Funny. In the last couple months, I have been trying to "recover" from almost 3 years of "world news". So many rabbit holes, so much horror. For 2023, I am deciding to severely reduce my consumption of media, and work on myself, my issues/problems, and spread light where I can. You havent changed. The world has. Keep on being a good human. Natural Law is real.
If they lie about major things, assume they’re lying about everything. Interpret the world in the way you wish. Question all your instincts because many of them are programmed into you.
Anytime people are trying to get you to worship anyone outside of you , my advice is to walk away and not get angry with them , just love them, and walk away and focus on your spiritual awakening within!!!!
This is exactly where I am at right now. I have been so confused in the New Age community and I went back to church a few weeks ago and I started feeling worse!! A couple of months ago I decided to write out my own spiritual theory- which is always in flux as I add new insights and rid myself of older ones that have become attachments. I did this after coming to a place in my spiritual journey where I started to notice paradoxes and hypocricies both between various spiritual modalities, and within singular frameworks. I realised that there was something 'off' or out of step with the true spirit of the awakening journey about the idea that one should commit themselves wholly to a set of immovable rules. We began our awakening journey by questioning dogmatic belief systems, be they religious, academic or governmental- we got here by going inward and finding our divine guiding voice. It just became so clear to me all of a sudden that this journey must be personal- it must come from absolute authenticity, absolute truth of experience and absolute fortitude of conviction- and we simply cannot draw these from any one-size-fits all belief system. They must come from within, and in turn from without. And although it can be incredibly helpful to learn about various traditions, I now think of my learning as the catalyst for inspiration or the 'spark' that fans the flames of my own inquiry. There is no system that will find your light for you and hand it to you on a platter. You must learn to trust your own voice.
Appreciate your perspective, Sarah. For me, false light means accepting another’s perspective as my own truth. I value the perspectives of other simply because it’s interesting-a form of entertainment, perhaps? Truth, however, is just another belief system… a trap of sorts. Allow information to rise…. And allow it to fall away in your very presence in each now moment. The paradox is that nothing exists beyond the now moment… there’s nothing to learn… and yet learning arises. There’s nothing to do…. And yet doing arises………
Yes, I resonate with you here. From my perspective: Just the idea of there being hunter and prey, while it is “true” of our world currently, is just a loop back into the self-perpetuating fog. To transcend this idea is to realize, that it’s all just another dimension of God. We are all just singular dimensions of divinity vibrating at different levels of consciousness. It is all God anyway 😉

Because of something a woman showed me in the new testament out of context when I was in the psych ward, I have been traumatized by christianity and have struggled with false light attacks for many years. I watch your videos often, and really appreciate what you are doing, I would absolutely love it if you would do more videos explaining the false light and how to extricate yourself from it's claw like grasp.
I've been crossing out and scribbling in my Bible, staying clear of preachers, they don't have a clue most of them. The ends of the political spectrum too, both claiming to have all the answers while demonizing the other one. Lol I can tell you from personal experience the only real temple of god is with in yourself don’t look for others approval or religious confirmation I know madness is a scary thing but finding light within yourself isn’t an illusion it’s a thing to explore and understand not to be submited to without a second thought don’t get lost in the wow of the light and yourself learn it and learn to integrate it into your everyday life. There’s mention of the false light in the Tibetan Book of the Dead. I remember reading about this and thinking to myself that I wanted to understand this better so as not to be taken in by it after death and being recycled into the never ending reincarnation into the third dimension where our memories are wiped upon arrival. What is being said is that any division is false light, the second you believe there is good verses evil and you've taken a side you've fallen for the false light. There is no battle, reality can only be in conflict with itself, there's nothing else that exists other than reality, existence, to fight for peace is clearly delusional, that is the false light, thinking reality has made a mistake, all is exactly as it should be, the conflict is just a story and to have peace you must be it, and at our core we are peace. Stop looking for beliefs to attatch to and realise you are it, you are reality, there's nothing to cling to, what is going on is not words or ideas yet that is what everyone is looking for, be silent and don't try to label and identify things by converting what you observe into packaged thoughts, if you want to see reality as it is you just have to stop trying to manipulate it and converting it into words or concepts. Reality is seamless, it's minds that separate it into parts and order it into a hierarchy, that is the delusion, that's where the conflict comes from.
This is something I've always felt in my heart but really starting thinking about in when I was 7 in catholic school. I always had alot of questions that my parents nor my teachers could or would not answer. My light dimmed severely when I started drinking and using drugs daily for years. It almost put out my light all together. Once I got clean became vegan was I able to rekindled my relationship with spirit and my most inner true self. @mikeyeah17 it started to happen after I became a mother. This is not the case for everyone having children is not the answer I wanted to heal before, but when I became a parent, I wanted to change everything to become my most authentic self. It took me a good 2 years to fully transition, and I'm still changing its a life long process.

