I had so much unpacked grief that I carried into this lifetime from ancient passed lives. Instead of acknowledging the hate we have inside, we suppressed it and manifested what we denied. We share denied hate because we viewed it as lesser than and suppressed it. Shadow work is the most important role in a spiritual awakening and the ascension process because if you don't work through your shadow self and unpack those emotions, we manifest what we don't want. We may want to ascend, but if we don't do the shadow work, we will not ascend.
We will instead manifest what we suppress. The universe doesn't care if you don't acknowledge our shadow selves, unless we work through it, we will attract that darkness. For a spiritual awakening, the shadow work is an integral part in that journey, in that ascension. We need to acknowledge what isn't pretty, and work through it. If you don't do the shadow work, you will only see other people's shadows while carrying all of your own.

20 years into my spiritual path I am seeing my shadow self. I can be so gentle, loving but if someone crosses my boundaries my need to shame them, hurt them verbally is strong.

Pat I love that you are willing to be authentic💜 My breakthrough isn’t luck though, it’s very intense work that I have been submitting to for years. Lots of shadow work in order to strip away all the programs that I was born and raised in. And what works for me, isn’t what will work for any other necessarily. We each have our own journey, free will and the Divine’s hand in all of it. I don’t get it all either, but rather, as I have learned to understand myself, certain things just resonate now. My encouragement is to keep seeking, keep loving yourself and know that you are worthy of living your divine purpose🙏

Exactly!! After I had my ayahuasca experience I felt like other spiritual content not satisfying enough, I was craving something deeper. And then this channel appeared on my Instagram - she was talking about the things I’m going through right now.
I’ve seen this energy field!! This happened about 3-4 months ago & I was on shrooms when I saw it so this sounds crazy but a spirit I was channeling at the time visually showed me that exact energy field and told me that it was a representation of who I am.. along with other interesting information/advice that would help me further in my awakening journey.

I thought I had seen all of your videos but I guess I must have over looked this one. I’m also awakening to my past life experiences.
The more I heal, the more I dive into my shadow work, the more I remember. It’s like I’m unlocking parts of me that were kept hidden for so long. My dreams give me pieces of the puzzle and I follow the synchronicities. I listen to the birds and the nature around me because I know it’s all speaking to me and assisting me through this journey, reassuring that I am not going crazy.
My body is shaking as I write this. My heart is singing. I’m glad I saw this video. I’m scared to continue this path, my ego resists it.. this is where I feel my past life blocks coming through.. but at the same time I am ready to continue moving forward without giving in to my distractions. I miss what I don’t remember.. I miss it so much.. and the people..

This was the 2nd video of yours that I watched and I had to pause it around 6:00 because I had a breakthrough of awareness and clarity of a deeply-rooted anger I have been denying since I was a child. Your words broke through that wall of denial and gave me permission to acknowledge it, witness it, and just own that it has been in me for far too long. I am truly grateful for this clarity. I am so happy for you! I know what it feels like to have been angry from a young age and carry it to adulthood. I wonder if you found that after carrying anger around for so long, it becomes its own thing. I feel like when you are young it is directed at who hurt you but as an adult it's just a burning ball and becomes its own source. I wonder if all emotions work this way?

