Thank you Sharon, I find you very genuine towards helping us. Directly and Indirectly you are an encouragement to us following these series. I purchased the book you reference for delegation and prioritization. I'm doing 10 pages at a time and going through my fundamentals book. Doing exactly what Pete suggested today. I've also been watching all your sata videos, great source. I love how you quickly disclose when something is mentioned with a maybe, for example lab ranges etc. I have to say it's building my confidence and I am scheduled to take exam mid Aug. Thank you very much.

Thank you both of you for your information and thinking toward helping all of us. I’m an international nurse who struggles to pass the NCLEX. ❤
I already ordered the book. This book is very expensive, but I ordered through eBay and I paid half of the regular. ❤
Love you both and 🙏 thank you for all you do.

Brilliant advice. Nursing is a midlife career shift for me. I have been analysing the learning resources and nclex prep material available and came to similar conclusion as Dr. Pete. I am happy to hear his thoughts as what he says is validating. There is no magic database that will guarantee a student passes. It's understanding the fundamental skills and processes that assists with passing nclex....

Hi Sharon and Pete. I am an international student. I trained in Ireland (as a mature student) where we specialise from the very beginning. I am a Psych RN so have the barest minimum (and I mean bordering on zero training in any other area of nursing). If that's not bad enough I completed my training over 20yrs ago so even if I had the knowledge, it's all gone now! I am a specialist Dementia nurse which I plan on pursuing once I have my registration in the US. Having to learn a mountain of other irrelevant information is really frustrating at my age. I suppose there is no way around it so I'll just have to go through it! I am attending Trevor's review tomorrow 25th July which I am sure will be a great help but as you mentioned in this video, am am severely lacking in foundation knowledge. I plan on purchasing the Lewis Medical and Surgical book that Pete suggested but was wondering if there was a more interactive way of learning the information. I will push through a book but online learning such as youtube videos etc would really be more helpful. If at all possible, please can you provide the ISBN # of the book mentioned in this video.
Thank you again for you kind and extremely useful advise in all your youtube videos!

ISBN-13: 978-0323328524 Thank you for your questions. If you keep an eye on this channel, we will be posting more "lectures" over foundational content that every nurse should know

Dr. Savard, I would like to sign up for your online review but only saw it now and read that we have to print the pdf book to use. Any chance I can still get it by mail as a hard copy?