I have encountered many people who appear to be "good," but they serve the dark or their actions will contradict whatever they claim to believe, so I'm learning to distinguish the difference and it's definitely not easy. The difference is that there is no different, if you're leaning on one side of reality against another that you are labelling as evil or bad then you're falling for the "false light" being spoken of in this video, the false light IS the battle of good and evil, it's the duality. Reality is whole and perfect as it is, to cut it up into good and evil is a delusion, reality fighting itself is the delusion, everything has it's place and until you realise it's all you then you're falling for "the false light", reality picking a side of itself, it's madness.

Some people are so afraid of the dark that they pretend it doesn't exist - they shut their eyes and plug their ears to anything that bothers them which is why they can't see the truth - it's because they are afraid of looking at it.

It's been so complex to realize everytime that when I feel I'm out of deception, I'm in another bigger one and so on. For some moments I can let go completely and breath truth. But I'm mostly submerged in discourage, dismotivation, can't love, etc. Honestly I feel very tired and bored, don't even know what this chapter of my life is about. Anyway. It's a prerequisite for anyone that considers themselves spiritual to have an open mind and to be able to hear other people's point of view or beliefs and not immediately dismiss someone because their views don't line up with yours. You are absolutely right about that. All of these variations in the views and beliefs of the new age should not separate us or divide us. There's so much more that should be bringing us together.
I really perked up when you started discussing discernment. I've been contemplating discernment for many years. This way that you are explaining 4D, the projection, duality, fractured light, etc. helps me with my own discernment issues and confusion regarding peoples ego behaviors! Make no mistake, these entities were the conches parts of humanity that we rid ourselves of when raising our vibration. Ask, "did I rid myself of greediness (or any low vibration) or did I heal/understand where the sin originated from?" If you rid yourself of an entity/sin/low vibration your contributing to the false light. If you take the time to understand/neutralize/heal from ones entities your one step towards sovereignty. During meditation recite, "I give you back your power and take back mine." There's more to the affirmation but we should all take responsibility for the entities we create.
That's right, sometimes it's passive aggressively passed on verbally other times it's by runanubandha, if anyone is unfamiliar with this word please research it along with sadhana. Some people are more susceptible than others. Its like this, say you have an important test or job interview the next day. You express to your friends and family how important it is and during this time the next day these friends and family are nervous, concerned or hoping you succeed. In a quantum way that energy is delivered to you and some may interpret that hope as nervousness/stress/anxiety/pressure, this is the psychic nature/Yang that we all transmit and receive.

