up ult gagawin mo hnd basta lang hugot at salpak ng panibago dahil hnd magkakaron ng laman yung cartridge mo ng ink kung hnd mo susundin tamang proses.

Meron yang hangin sa loob kaya ganyan yan.
Madali lang solusyon jan alisin mo muna dalawang cartridge tapos gamitin mo yung kulay orange na kasama sa package natin sa hp tank 415 kulay orange yun yung inalis mo dati bago mo isalpak yung cartridge.
Then isalpak mo yung orange na yun then i lock mo para mahigop nong orange na yun yung hangin then open mo ulit, salpak mo catridge then mag hazard check ka manually wag sa computer sa printer mismo para ma check mo kung ayos na yung print nya then saka mo checkin sa computer sure ako ayos na yan.
Sa catridge naman maselan ang hp wag kang mag sasalpak ng sobrang kapal na papel like kasing kapal ng school card papel masisira yan, ang pinaka makapal mo lang na pwedeng isalpak jan ay photo paper na 130 gsm.
Para hnd ka matuyuan ng ink sa cartridge wag na wag mong i ooff madalas yung printer mo pwd mong i off ilang oras lang pero wag mong i ooff ng 24hrs titigas yung excess ink sa baba ng cartridge basta wag mong i ooff yung printer ng matagal saka kung wala kang i priprint make sure na kahit hazard check at cleaning cartridges gawin mo para maka siguro ka na hindi matuyuan ng ink yung cartridge na matitigas na.
Pag naaalagaan mo cartridge kahit once a year kalang mag palit kung hnd ka naman masyadong nag priprint. Pero kung sobrang dami mong mag print need mo palitan yung cartridge mo every 3months or 6months.
