Dude, you're gettin' O'dell! This is probably the best of the Dick Tracy games. It's flawed too (who chose the time limits for some of these stages? Satan?!), but it's got a very solid, Shinobi-like feel, with an added touch of 3D gunplay, in the tradition of Cabal or Dynamite Duke.
Childhood memory unlocked. My dad used to play this game a lot. He would always get stuck at Stage 3, though. Of course, the game wasn't easy. It's also hard to believe that Dick Tracy is (technically) a Disney game because it was based on the 1990 film. I saw that there was also a NES version, but the Genesis version is WAY better.
@@DUSTINODELLOFFICIALSonic 2 and 3 were developed in the US I think as was Sonic 3D Blast and most of the used the SMPS sound driver except for Sonic Spinball.
Fun fact, this game was in fact the very first game under the Sega technical Institute I’m just glad that the audio driver for this game was Japanese developed, and it sounds pretty damn nice.
I appreciate all the music you upload. You’re showing tons of awesome soundtracks. Thank you
OST of my childhood!

My favorite standout tracks are: Train, Car Chase, Alley/Sewer, and Big Boy.
Street/harbour is also a standout track.
Much better than the movie which it's based on. And this soundtrack adds a ton of charm by itself

You’ll eat lead while snapping your fingers…until you snap your controller.
Trivia: Never could break an MD controller as a kid-they’re super tough!
En esa época la calidad era buena 👌🏻
"Neon Noodle!?"
I know this is Jazz inspired music but what sub genre of Jazz is this?
Am I the only one who thinks the "Boss Theme" sounds like "Only A Lad" by Oingo Boingo?
Mark Cerny: the mind behind _Kid Chameleon_ and _Marble Madness_ was -also- the mind behind this game.
damn that guy was everywhere
I loved this game. But holy hell I hated trying to go for the 0 destruction bonus points.
Was this the only US game to use SMPS for the sound engine?
You could argue that the Sonic games after the first one are US games, also. Otherwise, I'm not sure.