You walk into most, but certainly a Catholic Church and see an image of Jesus (Christ consciousness) being brutally tortured, bleeding out. Then they line you up to drink that blood and eat his flesh. For me, that is the very essence of false light.
Sarah, this is a brilliant explanation. As a person that was raised a traditional Christian, this makes perfect sense to me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this seems to me what Jesus was saying the whole time. Yet, I'm being told that I'm being deceived by demonic forces. Something has always felt "off" since childhood with the concepts and thinking I was taught. I just started practicing "mindfulness" a few months ago and it has opened me up and helped me immensely, but even now something in the back of mind is telling me I'm being deceived and going down the wrong path. At the same time, I've never felt closer to Jesus and his message. I'm in a strange place of confusion and honestly fear, which I know is not how I'm supposed to live. Anyhow, I appreciate your videos and I'm sure this is all a part of my spiritual process. Thank you!
I practise mindfulness too. And find it a helpful form of meditation? As it is_in it's pure form it is a beneficial tool and well worth practising but as with everything else it can be manipulated to serve a false purpose or a false teacher. xxx
I definitely understand how you’re feeling. I grew up catholic and now my father has become a Christian. He would tell me that everything I feel/see/know/hear is evil and that I should just read the bible. For a very long time, I became deeply scared and tried to shut down that side of me. One day, I stopped being scared and started to see my father for who he was and what he was trying to do. He was trying to redeem himself for all the bad he had done in the streets and all the bad he had done to me. Now that I can see him clearly, I can see myself too. With this being said, I hope that you can release the fear and trust yourself. Again, be discerning, only do what feels right for you. (Your body is a great indicator.)
I am no expert by any means, but I have experienced the false light as Sarah calls it. I just call in all the Archangels or just Archangel Michael as he helps so much, especially when we feel fear. Ask him to help you with the fear. Just a suggestion. Sending you love and light.❤

Don't focus on the voices, focus on focus itself. Not the focus on the mind, but the focus of focus. For when you give in to your thoughts and allow them to create stories for you, it is you actively being conscious of your own thoughts. It is your right hemisphere arguing with your left, because they're confusing each other. One side is telling it to shut up while the other side is telling it to keep talking. But the only reason you keep hearing them is because you're not being conscious of life but instead yourself and your own mind. The more you focus on your thoughts, the louder you make them. Because your focus is actively encouraging it to continue.
Don't leave your hemispheres confused though. Make sure you talk to your mind, tell it to trust the other side, the side you want to win. And as long as you can get both to agree, they will work as one.

Just after the eclipse, I went out of body and experienced the “false light” it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Thankfully I received protection just before I felt I was going to have a panic attack.

