I was just thinking about this yesterday,is there a person that is a narcissist but transforms to an empath?? Because I’m a empath that in the past have became the narcissist. but I must say I was unaware of self in those times and now I’m a very aware person . Among other things, I like to hope they don't enjoy using people up, but rather started out too depleted to care about anything else but survival. And maybe was too stuck in the ways to switch back, but who knows. There's a reason the predators aren't allowed to stalk the herbivores at the zoo. Being hunted nonstop without being killed I'm pretty sure they do that to turkeys to turn into useless butterballs. Cortisol flooded long term makes you really fat to hit the bunker.
I know that feeling sometimes I have to shut my phone off and I just sit there in silence trying to remember what I forgot .when I see or hear something on utube that hits different
I wear headphones at work basically the entire work day and listen to a lot of spiritual themed videos. I’m in the last days of my dark night of the soul. I listen to your videos too, but YOUR videos I have to watch at night when I’m relaxing and can pay attention. I truly believe you are a gift to us 🙏🏻🫶🏻

This was a great lesson! No narcissist comes into the world wanting to be one…they are made through trauma. They deserve to be loved even if it has to be from afar. Once you’ve healed yourself, their actions have less of effect on you. The more love(prayer for healing)you project on them the better… Thank you Sarah
This is so true ,I continuously send love and light to my ex .Our thoughts ,intentions and words have so much power .As an empath it is our responsibility to work for the light .i always think I must become better and not bitter .

My deceased parents were as narcissistic as they come. They were basically kids with kids. I go back and forth every day between anger at them and sadness for them. I won't allow myself to hate them. But, I strongly agree with you that sometimes it's best to love them from a great, safe distance. They were not safe or healthy for me. So, I decided to walk on, and to allow my loved ones to learn from natural consequences. Glad you turned your pain into power and blessings before it was too late.

@HayleyHuggins there's a difference between understanding someone and neglecting their behavior. no one would want to allow someone to sabotage everything or harass their loved ones. understanding means recognizing that there's often a root cause behind why a person acts that way. by addressing it, you might find a way to resolve the issue, especially if the narcissist is someone close to you or important in your life. awareness can be key to breaking the cycle and healing. 🫶🏿
I follow RJ Spina and his understanding of narcs. They are not human. If u have met enough of them u will believe this. They really never change. If u are not careful they will drain u until u are a shell of a human being...be careful ppl. Dont think that narcs are like the normal or typical traumatized individual. They are different. Empaths are easy targets becoz they want to help and try to fix...these ppl cant be fixed
As far as I know, they have nothing to do with the innocent accident story. My understanding is that they simply are parasites, that's their way of life and indeed, that cannot be changed.
You are right .I know from my own experience, that they do not change. I think they are empty inside, kind of dead inside. Of course they can, t serve others, because they do not feel anything for others.No love for parents, siblings, etc. That, s why they do not have a real personality. They do not know how they are, really. They improvise and build their personality as they go. It is very sad.
The Earth School sent a Narcissist from Hell into my life so I could learn the hardest lesson I have ever had to learn, now I see why people hate them SO MUCH. Before the Monster came along I had a pretty happy life. Has taken 4 years to get this lesson finished, yes I let him live, but he called out the warrior in me many times. I am having a little trouble seeing you point of view though and will work on that.

@@Jann.xI understand what you said and I am feeling the same way. I miss the me that existed before the pain as well. I call it "the innocent me." As I was innocent as far as knowing such monsters existed, or having any personal experience with them.
I can concur I ended up getting into a type of loop through my projection w/truth of my reality (to say the least) in my family and it fed into my shadow and pulled my family apart for my own suspicions. I caught myself tho and started to accept and walk in love and brought us all back together and we have been closer than I could have ever imagined. I started to just feel love and truly listened and saw them for who they were and accepted their truth even about me. I began to notice that my relationships and my family became more empowered themselves and open. This is definitely a needed lesson for everyone and a constant reminder to myself.

