    I've only just found this channel. I've been in a bad way with my back and really wanted to give yoga another try but my previous experiences were so negative and felt like I was an outsider to the cult. Lesley has a beautiful way of connecting with you and accepting all you can and can't do. I am gutted to learn that this beautiful lady is no longer with us. I send all my best wishes to her family and loved ones. I am grateful to still have the opportunity to know even just a part of this beautiful person.

    I skeptically started doing your yoga classes to help my mental health. To my surprise, they help me more than I could have ever imagined. I'm only starting 'day 8' but have been doing these first 7 for about 3 weeks- practicing and trying to do the poses correctly. It's incredible how much it quiets the mind and to boot, it makes my body feel stretched and relaxed too. The way you teach is so accessible to all body types which was my ultimate 'yoga fear' when I first started - that my body type wasn't meant for yoga. Your classes though quiet all those negative thoughts and allow me to acknowledge and appreciate what my mind and body can do together. Thank you for posting these Lesley.

    I've never done yoga regularly, and lately have been putting more care into my physical and spiritual health. I started doing these videos on my lunch break every day before eating and have found they help me clear my head and warm up my body. I'm already noticing such a difference and feel so guided by your instruction. I always feel I'm too hard on myself when doing yoga, and in these videos you always comment at the right times when I'm starting to get into my head about my form or ability.

    I started this workout in tears after realizing yet another thing I'm no longer capable of doing since being diagnosed with brain cancer. Afterwards, I'm clam and collected again. I've never been a yoga person and disregarded all the friends and family and even my neuro-oncologist telling me to try it. I made a New Years resolution to do yoga every day this year, and it was the best decision I could've made. The second best was starting with your program (after 2 days of a different program that just moved too fast for me). From the bottom of the hole in my head where the tumor used to be, thank you so much for your videos!

    Done with the first week. Thank you so much. I now find myself correcting my posture while I work which helps with the tensions that normally causes pain. Amazing after only 1 weeks 15 minutes work-outs. Thanks namaste 🙏

    Absolutely love this challenge ! I started yoga a couple of years ago but then stopped because I moved out and this year, I wanted to get to it and you're helping a lot. I only have a request : could you give more spoken instructions about when to inhale or exhale and when to change position ? It is hard to watch the video and do the exercise at the same time. Thank you so much for the amazing video

    dang today was so hard for some reason, but i just finished and i feel so accomplished and so much better then i did before. i’m glad that even if it’s only day 6, i’m keeping up with it because this series has seriously been so amazing and inclusive especially for us who have never done yoga!

    I know this was posted over a year ago so chances are that no one will see this comment but this series has been so good for me. In January I hurt my back and was unable to exercise for about 5 weeks in total but this is really helping me to get back into it and start each morning feeling good! Thank you!

    My family and I enjoy the beginners yoga every night around 8. It tends to help everybody unwind and I can say that in the last 7 videos we have ALL slept better. As a PTA I do alot of lifting and shiffting patients all day long and until I started doing your yoga I was waking up every morning with a terrible contraction iin my cervicle spine with a intense headache. My boys who are 6 and 10 try to participate and they even sleep better and my wife who is 32 has had decreased complaints of leg and back pain. So thank you and keep making good videos.

    Leslie, I am on day seven and I have really grown fond of yoga because of you. I am a powerlifter/bodybuilder and have never like stretching. Until recently I’ve started getting aches, pains, tingles and I’ve worked on being better at stretching however that was not enough. I haven’t had a good experience in yoga classes so I went in search of beginner yoga on RUclips. I am so THANKFUL for you and your videos. I can already feel the difference in my body since starting this challenge.

    Your yoga for beginners playlist is the first I have ever practiced. It is definitely more challenging than I expected and I am loving every minute of it. The mental boost I get from the practice is amazing!! I'm looking forward to advancing and seeing the changes to my body and mind.

    I have only been doing this for one week. When I first started I could not sit upright with my legs crossed due to lower back tightness. Today I finally got there!! Thanks for all you do!

    I’m soooooo glad I found your channel! I’m plus size and yoga has always been something I wanted to try, however, I’ve always been ashamed to go to a class because I have not done it and also being self conscious about my weight. Always felt I needed to be smaller to do yoga. This beginners challenge is absolutely perfect for ANYONE beginning no matter size. I just completed day 7 and can already see a difference in my body, flexibility, and strength in just a week. Thank you Lesley and fam!!!!

    Didnt expect myself to get this far! i am almost never consistent with whatever i do, haha. however, i feel super light and stretched out after every workout and i just cant help but to continue! its an amazing feeling!hopefully I'll come out of this challenge feeling stronger.

    I have an Adaptive shortening muscles in my legs and I could never push myself to do the training, even if I know I must to. But with Your classes it's so satisfying and peaceful and I'm beginning to like and learn about yoga more and more. Thank You!

    Thanks a lot for posting the awesome yoga sessions! I started them a week ago and sticking to them, been doing a lot of video gaming and realized was addicted to it. Sitting long hours caused pain in my chest bones and now I am trying to get over addiction and put myself more towards spiritual practices. The pain is little bit reduced, I hope with regular practice it will go away. Thanks a lot again!

    Committing to a regular workout routine has always been difficult for me, but this program is so convenient and easy to follow - I have so much fun! I missed two days due to a cold, but I was able to jump back in and continue where I left off. Flexibility has always been challenging, and I can see a difference in my downward dog already! Thank you, I'm loving these videos and plan on doing the 90 day challenge after this one!

Don't beat yourself up about weight gain, I gained 60 pounds with Indy (my oldest) and 50 with Stone...and I felt really good about myself for only gaining 50 the second time! Keep loving yourself, practicing and remembering that you're so much more than a number on the scale. You're a beautiful mommy! xx

    This is the first time I'm doing yoga and I finished my first week today! I missed yesterday and did this morning and day 7 just now, outside at 10pm and still 23° Cl. I got sooo super sweaty :D It got really fast for me, but I'm trying my best! Thank you very much!

    This was wonderful, especially how the last few days all "build up" to come together slowly into a beginner vinyasa flow practice. My only wish would be to have more breathing clues, but other than that I love this "challenge" so far!

    Namaste! The practices are so wonderful and relaxing and I'm really relaxing into them. Today I did 4 episodes back to back and I still want to continue :) Wonderful indeed :)

    Wooh! It's getting challenging! I definitely broke out a sweat in this one!

    I missed yesterday, so I did 6 & 7 back to back today...wow...I got so sweaty! But I enjoyed it, so I think from now on, I will repeat the previous days practice before doing that days.

    Yoga is very new to me but I needed something new that I could do at home because going to the gym is slightly frowned upon but I am very proud of myself for making it to Day 7!