I absolutely adore your channel. I tend to avoid "new age" for the reasons you've mentioned, but your content has been very helpful for me on my occult journey. Everything you're saying is spot on, almost intuitive in some way. I've spent the last few years of my late 20s seeking isolation to drown out all the drama of current events, especially now since everyone is trying to get us to serve some egregore or imitation. I'm honestly not that spiritual, but I could completely understand and relate everything you were saying! I totally feel how this effects the world. I feel like people are always caught up in the false light war of good vs evil rather than just life being what it is and accepting it in that raw form. Like idk, I've always seen things WAYYY bigger than good or bad. Like there's a reason for everything, and yes, sometimes that reason is incredibly awful and hurtful to us, but that still doesn't make it objectively evil. But I think people feel like their emotions/ thoughts aren't valid unless they're right/ on the good side... when in reality, all their thoughts and feelings are valid. I'm at the very start of being spiritual, because for a while, I didn't have the understanding that spirtualism is actually based in a lot of truths in the world. I was always like... well there's no proof, despite there actually being plenty of proof, esepcially in quantum mechanics. And also, once I realized just how hard it is to find proof for ANYTHING that isn't just math/ a statistic, I realized that it doesn't really matter, all the proof you need is your own perception of life! This video just explained the confusion I have had about 90 percent of my ayahuasca ceremonies, the parts when I moved through lower astral. The masonic symbology and beings, the dark Catholic impulses...now I get it. Thanks soooo much.
@@Allxx101 Hey Allxx, the confusion why I kept finding myself over and over in part of the the astral or a theme in the astral which looked like - to the best of my descriptive ability - catholic church type statues made of plastic and sort of deformed with blood on them, catholic churches with dead humans lying around the doors, nuns locked in rooms in convents and couldn't get out, priests doing dark rituals. I could go on and on about what I saw. I am not Catholic and wasn't raised Catholic (in this life) and these scenes make me feel both extrememly nauseaus and trapped and fearful. As far as the masonic - looking realms that I found myself in, they were fraternity looking buildings that looked both old and expensive, very tall ceilings, lots of pillars, carvings, antique furniture, lots of velvet curtains, gothic lettering on signs, library with books about black magic, very tall human men that seemed to appear human yet have a non human "feel" to their presence. These "realms" made me feel very uneasy becuase I sensed a level of mental power and mind control that these "men" could use if they wanted. Normally, after these experiences, I was very shaken up and even though I would share about these experiences in the integration circles or the one on one sessions with the practitioner later, I never integrated or undserstood what thse "realms" were or why I found myself there, what my personal connection was to them or what I was supposed to learn. Some times in the weeks following the ceremony I would end up in those places again while I was sleeping. They were not dreams they were spontaneous travel. Once I woke up after and I could still see the beings in my bedroom, specifically one very old mechanical spider which was somehow connected to the fraternity "men". As unsettling as it was to encounter these things in ceremony or sleep, I would say there was a special terror for me of seeing them in my bedroom while I was awake. Although such realms did not take up the entirely of my ceremonies, they were a very consistent theme. Like in order to expereince and learn in the clearer/gentler realms I had to pass through these dark spaces each time. I have also "spontaneously" ended up there in sleep when I am doing a series of sessions with my shamanic practitioner. How I have integrated it so far was that one of my biggest vulnerabilities in life is fear specifically fear in the astral realm, as I was very open psychically as a child, mainly to the lower astral, lived a childhood of fright. If I am am doing personal healing work, breaking old patterns via ceremony work or sessions with the practitioner then these energetic barriers seem to be what I encounter and cause a freeeze in my development until I can pass through with more ease. This video however - the part where she mentions these astral features- helped me immensely becuase up until now I thought this was all personal becuase no one else I knew had had these specific types of astral visits and when ever I'd asked for guidance from teachers they havn't so far been able to explain much of whats going on. And my intuition hasn't provided me with much either so when Sarah explains that this is actually "normal" to observe in the lower astral it somehow just helps me relax and accept that its just part of the landscape.
@@lionspirit1111 Thank you very much for taking the time to reply. I too have seen similar things on my ayahuasca ceremonies that have made me feel fear on a very deep level. I would open my eyes, breathe and close them again but i would see the same things. Specifically the all seeing eye. I remember the pupil being slit like a reptile at the top of the pyramid. It looked and felt ancient. I haven't faced them all the way but i plan to on my next ceremony so i can heal and ease my inner turmoil ever since. I will remember myself that fear is only an illusion.