I definitely have to reconsider how narrow minded I am in my approach.. I always say everything is based on perception yet never fully embrace the lenses of others. I just end up trying to tweak their perspective hoping that it offers fruit. But with the constant need to change things, I'm not accepting what's infront of me. Not everything is a test or challenge to overcome. Sometimes it's just a rough patch the requires love.. I was being linear in my viewpoints and acceptance.. tons of projection and patterns.. I don't have the answers to everything.. I have great intuitive nature, but that leads to pride when it becomes the only source of truth. I needed this. Thank you and I'm sorry.. How can you have an “intuitive sense” if your projections are wrong? Intuition is the correct assumption of a projection. Just know if your intuition is always negative or suspicious it’s probably wrong i’m sorry you and others like you aren’t good at guessing the true motivations of others. The feminine mind is to think negatively (destroy potential) the masculine mine is positive (love and builds from potential) that’s why men don’t have the self sabotage narcissist problem she’s explaining. I’m glad you distinguished projections with over confidence and unwillingness/inability to open to various perspectives. We all have projections, but ultimately it’s the willingness to consider otherwise that allows for connection and love. My guides, after the most abusive relationship of my life with someone who openly told me they were narcissistic, showed me her perspective and her thoughts were 100% projection. Despite any gentle, transparent, and loving attempts to reach her, my guides emphasized “she could not see passed her fears.” It was tragic and eye-opening, because it’s what I suspected, but to see it directly was another story. I got a lot from this. At the age of 53 I am very very careful trying not to project and not take in projections of others. It is not easy, but knowing myself well helps. I grew up isolated with a Narcissistic Father -and so, yes he became like that frozen in the state of a 1 year old child innocently, by accident…? I don’t know… maybe some karma there ? I became an empath. But I still must try to not feel like I have to save people or carry their burdens. Being a narcissist is to mentally project insecurities, traumas, hopes, desires, excitement and fears onto others and not see them for who they are. Being a narcissist is to get others to do whatever I want, whatever my WILL is and whatever my agenda is. Being a narcissist is to only see what I want to see and refuse to change my mind & beliefs or to see it deeper or clearer or connect with it more. To heal is to love. Love seeks to understand and know another (or thyself) through intimacy. Love seeks to see others however they present themselves to be. Love seeks to learn more about others. Love creates connection and love is open. Love is freedom. But before that: come into alignment with whatever reality is. Accept that reality. Even if it sucks. Understand thyself. Then extend and give this gift of self-love to others. This will automatically remove the mental projections we have placed onto others and take us into the 'service to others' pathway. While much of what you have said is wise, it is naive to believe that love heals. I speak from personal and professional experience. To even believe that we are ALL doing are best to transcend the base consciousness is naive and disrespectful to those individuals who truly do the work to rise above the base vibrational frequency. We need to be careful how love is tossed around.
@@carolinej.595 Yes. They only can heal through Love, if they are self-aware just enough, so to allow themselves to receive genuine romantic love and acceptance. They must want to recognise and heal themselves, with the caring support of their loving partner. Otherwise the continuous loop around of repeating patterns they put us mutually through, does nothing but drain the empath, the giver, to the degree they realise it was all for nothing. The want to help and heal, through showing and giving them our love, comes at our detriment. We then end up being in the water, drowning along with them, yet know we have to swim to the shore and save ourselves, leaving them behind. Having to 'give up' on them, is a hard thing to accept.