Amen! Thank you for this! At every level of the spiral of spiritual growth, in every path I've found, there is a pit laid one can fall into, a chance to fall far to a much lower level, to begin the climb again. Just to cite a few things I've noticed in more than a few cases... People can gradually gain so much pride (egoic arrogance loves to sneak in the back door!) that they eventually will give out false information - literally make stuff up! - rather than admit they don't know something. Some even start making up their own "ancient rituals" or "traditional yogic practices" that never existed in that lineage if at all. Some gurus and "shamans" and teachers give themselves increasing license to sexually exploit a "follower" or two (then more), usually the young and star-struck. Then we have others who fall into greed and materialism, which is easily witnessed in ministers with lear jets. Others are so drawn to holding power, they increasingly take on unwarranted authority, gradually becoming emotionally or even physically abusive to their "followers" as inferiors (because after all, the ego is happy to misinterpret "I am God"... as applying to its personal opinions and preferences). And various paths have their own tendencies to evoke particular egoic patterns, so that must be watched as well. Any number of other possibilities and permutations take out people who may have started with really pure intentions - IF we don't stay really honest with ourselves and keep an eye on our egos. Failure to own and address our own shadow has taken out many a guru who started out with the very best of intentions and tremendous spiritual effort. To the point that very few of us trust any gurus at all anymore. The age of the guru may have passed, in fact - people need to tune in within more anyway, but I still think teachers and gurus can have a place as long as self-honesty is clearly evidenced.
Thank you for helping me understand. When ever I start to think I am learning something spiritually. Someone or some energy smacks me upside my being with emotions. Yesterday I was at a store I was wearing a mask. My opinion is it’s just a mask. I waved at someone I knew. He said do I know you. I lowered my mask said who I was . He asked me if I was a democrat. I said pretty much. This whole interaction knocked me off my beam. So I thought what did he show me that I hated him so much for showing me. After hours and a night of sleep. I realized I am not a democrat or republican. I am a mind body spirit entity who does certain things. This video helped me understand how be more humble and know and realize I have a negative side. Listening to this video I could feel the relaxing or maybe balancing feeling in my abdomen.
You know, I agree. I think getting out of that Dem/ Repub dichotomy is an important step. That’s a creation of the politicians and media that thrive and profit on the division of people. On getting the people to self-tribalize, which many are willing to do. I don’t like to talk about higher and lower levels of consciousness or intelligence or anything because it screams pretentiousness to me. And there’s too much I realize I don’t know, that I’m ignorant of, to act like I’m an expert on anything or that I’m riding on some sort of higher wavelength than others. But I do see some things. And what you said is one of the things I see. I’m not in a tribe. This whole ecosystem is my tribe. This whole place we find ourselves in, yeah? They call it the Universe. All my tribe. Aloha. 🤙🏾
About the shadow hatred : a couple of times I dreamt that I had killed someone and my main problem in the dream was how to get away with it 😇.
When I woke up I was so ashamed of my dark side and happy that I could see it.

Shadow work has been the hardest and most uncomfortable job in my entire life! Processing, feeling and trying to get a release from a very damaging and abusive childhood has been a waking hell. I hope this will be my last earth life incarnation!!
It took me over an hour to watch this video. I had to keep going back and replaying parts of your video so I could fully understand it. You are really a wise lady, I'm so happy to have found your videos. I tend to test everything and reject a lot of teachings if they do not resonate with me, but I find you to be a very wise woman who makes A LOT of sense.

It Teaching u to be aware of your character defects and learning how to not allow them to control your everyday life one day at a time . I call my shadow the beast I learned to love her but not having her control live my life . She was so destructive and evil.
But I learned to love her because she served her purpose . Iam a aligned light human being because of her .

3:21 ah so this is why I have this sort of feeling memory of a golden age where everything was in harmony and “perfect” and life was “how it’s supposed to”, yet at the same time it doesn’t feel like it was on another planet but here on Earth. It’s a deep feeling of remembrance of something that was lost while at the same time a vision of what it could be.

Exactly what is Shadow work? Years ago I went into my Akaskic Records and I saw my past lives where I was killed over and over again drowned, stoned, burned at the state. They all thought I was a witch and dangerous and all I was trying to do was help them with my powers.
Since that time I have suffered especially in this lifetime of so many relationships abandoning me, abusing me, neglecting me making me feel worthless over and over and over again. I unconsciously kept choosing them. I don't know how to heal this. What is this that I'm trying to heal? How can I discover what I'm trying to heal? Is it anger, fear, remorse, or despair? What kind of Shadow work could I clear this out with?