There's a level of "ancient" that is hard to put words to, but trust me I get the version of ancient that you refer to. Do you feel like early childhood fear is something that might be something your soul wants to face and clear? What elese can you remember from those ceremonies- did it get clearer later on in the night? Have you ever had any feedback or suggestions from others about these visions afterwards? I understand what you might want to go back to ceremony on this. A close friend of mine had something similar to you - for her, fear is less of a life theme - when she was with the reptiles she told me they were initially very frightful to her but as she opened her heart and radiated love, there appeared gemstones and rainbows on the scales of the serpents. She felt that they were not meant to hurt her but they themselves were frightened. I have encountered this sort of reptile fright too, a little different imagery but still similar, I am not 100 percent sorted out on it but one thing that came to me after was that wayyyy back in time, before beings were able to develop the heart center, beings were purely creatures of survival in nature and worked in just fear and non fear states, but without the range of fear and heart centered feelings that we have developed in the present times. I am curious if there are fragmented memories, or part of us that lived and died in those early times and remain with us somehow, and want to integrate with us to also feel the option of love and safety. Loving the vocabulary used in these videos. I believe it's often a tool that malevolent people use to trick us into thinking they're smarter / more knowledgeable than they actually are when in reality they're only encrypting speech that should be put forth in a simpler way so that more people can benefit from it, not just the pompous few who've put effort into understanding obscured synonyms for more widely used words. When advanced vocabulary is used for accuracy reasons as is done in this women's videos it shows actual intelligence which needs to be demonstrated when talking about esoteric and occulted information. Talking too simply makes you look stupid while talking in an obfuscated way makes you look evil, striking the balance is important and this woman does a good job at that IMO.
I'm been on the surface of the false light grasp until now I have understand how to break free from it thanks to you. Funny. In the last couple months, I have been trying to "recover" from almost 3 years of "world news". So many rabbit holes, so much horror. For 2023, I am deciding to severely reduce my consumption of media, and work on myself, my issues/problems, and spread light where I can. You havent changed. The world has. A couple of months ago I decided to write out my own spiritual theory- which is always in flux as I add new insights and rid myself of older ones that have become attachments. I did this after coming to a place in my spiritual journey where I started to notice paradoxes and hypocricies both between various spiritual modalities, and within singular frameworks. I realised that there was something 'off' or out of step with the true spirit of the awakening journey about the idea that one should commit themselves wholly to a set of immovable rules. We began our awakening journey by questioning dogmatic belief systems, be they religious, academic or governmental- we got here by going inward and finding our divine guiding voice. It just became so clear to me all of a sudden that this journey must be personal- it must come from absolute authenticity, absolute truth of experience and absolute fortitude of conviction- and we simply cannot draw these from any one-size-fits all belief system. They must come from within, and in turn from without. And although it can be incredibly helpful to learn about various traditions, I now think of my learning as the catalyst for inspiration or the 'spark' that fans the flames of my own inquiry. There is no system that will find your light for you and hand it to you on a platter. You must learn to trust your own voice.

What is being said is that any division is false light, the second you believe there is good verses evil and you've taken a side you've fallen for the false light. There is no battle, reality can only be in conflict with itself, there's nothing else that exists other than reality, existence, to fight for peace is clearly delusional, that is the false light, thinking reality has made a mistake, all is exactly as it should be, the conflict is just a story and to have peace you must be it, and at our core we are peace. Stop looking for beliefs to attatch to and realise you are it, you are reality, there's nothing to cling to, what is going on is not words or ideas yet that is what everyone is looking for, be silent and don't try to label and identify things by converting what you observe into packaged thoughts, if you want to see reality as it is you just have to stop trying to manipulate it and converting it into words or concepts. Reality is seamless, it's minds that separate it into parts and order it into a hierarchy, that is the delusion, that's where the conflict comes from.

This is something I've always felt in my heart but really starting thinking about in when I was 7 in catholic school. I always had alot of questions that my parents nor my teachers could or would not answer. My light dimmed severely when I started drinking and using drugs daily for years. It almost put out my light all together. Once I got clean became vegan was I able to rekindled my relationship with spirit and my most inner true self. Thank you for explaining this in such a clear and articulate way that I like to think most enlightened people can both understand and relate too! So much light here especially in a world where many of us most likely feel outcasted to a degree for our own personal and unique spirituality! @mikeyeah17 it started to happen after I became a mother. This is not the case for everyone having children is not the answer I wanted to heal before, but when I became a parent, I wanted to change everything to become my most authentic self. It took me a good 2 years to fully transition, and I'm still changing its a life long process.

The difference is that there is no different, if you're leaning on one side of reality against another that you are labelling as evil or bad then you're falling for the "false light" being spoken of in this video, the false light IS the battle of good and evil, it's the duality. Reality is whole and perfect as it is, to cut it up into good and evil is a delusion, reality fighting itself is the delusion, everything has it's place and until you realise it's all you then you're falling for "the false light", reality picking a side of itself, it's madness.