@@anitarogers2877 In your response, you included a conditional statement starting with " if they are self-aware..." This is proof enough that the premise that love is not enough to heal a narcissist is very much true. And yet "giving up on them" is something that needs to be accepted if need be. At the end of the day, one needs to ask themselves, "Do I need to sacrifice my self-identity, my self-respect and my dignity to someone like that?"
Such an incredible video. Literally a day after this came out and I watched it the first time my relationship was ended by a person I had been with fir a month and started to suspect they had narcissistic trait. I thought at first maybe this was mental, but I kept getting that intuition multiple times and while I was hurt I wished them the best and feel a sense of relief with it now ended as I know my intuition was correct. This video is kicking my ass in a great way! Yesterday, I was spending time with another and I recognised that my projection of an "us" on this person was not active, and whenever I tried to exert it, it would in essence, deactivate. It was only till now that I could put words to that. I appreciate very much the mention of positive projections as well as negative projections! Sometimes we stay in our little clubs along with others and we agree (collude) to be what others project on us… This is not authentic living. I am especially going to look at this positive projection piece that you have presented. It reminds me of an exercise we were asked to do in a spiritual growth seminar: to walk about the room and meet others face to face and say, « you remind me of myself and how I …(and then own what you think you know about yourself). » An example: « You remind me of myself and how I try to always do everything myself, without asking for help where I struggle ».
I see narcissism as an intelligent survival mechanism. As I've dived deep into my unconscious I saw how we can heal the narcissist. I was in deep healing from narcissistic abuse and could see that I have also carrying those traits. When I asked the question... Can we heal the narcissist? I got a big mighty YES! as my answer and it resonated throughout my whole bodies. I already knew that our whole society was narcissistic. Where the narcissist ruled with manipulation and and false promises. This is why narcissism is spreading, because of "the fittest survive" mentality or programming. We all have narcissistic trates because of trauma. Some more and some less. Narcissism is the society's biggest illness and LOVE is the cure. 🌟💓🌍💓🌟
Interesting. I was under the impression they couldn't heal because they don't think there is anything wrong with them. In my experience I loved a covert narc to my own detriment. @@missymorales7376we can’t heal others. That’s also not our job. Our job is to heal ourselves and in turn that helps to change the world. And you’re correct- real narcissists (with the personality disorder) are almost never able to heal because their disorder won’t allow them to see truth. But perhaps their purpose in this life is to play that role and not heal. As far as everyone else, we aren’t narcs we just have some of the traits. As long as we are capable of empathy we CAN heal and change. ❤
Love is the cure, yes. We must learn to love ourselves first or else we remain their doormats and mattresses and energy keeps flowing to them...and on it goes. Love from a safe distance , well protected .
Once again, this falls in line with the guidance I have been receiving lately with the word acceptance being key. It’s not easy, but it does feel like the key to unlocking a prison of sorts. This path is not for the faint of heart, that is for sure..