There is only one shadow work to do, which is to be present with all the feelings this evokes for you. Be it despair, hatred, anger, powerlessness, abandonment, betrayal. Check her other video about Shadow Work as well as her video about Inner Child. Also, there’s another teacher who focuses a lot on Shadow Work and that’s Teal Swan, I’ve learned A LOT from her about how to do Shadow Work. Great video. If you don't actively do the shadow work, you will act out the atrocities within you which you have come into this life to integrate. I was actually put on trial for my abilities, but yes...I won! Healing is important and doing the work is essential.

Accession gone wrong is when holding on manifest it's self, ie hate, into this life and the next.
It is truly 'work' to raise above it , unpack it and emotional transmute it. But, man, did it teach me something. I think. Like you said, this stuff wasn't even being talked about years ago. People are starting to understand the language. 😁👍🏼
What is is. What was was. When we judge the lessons we have received we usurp the position of the all knowing. Watching your video brings to mind a thrashing of a drowning person that has forgotten that the body knows how to float and fills with air when relaxed. Thoth talks about finding the balance point and rising to the next level to create a solution. When you have a feeling that you are sinking and would like to change, locate the feeling within your field (body)as an observer.
Without judgement take that energy from the physical energy center and hold it in front of you. Send it gratitude and discover the positive intent that it holds. While retaining the positive intent and with the guidance of the higher mind create a modified energy form which will achieve your purposes and will also act for the greater good of all. Modify this energy form until it is the color shape texture ect which is just right for you. Place it back in your energy center and take it on a test drive with your mind forward through time. Come back to the present and make any desired modifications and go on another test drive. Bring it back to the present and ask your higher mind to ad the necessary unconscious elements for your greater good. When completed and satisfied sense yourself on your current timeline in the now moment. While remaining in the timeless now moment direct your higher mind to take the perfected energy form traveling alongside the timeline and enter at the point where there was balance. It could be as an embryo or as an aggregation of cells in a different generation. Fully embody the solution which you created and associate into the timeline of the earlier times. Call in an Archangel or High spiritual being to join you as you move forward into the moment of NOW transforming the energies of the past along the way. Standing in the NOW moment and holding the tested solution in your hands direct your higher mind with the help of your helpers to fragment the tested energy form and place the resources at points along your future timeline to appear precisely at the moment and in a way that is just right for you.
As a PhD Clinical hypnotherapist and NLP trainer I have used this or similar processes successfully with many clients . For many clients it was useful to physicalize points with colored paper sheets placed upon the floor. This process only goes in one direction while IN TIME ( on the papers ) forward and outside of time when moving toward the past. For the most part the solution is created from a perspective of an observer ( observer emotions and when tested taken into or associated into the emotional sate of NOW

What an amazing insight, that we came into this particular space/time to have access to past lives and heal from that accumulated trauma. This resonates with the sheer number of people who are now accessing their past life experiences.
This triggers my own new perspectives on shadow work... maybe activates is a better word. I don't know.
My personal cosmic myth is telling me that shadow work begins with shadow formation and the exposure of the shadow is a sort of step along the shadow path. For me, I'm aware of being on both extremities of persecution. I'm aware that I have in my incarnational experiences been a villian. I did unspeakable acts with my own hands that my current sensibilities can only view as remote nightmares. So, I and probably some other folk are healing the persecutor aspects as well as the victim aspects.. I've also come to see that there is "hidden nobility" in our shadow. That shadow itself is the hidden aspects that are crucial to our self knowledge. Yet, these noble aspects are beginning to emerge, naturally, organically. Our superhero metaphors are cross culture signs of that and the signs of the "healing zeitgeist" are ever more apparent. I see this as our continual movement through shadow work. Our shadow, in this perspective, does not need to be healed. Rather it is a constant companion and secret holder, a direct contact with Mystery on a personal level. The relationship reveals our degrees of of development of the many aspects of our self. Seeing material like your content is a signpost to me that we are indeed in a cathartic narrative with our own mystery , our shadow, both individually and collectively. Thank you for your work. In this holographic universe where everyone of us is a fractal of the ALL making each one us the same fractal of each other from a separate life angle, we should never condemn self & therefore others.
The split second we evaluate & declare a champion or victim, we have placed a template from our ego to pick a favorite. Just accept & forgive self (which also forgives YOU as another [in a fractal sense]) and ask the 2 Qs you're always to ask (earlier video).