It's been so complex to realize everytime that when I feel I'm out of deception, I'm in another bigger one and so on. For some moments I can let go completely and breath truth. It's a prerequisite for anyone that considers themselves spiritual to have an open mind and to be able to hear other people's point of view or beliefs and not immediately dismiss someone because their views don't line up with yours. You are absolutely right about that. All of these variations in the views and beliefs of the new age should not separate us or divide us. There's so much more that should be bringing us together.
I really perked up when you started discussing discernment. I've been contemplating discernment for many years. This way that you are explaining 4D, the projection, duality, fractured light, etc. helps me with my own discernment issues and confusion regarding peoples ego behaviors! Make no mistake, these entities were the conches parts of humanity that we rid ourselves of when raising our vibration. Ask, "did I rid myself of greediness (or any low vibration) or did I heal/understand where the sin originated from?"
If you rid yourself of an entity/sin/low vibration your contributing to the false light. If you take the time to understand/neutralize/heal from ones entities your one step towards sovereignty. During meditation recite, "I give you back your power and take back mine." There's more to the affirmation but we should all take responsibility for the entities we create.

That's right, sometimes it's passive aggressively passed on verbally other times it's by runanubandha, if anyone is unfamiliar with this word please research it along with sadhana. Some people are more susceptible than others.
Its like this, say you have an important test or job interview the next day. You express to your friends and family how important it is and during this time the next day these friends and family are nervous, concerned or hoping you succeed. In a quantum way that energy is delivered to you and some may interpret that hope as nervousness/stress/anxiety/pressure, this is the psychic nature/Yang that we all transmit and receive.

You walk into most, but certainly a Catholic Church and see an image of Jesus (Christ consciousness) being brutally tortured, bleeding out. Then they line you up to drink that blood and eat his flesh. For me, that is the very essence of false light.

Sarah, this is a brilliant explanation. As a person that was raised a traditional Christian, this makes perfect sense to me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this seems to me what Jesus was saying the whole time. Yet, I'm being told that I'm being deceived by demonic forces. Something has always felt "off" since childhood with the concepts and thinking I was taught. I just started practicing "mindfulness" a few months ago and it has opened me up and helped me immensely, but even now something in the back of mind is telling me I'm being deceived and going down the wrong path. At the same time, I've never felt closer to Jesus and his message. I'm in a strange place of confusion and honestly fear, which I know is not how I'm supposed to live. Anyhow, I appreciate your videos and I'm sure this is all a part of my spiritual process. Thank you!
I practise mindfulness too. And find it a helpful form of meditation? As it is_in it's pure form it is a beneficial tool and well worth practising but as with everything else it can be manipulated to serve a false purpose or a false teacher. xxx
I definitely understand how you’re feeling. I grew up catholic and now my father has become a Christian. He would tell me that everything I feel/see/know/hear is evil and that I should just read the bible. For a very long time, I became deeply scared and tried to shut down that side of me. One day, I stopped being scared and started to see my father for who he was and what he was trying to do. He was trying to redeem himself for all the bad he had done in the streets and all the bad he had done to me. Now that I can see him clearly, I can see myself too. With this being said, I hope that you can release the fear and trust yourself. Again, be discerning, only do what feels right for you. (Your body is a great indicator.)
I am no expert by any means, but I have experienced the false light as Sarah calls it. I just call in all the Archangels or just Archangel Michael as he helps so much, especially when we feel fear. Ask him to help you with the fear. Just a suggestion. Sending you love and light.❤

Don't focus on the voices, focus on focus itself. Not the focus on the mind, but the focus of focus. For when you give in to your thoughts and allow them to create stories for you, it is you actively being conscious of your own thoughts. It is your right hemisphere arguing with your left, because they're confusing each other. One side is telling it to shut up while the other side is telling it to keep talking. But the only reason you keep hearing them is because you're not being conscious of life but instead yourself and your own mind. The more you focus on your thoughts, the louder you make them. Because your focus is actively encouraging it to continue.
Don't leave your hemispheres confused though. Make sure you talk to your mind, tell it to trust the other side, the side you want to win. And as long as you can get both to agree, they will work as one.