I have been contemplating narcissism lately. I have noticed the same exact patterns of abuse from them, and it made me feel like it was a program running inside of these people. Sarah, i would LOVE your feedback on this. I grew up Christian (and I knew even as a child they had it all wrong) and I have been trying to make sense of demons. I have come to a conclusion that when people make the choice to take the path of the narcissist, or their vibrational state, perhaps that's when a negative entity can attach to the person and run that "narcissist programming". We live in a programmed simulation, why there’s parts of the bible called scriptures = SCRIPT. So there’s definitely programmed individuals. Why? We live in a soul system, to advance the soul.. nothing more, nothing less.
Btw, they are absolutely controlled by demons. They leave there body’s through shame and trauma and an entity comes in and takes over. They have 0 control over themselves.

Within my reality and personal experince I have whitnessed that a lot of the time narcissism begins with empathy. Usually at a young age, highly sensitive individuals who are unaware of their emotional intellegence from an internal perspective, are bombarded with impressions from others because they are usually able to process others emotions. The pure form of this would be empathy, but because this often happens at a young age, there just isn’t the emotional strength or mental fortitude to be able to withstand the impressions of others and so they become separate from empathy and are used more like a tool. This creates narcissism. There are essentially two paths. One stays in that place of being the emotional and psychic punching bag for others, never really seeing their own potential as well as allowing others to become addicted to their own emotional energy, or narcissism occurs as a reaction to this and it is quite innocent in the sense that a narcissist starts to see empathy as a “doing” rather than a “being”. And so for self preservation they can just turn empathy off. When that empathy is left off for too long, this is when it becomes true service to self. Someone healing from either inner or outter narcissistic abuse, has to relearn how to empathize from a place of detatchment. This video was very helpful thank you.
Thank you, I believe we all have good and bad in us. My family is highly narcissistic. I always questioned myself, people around me always said no way you are a loveable empath. This validates my history of psychic perception, the denial was the strongest frequency I picked up on, as my wife spiraled deeper into her pit of guilt and shame, all ruled by fear, especially terrified of losing control of the victim narrative. As painful as it was, I’m grateful for them, they are teachers by design, and our mutual agreement, and I bless them with the courage to rise out of the contract once it’s been satisfied on the targeted side.
This was so profound and has truly been my full circle experience of narcissism. Coming to see the projections as a reflection for me to see how I was not loving myself fully, deeming parts of myself unworthy. These relationships help us unearth the "darkness" we all hold and incorporate them into the wholeness of self-love. Mind blown on your ability to put this so succinctly.

Your voice is music to my ears...thank you for your sanity in an insane world. I know what it feels like to be in the vacuum of narcissistic service to self and am so grateful to have expanded my consciousness to see reality as it is so I can be of service to others. I have experienced extremely dark narcissistic abuse throughout my life yet have healed with resilience and emerged with greater wisdom...it makes sense that this is the lesson of this age. I am still working on my mental projections, but am finding that as I connect with others more and more I can iron out the energetic kinks.

I think that narcissistic are here for a reason, and that is to trigger the empath with a spiritual awakening. 🙂 It's an idea of mine that they cause so much suffering to there partner that it awakens them. Itś quite simple: a narcissist thinks in terms of winning for self and achieving and relies heavily on the physical world; in other words survival for only self. And a good person, thinks beyond that; survival for self/others at the same time. There is no reason for the internet all agreeing that the other person in a narcissist, because itś also a great reason for not taking responsibility yourself. I know so many people taking about their narcissist ex, which proves that point.

Did some human things like laundry and feeding dogs and cats etc. .. Now plaease don’t get me wrong. I have always believed we all have characteristics of narcissistic behaviours, an know there is some who full on disorder, but this makes perfect sense….i been researching for a very long time, an this is a great perspective…. A lot of people in the spiritual woowhoo like to criticize her, however i have found she says what is forward without damaging another’s image!
I had shamanic hypnotherapy which changed my responses so that narcissism wouldn't work on me. One part involved an ancient tale, which happened in the time of the eternal dawn. It involves a child and her playmate, and their village. The girl is given a gift by the fairies - a bracelet where, if she ever fell into danger, she could tap it, and instantly be transported to a magical garden high in the mountains where no human has ever passed. She would wait till nightfall and return to the village. She was able to explore places the other children could not reach, and the children were in awe of her abilities and she was very popular. She quickly became bored of her playmate and began ignoring him, and insulting him, because every time she was brought to account she would simply vanish. Her behaviour caused the first war, although mortality hadn't begun in those days. Food fell from the sky, until this point, when the sky god decided to take the food away from mankind as punishment. However, the wicked girl had her own ideas - she began to eat the plants, and her friends the animals and even the other children copied her. This caused the sky god to take their speach away, except for the humans so they could confess their wrongs. The girl became bored of eating plants and decided to gobble up some of the animals. This began the cycle of life and death which we are in now. Eventually the playmate notices the bracelet and catches on to the girls shawl startling her and making her tap the bracelet. They both arrive in the mountain garden, now overgrown and rotting. The boy, now a man, draws a thread from the bracelet and the harm begins to undo. As he unwinds the thread, every life that was lost is restored, plant animal or person. The sky becomes open again so that man can see and speak to the gods. The couple are granted passage into the next phase of soul evolution, where they become birds. The way the tale is told is to cause the student to become trauma bonded by proxy, as they identify with the playmate and are given similar tasks to do in the healing lodge that the character does - the hypnotist addresses the character but looks directly at the person, assuming the role of the enchantress. At the end of the tale, she allows her sleeve to fall away revealing the bracelet she made as a shamanic apprentice. In our case it didn't seem to physically teleport us like the one in the tale, however the sequence as a whole had seemed to have a similar effect because of the depth of trance. During the proxy trauma bond the student is brought into and out of the fairy tale many times. When a trauma bond hit me for real, I was able to step back and ensure that my daily life went on without hitches. Later I realised that my partner wasn't truly a narcissist but had cptsd which could be healed. Then we discovered the full extent of our spiritual connection. ☯️

