So many people have selectively poor memory -- this was a recurrent matter during 45's administration. Trump constantly said (lying through his teeth) that he would release those tax records "soon" (it never happened). One of his standard delay tactics to avoid stepping into his own mess.
On reason. The other is that it would be peppered with fraud.

No it wasn't the reason Trump wouldn't release his taxes. The reason was, Trump wanted the Supreme Court to decide and Trump with nothing to hide, would use it against Obama, Biden, Clinton and others. He needed the Court to set the precedent.

What I find most interesting. Is how Andrew started out a couple of weeks ago saying the case is going to be difficult to prove due to certain reasons. Yet, as time goes on. He changes his tune in more current interviews. Showing us that the Prosecution is doing s stellar job of putting this case together.

Shouldn't the invoices created by Michael Cohen - even if he was an independent lawyer without a law firm he works for - be detailed for the "legal expense"? Compare these invoices with other legal expenses from other lawyers.

Any normal legal invoice would reference what cases or matters he was working on, what he had accomplished, hours, etc., or perhaps reference an ongoing contract that documented what the work to be performed was They told Cohen they needed an invoice and he texted or emailed something like "pay me for January and February per our verbal agreement." No finance person in a legitimate company is going to make a payment based on that because any auditor is going to flag it and investigate.
The jurors will be sainted for sitting through this circus of upscale crime.

The term "legal payments" is really confusing because "legal" has double meaning. Can one assume every juror and alternate juror understand and accept the distinction between legal/lawful payments vs legal/attorney fees?

I really would like to know where they come up with their information he testified that the entries were put there because they were paying a lawyer they were entered as legal fees and he did get more than the $130,000 he got over 400,000 paid to him
He said their IT/accounting systems were so antiquated that he had limited classification options from a drop down menu. Apparently "reimburse hush money payments plus income tax liability" wasn't an option in the drop down menu.