Just after the eclipse, I went out of body and experienced the “false light” it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Thankfully I received protection just before I felt I was going to have a panic attack.
Such clarity - thank you. I've been noticing recently how certain actors/agendas are creating synthetic versions of each of the 7 Hermetic Principles to convince us that they represent the true light. I'm thinking about designing 7 cards or posters to communicate this in visual form to help me deal with the confusion (hopefully) 🧙♀⭐

I absolutely adore your channel. I tend to avoid "new age" for the reasons you've mentioned, but your content has been very helpful for me on my occult journey. Everything you're saying is spot on, almost intuitive in some way. I've spent the last few years of my late 20s seeking isolation to drown out all the drama of current events, especially now since everyone is trying to get us to serve some egregore or imitation. I'm honestly not that spiritual, but I could completely understand and relate everything you were saying! I totally feel how this effects the world. I feel like people are always caught up in the false light war of good vs evil rather than just life being what it is and accepting it in that raw form. Like idk, I've always seen things WAYYY bigger than good or bad. Like there's a reason for everything, and yes, sometimes that reason is incredibly awful and hurtful to us, but that still doesn't make it objectively evil. But I think people feel like their emotions/ thoughts aren't valid unless they're right/ on the good side... when in reality, all their thoughts and feelings are valid. I'm at the very start of being spiritual, because for a while, I didn't have the understanding that spirtualism is actually based in a lot of truths in the world. I was always like... well there's no proof, despite there actually being plenty of proof, esepcially in quantum mechanics. And also, once I realized just how hard it is to find proof for ANYTHING that isn't just math/ a statistic, I realized that it doesn't really matter, all the proof you need is your own perception of life! This video just explained the confusion I have had about 90 percent of my ayahuasca ceremonies, the parts when I moved through lower astral. The masonic symbology and beings, the dark Catholic impulses...now I get it. Thanks soooo much.