Among other things, I like to hope they don't enjoy using people up, but rather started out too depleted to care about anything else but survival. And maybe was too stuck in the ways to switch back, but who knows. There's a reason the predators aren't allowed to stalk the herbivores at the zoo. Being hunted nonstop without being killed I'm pretty sure they do that to turkeys to turn into useless butterballs. Cortisol flooded long term makes you really fat to hit the bunker.

This was a great lesson! No narcissist comes into the world wanting to be one…they are made through trauma. They deserve to be loved even if it has to be from afar. Once you’ve healed yourself, their actions have less of effect on you. The more love(prayer for healing)you project on them the better…

My deceased parents were as narcissistic as they come. They were basically kids with kids. I go back and forth every day between anger at them and sadness for them. I won't allow myself to hate them. But, I strongly agree with you that sometimes it's best to love them from a great, safe distance. They were not safe or healthy for me. So, I decided to walk on, and to allow my loved ones to learn from natural consequences. Glad you turned your pain into power and blessings before it was too late.

@HayleyHuggins there's a difference between understanding someone and neglecting their behavior. no one would want to allow someone to sabotage everything or harass their loved ones. understanding means recognizing that there's often a root cause behind why a person acts that way. by addressing it, you might find a way to resolve the issue, especially if the narcissist is someone close to you or important in your life. awareness can be key to breaking the cycle and healing. 🫶🏿
I follow RJ Spina and his understanding of narcs. They are not human. If u have met enough of them u will believe this. They really never change. If u are not careful they will drain u until u are a shell of a human being...be careful ppl. Dont think that narcs are like the normal or typical traumatized individual. They are different. You are right .I know from my own experience, that they do not change. I think they are empty inside, kind of dead inside. Of course they can, t serve others, because they do not feel anything for others.No love for parents, siblings, etc. That, s why they do not have a real personality. They do not know how they are, really. They improvise and build their personality as they go. It is very sad.

The Earth School sent a Narcissist from Hell into my life so I could learn the hardest lesson I have ever had to learn, now I see why people hate them SO MUCH. Before the Monster came along I had a pretty happy life. Has taken 4 years to get this lesson finished, yes I let him live, but he called out the warrior in me many times. I am having a little trouble seeing you point of view though and will work on that.

I can concur I ended up getting into a type of loop through my projection w/truth of my reality (to say the least) in my family and it fed into my shadow and pulled my family apart for my own suspicions. I caught myself tho and started to accept and walk in love and brought us all back together and we have been closer than I could have ever imagined. I started to just feel love and truly listened and saw them for who they were and accepted their truth even about me. I began to notice that my relationships and my family became more empowered themselves and open. This is definitely a needed lesson for everyone and a constant reminder to myself.

