Nights are complicated for me I’m a new mom also unexpectedly doing it all alone so nights come with a lot of overthinking that leads to anxiety that leads to not being able to sleep. So i play your videos when my thoughts get too loud and within minutes it goes away. Your videos are not just to help us sleep, but they also help to stay calm mentally. ❤️🩹
I do the same. I'm a SAHM to a wild toddler and sometimes I just have to take a breather and listen to a video. It always eases my tension and overstimulation.
