In todays video I show you how I store most of my magazines! If you're looking to support the channel please check out ATROXCO.COM Instagrams: mud_gunner & atroxco
I recently took somebody’s advice buy slow. You don’t have to buy 1k rounds at a time. So I slowly been buying mags and ammo 100-300 9mm/556 rounds every week or two for about 6-8 months consistently. Might not seem like much, but it accumulates quicker than you think. I’m currently sitting on the nice stock of mags and the ammo now. Buy slow! Gentleman stay consistent. Don’t wait for ammo to fly off the shelf to buy
That's the way to do it on a budget. If you buy 1 box of ammo every week (that you're not going to shoot) that's over a case of ammo a year of 556 or 2.5 cases of 9mm. It adds up and $12-$15 a week doesn't break the bank. My suggestion would be to try to buy the same brand, grain and type of ammunition you're trying to stock. I buy magazines when they're on sale and I buy the same type of magazines too. OEM Glock magazines ($19-$20 on sale) and Lancer 20-30 rounders ($10-12 on sale)
@@Just_A_Gun_Guy they're really not. I used to run magpuls but my gen 2s ended up splitting after years of keeping them loaded in a 50 cal can. I've been running tens of thousands of rounds out of Lancers, been to 3 classes where I put 1,000+ rounds in a weekend out of them and haven't run into any issues that wasn't typical (spring and follower wear or ammunition related). I go through about 10 magazines a year from spring wear for reference. Lancers are some of the best AR magazines I've used.
@mtnbound2764 I'm not sure how to scrape together enough cash to get a magnifier for my one rifle. I guess I need some kind of side hustle. I don't think Only Fans is sn option for me. 😁
It's nice to see someone with way more stuff than me, I often feel like i have way too much, I only have about 6 ar15's and 3 300blk rifles that i use regularly, the rest just sit in closets and safes. also i have so many mags i never use like gen 2 pmags and surefire metal mags, thanks for making me feel like i didn't waste too much money.
Thanks for the review! I have not ordered anything from Galati International since the late 1990's, nice to see they are still in business and I will be ordering one of those AR 15 magazine carriers when they come back in stock, currently NIS...
I store the MTM ones. I have 5 boxes of fully loaded 5.56 and growing.I do keep 2 packets of silica gel in those boxes and all of my ammo cans as well.
I have found you can cut the foam out bigger in the MTM Ar-15 mag cans and they will hold 20rd .308 mags and they will stack because they are the same can.
I envy your collection of magazines! Here in CT, back in 2013, we had to register every magazine that holds more than 10 rounds. And after that date - we can never buy additional magazines again!
Mtm also makes a Mtm acr 12-72 it’s really good I own 3 one of them is full with 44 loaded ak mags and its o ring sealed and I have 2 that hold ar mags
I like the Esstac Range Bag V2, holds 24 (30 round) AR mags. Laminated cordura, handles, detachable shoulder strap, and a fast dual zipper top. Holds a 50 BMG ammo can, without lid, or their Tigris insert. Here's their video..... ruclips.net/video/A4N3iyEKoxo/видео.html