I definitely have to reconsider how narrow minded I am in my approach.. I always say everything is based on perception yet never fully embrace the lenses of others. I just end up trying to tweak their perspective hoping that it offers fruit. But with the constant need to change things, I'm not accepting what's infront of me. Not everything is a test or challenge to overcome. Sometimes it's just a rough patch the requires love.. I was being linear in my viewpoints and acceptance.. tons of projection and patterns.. I don't have the answers to everything.. I have great intuitive nature, but that leads to pride when it becomes the only source of truth. I needed this. Thank you and I'm sorry.. How can you have an “intuitive sense” if your projections are wrong? Intuition is the correct assumption of a projection. Just know if your intuition is always negative or suspicious it’s probably wrong i’m sorry you and others like you aren’t good at guessing the true motivations of others. The feminine mind is to think negatively (destroy potential) the masculine mine is positive (love and builds from potential) that’s why men don’t have the self sabotage narcissist problem she’s explaining. I’m glad you distinguished projections with over confidence and unwillingness/inability to open to various perspectives. We all have projections, but ultimately it’s the willingness to consider otherwise that allows for connection and love.
My guides, after the most abusive relationship of my life with someone who openly told me they were narcissistic, showed me her perspective and her thoughts were 100% projection. Despite any gentle, transparent, and loving attempts to reach her, my guides emphasized “she could not see passed her fears.” It was tragic and eye-opening, because it’s what I suspected, but to see it directly was another story. I got a lot from this. At the age of 53 I am very very careful trying not to project and not take in projections of others. It is not easy, but knowing myself well helps. I grew up isolated with a Narcissistic Father -and so, yes he became like that frozen in the state of a 1 year old child innocently, by accident…? I don’t know… maybe some karma there ? I became an empath. But I still must try to not feel like I have to save people or carry their burdens. Being a narcissist is to mentally project insecurities, traumas, hopes, desires, excitement and fears onto others and not see them for who they are.
Being a narcissist is to get others to do whatever I want, whatever my WILL is and whatever my agenda is.
Being a narcissist is to only see what I want to see and refuse to change my mind & beliefs or to see it deeper or clearer or connect with it more.
To heal is to love. Love seeks to understand and know another (or thyself) through intimacy. Love seeks to see others however they present themselves to be. Love seeks to learn more about others. Love creates connection and love is open. Love is freedom.
But before that: come into alignment with whatever reality is. Accept that reality. Even if it sucks. Understand thyself. Then extend and give this gift of self-love to others. This will automatically remove the mental projections we have placed onto others and take us into the 'service to others' pathway.

While much of what you have said is wise, it is naive to believe that love heals. I speak from personal and professional experience. To even believe that we are ALL doing are best to transcend the base consciousness is naive and disrespectful to those individuals who truly do the work to rise above the base vibrational frequency. We need to be careful how love is tossed around.
@@carolinej.595 Yes. They only can heal through Love, if they are self-aware just enough, so to allow themselves to receive genuine romantic love and acceptance. They must want to recognise and heal themselves, with the caring support of their loving partner. Otherwise the continuous loop around of repeating patterns they put us mutually through, does nothing but drain the empath, the giver, to the degree they realise it was all for nothing. The want to help and heal, through showing and giving them our love, comes at our detriment. We then end up being in the water, drowning along with them, yet know we have to swim to the shore and save ourselves, leaving them behind. Having to 'give up' on them, is a hard thing to accept.
@@anitarogers2877 In your response, you included a conditional statement starting with " if they are self-aware..." This is proof enough that the premise that love is not enough to heal a narcissist is very much true. And yet "giving up on them" is something that needs to be accepted if need be. At the end of the day, one needs to ask themselves, "Do I need to sacrifice my self-identity, my self-respect and my dignity to someone like that?"

Literally a day after this came out and I watched it the first time my relationship was ended by a person I had been with fir a month and started to suspect they had narcissistic trait. I thought at first maybe this was mental, but I kept getting that intuition multiple times and while I was hurt I wished them the best and feel a sense of relief with it now ended as I know my intuition was correct. This video is kicking my ass in a great way! Yesterday, I was spending time with another and I recognised that my projection of an "us" on this person was not active, and whenever I tried to exert it, it would in essence, deactivate. It was only till now that I could put words to that. What an interesting experience to see how many of the relationships I have engage in were people that I could project a certain kind of experience into. Thank you Sarah. Blessings.

