- In this video, Im going to be giving you a realistic cranial nerve exam, testing your 5 senses as well as your 12 cranial nerves! Enjoy :)
This video is intended to help with stress, anxiety, overthinking, overwhelm, relaxation, insomnia, and sleep. Triggers include roleplay, glove sounds, typing, personal attention, eye exam and light triggers, occasional lid and spraying sounds.

If you’re open to feedback, I thought of a couple of things. When I saw to identify what was poking me, it can be helpful to put something in front of the screen much or little for light to be less or more, and associate with the big or small tool. When it’s the tasting “test”/experience, it could be better to say “This is gonna be pineapple *dab dab* can you feel it?”. That could help to get an ASMR experience ☺️
