We'll show you lots of compliment examples and talk about which compliments mean most to us. (They have to be genuine and can't be manipulative!)
We'll also show you six easy grammar structures for compliments:
look/be + adjective
love/like + noun
Good job/work
nice + noun
What + adjective + noun
good at + noun, good at + gerund

Yeah Steffi. Sometimes I write a draft of things to say and Jay says 'No way'. But that one was a 'no-brainer'. So no thinking required. I knew what he'd want to say.
I'm a big flip flops fan Steffi and wear them for as long as I can through the summer. They're so comfortable! There's a glorious day around May in the Us when I get up in the morning and realise that the summer is here and I can wear flip flops all day and no coat when I go outsede for months and months. :-)

It's nice seeing compliments for a change, since I've been working as a moderator for several communities so i had to review comments/posts people reported and that's a good way to learn to INSULT in English, I tell ya. All the words my English teacher did not want to teach me (for good reasons) are there... HAHAHA!
Now I'm a Dutch guy (don't let my avatar fool you), and now you tempted me to do a similar thing with a Belgian woman about the Dutch language (yeah there is some difference between Dutch spoken in the Netherlands and Belgium)... Nah... I'll leave the honor to you. But I like the friendly way in which you teach English in respect for both UK and US English. ;)

I want you to guys post another video about the difference between British accent and American accent refering to TOEIC exam. When I think it’s kind of difiicult to listen to and understand what they say on the exam, it’s always British English...
Hi PT. I'm not sure how I can help with this. I've taught a lot of business English (I used to teach it exclusively) but I don't know the TOEIC exam as well as others like IELTS. Our channel should be quite a good one to listen to though if you're planning to take the exam, because you'll hear British and American. TOEIC aims at international English, and I think they normally include 4 accents : American,Canadian, British and Australian.