I am especially going to look at this positive projection piece that you have presented.
It reminds me of an exercise we were asked to do in a spiritual growth seminar:
to walk about the room and meet others face to face and say, « you remind me of myself and how I …(and then own what you think you know about yourself). »
An example:
« You remind me of myself and how I try to always do everything myself, without asking for help where I struggle ».
I see narcissism as an intelligent survival mechanism. As I've dived deep into my unconscious I saw how we can heal the narcissist. I was in deep healing from narcissistic abuse and could see that I have also carrying those traits. When I asked the question... Can we heal the narcissist? I got a big mighty YES! as my answer and it resonated throughout my whole bodies. I already knew that our whole society was narcissistic. Where the narcissist ruled with manipulation and and false promises. This is why narcissism is spreading, because of "the fittest survive" mentality or programming. We all have narcissistic trates because of trauma. Some more and some less. Narcissism is the society's biggest illness and LOVE is the cure. 🌟💓🌍💓🌟

@@missymorales7376we can’t heal others. That’s also not our job. Our job is to heal ourselves and in turn that helps to change the world. And you’re correct- real narcissists (with the personality disorder) are almost never able to heal because their disorder won’t allow them to see truth. But perhaps their purpose in this life is to play that role and not heal. As far as everyone else, we aren’t narcs we just have some of the traits. As long as we are capable of empathy we CAN heal and change. ❤
Love is the cure, yes. We must learn to love ourselves first or else we remain their doormats and mattresses and energy keeps flowing to them...and on it goes.

I have been contemplating narcissism lately. I have noticed the same exact patterns of abuse from them, and it made me feel like it was a program running inside of these people. Sarah, i would LOVE your feedback on this. I grew up Christian (and I knew even as a child they had it all wrong) and I have been trying to make sense of demons. I have come to a conclusion that when people make the choice to take the path of the narcissist, or their vibrational state, perhaps that's when a negative entity can attach to the person and run that "narcissist programming". Within my reality and personal experince I have whitnessed that a lot of the time narcissism begins with empathy. Usually at a young age, highly sensitive individuals who are unaware of their emotional intellegence from an internal perspective, are bombarded with impressions from others because they are usually able to process others emotions. The pure form of this would be empathy, but because this often happens at a young age, there just isn’t the emotional strength or mental fortitude to be able to withstand the impressions of others and so they become separate from empathy and are used more like a tool. This creates narcissism. There are essentially two paths. One stays in that place of being the emotional and psychic punching bag for others, never really seeing their own potential as well as allowing others to become addicted to their own emotional energy, or narcissism occurs as a reaction to this and it is quite innocent in the sense that a narcissist starts to see empathy as a “doing” rather than a “being”. And so for self preservation they can just turn empathy off. When that empathy is left off for too long, this is when it becomes true service to self. Someone healing from either inner or outter narcissistic abuse, has to relearn how to empathize from a place of detatchment. This video was very helpful thank you.
Thank you, I believe we all have good and bad in us. My family is highly narcissistic. I always questioned myself, people around me always said no way you are a loveable empath. This validates my history of psychic perception, the denial was the strongest frequency I picked up on, as my wife spiraled deeper into her pit of guilt and shame, all ruled by fear, especially terrified of losing control of the victim narrative. This was so profound and has truly been my full circle experience of narcissism. Coming to see the projections as a reflection for me to see how I was not loving myself fully, deeming parts of myself unworthy. These relationships help us unearth the "darkness" we all hold and incorporate them into the wholeness of self-love. Mind blown on your ability to put this so succinctly.

It helps me understand the ever-evolving human process of Humanism / Trans-Humanism /Post-Humanism. People are "locked-in" to the lower consciousness and can not see the whole picture. Your voice is music to my ears...thank you for your sanity in an insane world. I know what it feels like to be in the vacuum of narcissistic service to self and am so grateful to have expanded my consciousness to see reality as it is so I can be of service to others. I have experienced extremely dark narcissistic abuse throughout my life yet have healed with resilience and emerged with greater wisdom...it makes sense that this is the lesson of this age. I am still working on my mental projections, but am finding that as I connect with others more and more I can iron out the energetic kinks.
oh man I just love your explanations! This was the best explanation of these energies that I have ever heard!! I'd been feeling these things for awhile, but without these words to describe it. I knew though, that I really had to learn to love myself and that was the most important thing. Its crazy though, because they will tell you THAT (self love) is the narcisism! I was called selfish for doing things that were right for me. Now though, everything has shifted. I feel so free and in love with life! But I stlil see areas where I can be Narcisistic myself (projecting) thank you so much for this! Its so good to hear subtle things youve been feeling confirmed in new ways.