Seeing your own shadows is humiliating and we'd rather go higher and holier than that baggage.
It can feel humiliating but it’s really humbling. I’ve integrated some aspects of my psyche that I was in denial of how mean they were or how pathetic they looked… and it’s always a hammer hit. So it’s normal to feel that way. But I’ve grown a lot when I’ve owned those kind of aspects instead of disowning them and denying I’m also them.
Also, even if you don’t own them, you’ll still act out of them. You’ll just be the only one to not notice it, while everyone else around you sees it. It’s better to be aware and own and integrate.

@@Praying_ManTas already have years ago. Swan is amazing at presenting a full spectrum of all there is to know of a subject. I'm not a devout follower of ALL of her metaphysical, psychological, parapsychological teachings as some of it seems very intellectual. That or a little to advanced for beginners. It all depends. But you could say this about anyone so it's important to learn from everyone that is worth learning from ( and only if they have manifested the life they want using the same techniques they teach, in my opinion.) But she's pretty comprehensive in her explanations. And her, Spirit Science, and Ralph Smart were 3 of my major meta-teachings foundations. So credit where credit is due.
As a caveat I would simply say that some of the controversies around Swan do point to some issues that warrant investigation. That being said her response about how "people always criticize the person even when the knowledge they're presenting is solid" is pretty valid. But then again if we're all connected through the Akashic; and especially the way NLP explains how we connect neurologically.... Discretion and awareness is the name of the game.

In the beginning and through our major clearing shadow work can be experienced heavily, but once a certain point is hit it becomes more like sweeping up a bit of dirt rather than shoveling a ton of crap.

The universe is amazing, I had been given a gift a few months back( the universes little decoders) that in a past life I was so close to escaping the matrix once (I think is how it was worded) but at the last moment couldn't make it happen and I lived with the karma and the gifts of that life. When you started this video I was getting out of my car and stopped to listen, then I started crying heavily. I feel this deeply. I too feel a deep link to shadow work. I believe I now know why. So yes. This video does help me in my journey. Maybe Lumeria is the reason I am a natural at the mental arts. Thank you for this gift

Heck yea!!! Shadow work is a constant “peeling of an onion” to see more and more layers. The layers I have found thus far, have transformed me spiritually faster than any other type of work has. But I have found it’s not easy-often feels like I’m burning inside as I face another aspect of myself that I don’t want to look at-it’s the burning of Ego. Love to you all

This was explanatory. I rejected hate for an abuser for most of my life. I didn't even realize I felt hate for them. I eventually had to accept the hate and feel it. There was a lot of healing in that and the hate changed after doing so. Thank you!

While watching your video about shadow work, you started to tell about your past life moment and I suddenly started crying. As my crying ended, my heart chakra was activated and my energetic body expanded, and a new surge formation began to form in my brain. first, my shadow side was cleansed and became light and merged with me, then my soul went out of the tesaract I was in for a moment and the whole cosmos became my heart. then I started coming back to this reality again and brought a lot of light with me. I saw my own soul family, activated at the same time as me, as light beings. your shadow video activated me and my current ascension activated my entire soul family. A lot of darkness, some of which seemed to cling to it, dissipated as I raised my light. I cannot thank you enough on behalf of myself and on behalf of my entire soul family. You are doing an incredible job. Have a lot of love, light and shine, my sister. you are doing great work.