@@Allxx101 Hey Allxx, the confusion why I kept finding myself over and over in part of the the astral or a theme in the astral which looked like - to the best of my descriptive ability - catholic church type statues made of plastic and sort of deformed with blood on them, catholic churches with dead humans lying around the doors, nuns locked in rooms in convents and couldn't get out, priests doing dark rituals. I could go on and on about what I saw. I am not Catholic and wasn't raised Catholic (in this life) and these scenes make me feel both extrememly nauseaus and trapped and fearful.
As far as the masonic - looking realms that I found myself in, they were fraternity looking buildings that looked both old and expensive, very tall ceilings, lots of pillars, carvings, antique furniture, lots of velvet curtains, gothic lettering on signs, library with books about black magic, very tall human men that seemed to appear human yet have a non human "feel" to their presence. These "realms" made me feel very uneasy becuase I sensed a level of mental power and mind control that these "men" could use if they wanted.
Normally, after these experiences, I was very shaken up and even though I would share about these experiences in the integration circles or the one on one sessions with the practitioner later, I never integrated or undserstood what thse "realms" were or why I found myself there, what my personal connection was to them or what I was supposed to learn. Some times in the weeks following the ceremony I would end up in those places again while I was sleeping. They were not dreams they were spontaneous travel. Once I woke up after and I could still see the beings in my bedroom, specifically one very old mechanical spider which was somehow connected to the fraternity "men". As unsettling as it was to encounter these things in ceremony or sleep, I would say there was a special terror for me of seeing them in my bedroom while I was awake.
Although such realms did not take up the entirely of my ceremonies, they were a very consistent theme. Like in order to expereince and learn in the clearer/gentler realms I had to pass through these dark spaces each time.
I have also "spontaneously" ended up there in sleep when I am doing a series of sessions with my shamanic practitioner.
How I have integrated it so far was that one of my biggest vulnerabilities in life is fear specifically fear in the astral realm, as I was very open psychically as a child, mainly to the lower astral, lived a childhood of fright. If I am am doing personal healing work, breaking old patterns via ceremony work or sessions with the practitioner then these energetic barriers seem to be what I encounter and cause a freeeze in my development until I can pass through with more ease.
This video however - the part where she mentions these astral features- helped me immensely becuase up until now I thought this was all personal becuase no one else I knew had had these specific types of astral visits and when ever I'd asked for guidance from teachers they havn't so far been able to explain much of whats going on. And my intuition hasn't provided me with much either so when Sarah explains that this is actually "normal" to observe in the lower astral it somehow just helps me relax and accept that its just part of the landscape.
@@lionspirit1111 Thank you very much for taking the time to reply. I too have seen similar things on my ayahuasca ceremonies that have made me feel fear on a very deep level. I would open my eyes, breathe and close them again but i would see the same things. Specifically the all seeing eye. I remember the pupil being slit like a reptile at the top of the pyramid. It looked and felt ancient. I haven't faced them all the way but i plan to on my next ceremony so i can heal and ease my inner turmoil ever since. I will remember myself that fear is only an illusion.
@@Allxx101 Thanks for sharing, those visions, they have the same flavor for sure. There's a level of "ancient" that is hard to put words to, but trust me I get the version of ancient that you refer to. Do you feel like early childhood fear is something that might be something your soul wants to face and clear? What elese can you remember from those ceremonies- did it get clearer later on in the night? Have you ever had any feedback or suggestions from others about these visions afterwards?
I understand what you might want to go back to ceremony on this.
A close friend of mine had something similar to you - for her, fear is less of a life theme - when she was with the reptiles she told me they were initially very frightful to her but as she opened her heart and radiated love, there appeared gemstones and rainbows on the scales of the serpents. She felt that they were not meant to hurt her but they themselves were frightened.
I have encountered this sort of reptile fright too, a little different imagery but still similar, I am not 100 percent sorted out on it but one thing that came to me after was that wayyyy back in time, before beings were able to develop the heart center, beings were purely creatures of survival in nature and worked in just fear and non fear states, but without the range of fear and heart centered feelings that we have developed in the present times.
I am curious if there are fragmented memories, or part of us that lived and died in those early times and remain with us somehow, and want to integrate with us to also feel the option of love and safety.

Loving the vocabulary used in these videos. I believe it's often a tool that malevolent people use to trick us into thinking they're smarter / more knowledgeable than they actually are when in reality they're only encrypting speech that should be put forth in a simpler way so that more people can benefit from it, not just the pompous few who've put effort into understanding obscured synonyms for more widely used words.
When advanced vocabulary is used for accuracy reasons as is done in this women's videos it shows actual intelligence which needs to be demonstrated when talking about esoteric and occulted information. Talking too simply makes you look stupid while talking in an obfuscated way makes you look evil, striking the balance is important and this woman does a good job at that IMO.
I'm been on the surface of the false light grasp until now I have understand how to break free from it thanks to you. I always was stuck in the dichotomy but didn't realize I kept coming back to it because I kept still under its grasp of their concept of good & evil. @@Xwrt532 The "forces that were..." You have to keep overcoming them and taking your power back.... I'm not sure I can explain it. It's more of an experience. But I can always feel what they are doing.

@@goh123superman I had to learn other skills, but my access to the energetic realms makes the process easier. Qigong is great for mindfulness - reconnecting to yourself, circulation, healing and awareness.

Trying to discern and listen to that higher self but ego likes to jump in and put a twist on things.. guess all I'm saying is more on this subject please.
