Nah if he gets injured in the NBA then what’s happening in the NFL. The NFL has less games tho
@@LukeTO374 he won’t be jumping in the nfl
Definitely this issue is his health

Yea mindset is the separator but body wise Nba is smashin nfl honestly
Good for you, football is cte land alongside boxing. And your whole life probably thanks you for not going into football (especially if you don’t end up making any money from it) I mean one concussion can change your whole life, I know a person who was injury prone, and got 3 concussion. He was very very smart, and still was smart, but definitely a little delayed??
Yeah unless your gonna make money from sports that can give you a concussion, then don’t join it. I mean boxing is a little different since you can learn to defend yourself, but it’s gotta be worse if you take actual punches to the head since that’s just bad.

It’s crazy that Russ is small in the nba but a giant in the nfl 😂

@tys1646 I'm talking about for the nfl. The nfl average is 6'2 he isn't a giant for nfl. He's small for the nba.
@@okwhy8720for a running back though He's only two inches shorter than Derrick Henry.
@@tys1646Not really maybe he'd be a giant runningback but besides RB that's average height. Russ is quite literally your average NFL Linebacker that's how he's built he'd be a decent sized Linebacker look up top 5 NFL Linebackers and look at their sizes. Tbh for a D-Lineman 6'2 is a bit undersized you'd want your D-Lineman ideally to be 6'4 to 6'8 for the hand length and you'd want your Linebacker to be 6'4 for obvious reasons. His RSS score would still be nice but he ain't playing any other position except Linebacker and runningback maybe safety but he'd have to lose a little more weight so teams don't take advantage of that by just putting a WR on him so you wouldn't be able to run man with him on the team
Them hits will change your mind
But they'd literally be playing to get those hits. They'd make it then quit vs nfl not being to make it.

@@vlirx4739 bro. If you teach him how to shoot a decent jumper . Then his defense would already be good and his rebounding and he would be able to pass from the hand eye cordination required for football.
@@marquisb4860 most nfl players are shorter than the average nba player. So they would have a harder time getting boards, playing defense, and would have to be an elite shooter. I think ur underestimating the amount of time to become great at shooting as well. You can’t just give him a year to practice and all of a sudden he’s steph curry he would pretty much a decade of shorting to keep up with the better shooters
Every basketball player thinks they can play football until they realize its actually a contact sport
Basketball is a full contact sport. Football is a collusion sport.
nah some nba players love the contact tho. allen iverson was a top prospect in highschool. dude was 5’11, 165, and played quarterback, running back, defensive back, and kick returner…he obviously chose basketball bc it’s the smarter decision lol

This isn’t the 80s and 90s mate, the game has evolved. Bigs who can’t shoot aren’t stars nor great players and are expendable. The best Big that can’t shoot whatsoever rn is Rudy Gobert😂
Pg: I think I can play wide receiver.. yeah right if your healthy??🤣🤣🤣
Pg you DEFINITELY couldn’t mama get hit once and be out for two seasons
Also there are a lot more roles you can play in football, so it’s just more likely for a player to fit into any of those given roles. Like Zion can probably snap the ball but Jason Kelce might not be able to play PF
Very true but Zion snaps the ball once and he’s out for the rest of the year
@@jd0257😂😂
Great point
Jason Kelce is 6'3. That man isn't surviving in the NBA as a guard lmao
Not just that. Only 15 players max can play on a basketball team while 53 players on a football team. That’s a little over 3 times the amount so of course it’ll be hard to make the nba over the nfl.
Jordan would've posted up NFL players in NFL. 😂

Basketball players nowadays are just ex football players that didn’t like the physicality

Them Oklahoma Drills make basketball players. No NBA player is crossing over without some type of football experience like LeBron. A skill position like receiver, corner, etc could learn some basic dribbling and slam the ball into the rim and drag their nuts across your face easily.

@@inokerogoyawa You guys just keep proving my point everytime. At least you have a tiny bit of appreciation for the physicality required but you simply don't understand the skill required to play in the NFL either. Playing rugby vs NFL is like comparing demolition car drivers to Indy race care drivers. Being physical AND extremely skilled is what separates physical college players from NFL. If we're talking pure skill baseball is harder than football and basketball. But football is usually the common denominator with dual-sport athletes. Not because it's the easiest but because if an athlete can endure the physical requirements and develop the skills needed they are most capable of playing other sports. No NBA players ever talk about crossing over to MLB. People assume NBA players are most skilled because they are taller and jump a lot. NFL players on average would embarrass NBA players in just about any agility drill let alone speed and vertical jumps. Lifting weights combined with plyo exercises make that so. The moment any 6'6 and up NBA player has to actually demonstrate elite footwork they would quit. There's simply no comparison. The moment you realize players like Dennis Rodman were considered elite in the NBA but would get pulverized in the NFL, you are getting closer to the truth. Rodman and others like him were tough by NBA standards. In the NFL they would just be tall guys with little skills and eventually that would get them hurt. Lebron is fast by NBA standards. In the NFL he would get run down every play with ease. Then you have to wonder how many hits could he take? When them 6'8 legs not used to taking contact they break really easy. That's why there aren't any 6'8 wr in the NFL. BECAUSE THEY CAN'T TAKE THE PHYSICALLITY!

I believe
NBA players possible can transition into WR - CB - QB - SS - possible TE
Faster
Football Players can into the same positions
As someone who was a star at both in high school and played both in college (D-2) I would have say, if a basketball player never played football they'd struggle. I've seen many football players be good at basketball without having much experience at all levels. A good friend of mine told me that I'm not a basketball player, I was just an athlete who could play basketball, which made sense when I thought about it. Football was my primary sport but I was decent at basketball because of my toughness and ability to shoot. We had our star basketball player (first team all state all 4 years) try out for football and didn't last a week. Most of our star football played for the basketball team as well. Our QB was all state in both sports. I get what PG means but it depends on the position. Iverson was probably better at football than he was basketball lol