I think that narcissistic are here for a reason, and that is to trigger the empath with a spiritual awakening. 🙂 It's an idea of mine that they cause so much suffering to there partner that it awakens them. I know thats why I went through that myself, but I took my power back plus way more. I know narcissism is not the same as a narcissist. Hey, great advice I feel there is a middle ground where you can serve yourself in order to move out of here and still be of help to others along the way, just do our part. There’s probably places where we can have a body but less dense and with more memory.

Itś quite simple: a narcissist thinks in terms of winning for self and achieving and relies heavily on the physical world; in other words survival for only self. And a good person, thinks beyond that; survival for self/others at the same time. There is no reason for the internet all agreeing that the other person in a narcissist, because itś also a great reason for not taking responsibility yourself. I know so many people taking about their narcissist ex, which proves that point.

I’m not sure about anyone else but when I started listening to this video it was sounding like so much BS. So I stopped watching right in the middle and walked away for a bit. Did some human things like laundry and feeding dogs and cats etc. .. Now plaease don’t get me wrong. I love hearing and considering what Sarah hs to say and respect her unearthly wisdom at such a young age. I can totally get this. I have always believed we all have characteristics of narcissistic behaviours, an know there is some who full on disorder, but this makes perfect sense….i been researching for a very long time, an this is a great perspective…. A lot of people in the spiritual woowhoo like to criticize her, however i have found she says what is forward without damaging another’s image!
I had shamanic hypnotherapy which changed my responses so that narcissism wouldn't work on me. One part involved an ancient tale, which happened in the time of the eternal dawn. It involves a child and her playmate, and their village. The girl is given a gift by the fairies - a bracelet where, if she ever fell into danger, she could tap it, and instantly be transported to a magical garden high in the mountains where no human has ever passed. She would wait till nightfall and return to the village. She was able to explore places the other children could not reach, and the children were in awe of her abilities and she was very popular. She quickly became bored of her playmate and began ignoring him, and insulting him, because every time she was brought to account she would simply vanish. Her behaviour caused the first war, although mortality hadn't begun in those days. Food fell from the sky, until this point, when the sky god decided to take the food away from mankind as punishment. However, the wicked girl had her own ideas - she began to eat the plants, and her friends the animals and even the other children copied her. This caused the sky god to take their speach away, except for the humans so they could confess their wrongs. The girl became bored of eating plants and decided to gobble up some of the animals. This began the cycle of life and death which we are in now. Eventually the playmate notices the bracelet and catches on to the girls shawl startling her and making her tap the bracelet. They both arrive in the mountain garden, now overgrown and rotting. The boy, now a man, draws a thread from the bracelet and the harm begins to undo. As he unwinds the thread, every life that was lost is restored, plant animal or person. The sky becomes open again so that man can see and speak to the gods. The couple are granted passage into the next phase of soul evolution, where they become birds.
The way the tale is told is to cause the student to become trauma bonded by proxy, as they identify with the playmate and are given similar tasks to do in the healing lodge that the character does - the hypnotist addresses the character but looks directly at the person, assuming the role of the enchantress.
At the end of the tale, she allows her sleeve to fall away revealing the bracelet she made as a shamanic apprentice. In our case it didn't seem to physically teleport us like the one in the tale, however the sequence as a whole had seemed to have a similar effect because of the depth of trance.
During the proxy trauma bond the student is brought into and out of the fairy tale many times. When a trauma bond hit me for real, I was able to step back and ensure that my daily life went on without hitches. Later I realised that my partner wasn't truly a narcissist but had cptsd which could be healed. Then we discovered the full extent of our spiritual connection.
